    Incredible work done by Remer for our new roof and gutters. We absolutely love the look of everything and has withstood the storms that we experience in SE Michigan. Very professional and prompt with everything they did for us. Nico was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and got us the best bang for our buck. The team completing the work was in and out in a timely manner and we couldn’t have asked for more. They left the house and yard cleaner than it was when they arrived. I’d rate them 6-stars if I could!

    What an amazing job. From start to finish, everything went very smooth. Nico was great! He came over after normal hours not only to provide a fair estimate, but also again to help us pick out the color for our shingles. Very easy to work with and kind people.

    I found the Remer crew to be friendly and extremely hard working group. No problems arrose during installation and everything that was discussed at bid time was done as we agreed. Great cleanup job and using tarps tge protected my plants . Several comments from my neighbors regarding the work ethic of the crew and how nice the installation looked .i would highly recommend Remer to my friends and associates .

    Remer construction was great! Working with them was so beyond easy. The communication was great. Everything was no nonsense and we appreciated that after several long-winded quote “appointments”. There were some scheduling hiccups along the way that were no fault of anyone’s and the whole Remer crew worked to make everything easy for us and we wouldn’t have known any better! The weather was gross and nasty and they still came out to make sure our roof was done before the real snow came. We are so grateful! Everything looks great, they were fast and thorough, and the pricing was something we “first time roof buyers” felt good about! I will be recommending Remer Construction to anyone who will listen!     Nico reached out to me on Facebook and gave me a very fair quote on a full roof replacement. He was super attentive and answered all my questions promptly, there was no pressured sale or pushy tactics what so ever. I followed up with Danielle in the office for a couple questions and one small issue. She completely resolved the issue same day and also was very attentive as well These folks are great, they do nice work and give you that mom and pop shop experience.

    Nico and his crew were awesome form the very beginning they got my roof on their schedule in less than a week and once they arrived on site completely tore off and re shingled the whole roof in 8 hours and it looked like they were never there the guys were very professional and cleaned up after themselves very well I will only use and recommend these guys in the future

    Remer Construction did a great job replacing our roof and skylights. We had an active roof leak and wanted the roof replaced asap. Bob and his crew were able get this during cold weather in January. I worried they were risking life and limb by climbing roof in slippery conditions. They got it done working the weekend. Clean up was very thorough and we are very happy with the quality of their work and reasonable price.

    Bob and his team at Remer Construction have now done two jobs for us. A full roof replacement on the house and garage and a full gutter and downspout install to solve a drainage problem we were having. Both jobs ran smoothly from the beginning. Good and quick communication for the initial review and estimate, quick turn around time, a professional job well done and cleaned up, and prompt paperwork and easy invoicing. Highly recommend!

    I had a great experience with Remer Constriction. After contacting, he was able to come out right away to give me an estimate. We got the work completed shortly after. The crew was friendly, played appropriate music for a neighborhood, and did an overall fantastic job on the new roof. The new roof looks way better than the old roof.

    I cant say enough about how I was treated working with Remer Construction. From choosing the color of the shingle down to the color of the drip edge, Bob guided me every step of the way. Installation went flawlessly and they were in and out without hardly any signs of being there except for the brand new roof.     Omg!! I can’t say enough good about this company!! They showed up 15 minutes early each day started work right away no breaks except for 30 minutes for lunch then right back to work without hesitation. They cleaned up everything completely each day.     PHENOMINAL company! From the moment Bob came out for the quote, to Danielle helping me narrow down the color I was looking for, they were amazing to work with. The crew-Justin, Mo, and Xa were the most gentlemanly contractors that I have ever had at my home. Even working in the frigid cold and snow, they were pleasant. I am pretty OCD about my home, there were things that I questioned, but Bob and the guys made everything make sense to me. This is my first roof replacement, so I had no idea what to expect. Once the job was complete, they took their time...truly worked hard to clean everything up and make sure my home, yard, and neighbors yards were clean. If these guys are this kind and thorough in this cold, then it speaks to their character. If you want a company with integrity, Remer Construction is that company! Their price was competitive and definitely worth choosing over the competition for what we got in the end. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

    Had garage roof and gutters done for my husbands 70th birthday. Arrived after he left for work. They were quick and cleaned up and gone before he came home.     3/14/2020:I had a water leak in a very odd spot between my porch and my brick wall. Bob came over and said hed have to remove some siding and the flashing to see what was happening. As it turns out, the original builder failed to install anything between the plywood wall and the siding. No weather paper was installed and no ice guard or water blocker. Bobs team carefully extracted the siding and flashing, down to the wooden side of the house. Installed ice guard AND weather paper, and reinstalled the siding and flashing. It looks like they were never here.His team policed their trash cleaned up the site better than how they found it when they arrived. They we very polite. I wish I could have gone out to talk with them. But this COVID-19 stuff, if I do have it, I didnt want to spread it.Thank you Remer Construction for you quick work. Well worth the reasonable fee, for all the folks and equipment and quick response timing. They helped work within her limited budget to get the project going, and were willing to help her out with fixing a hole in her brick work (where the porch meets the house) at no extra charge. This helps to prevent any potential rodent infestation and gives my mother, and her family, peace of mind.

    Bob squeezed are roof replacement in as quick as he was able to, we had an active leak inside the house and after the entire roof was replaced he had his team came in and replaced the entire ceiling in our family room. Bob and his team went above and beyond to get the roof replaced, ceiling completely redone, painted, trimmed and the carpet cleaned in a timely matter. We gave his whole team full access to the house when they needed it, even going as far as leaving the house completely unlocked for them while we were at work.     Very professional, quick and clean. We had roof damage due to wind, they made the process very easy. He helped out with the claim process and they only use the Owens Corning roof system. Other companies wanted to sell us on a teir system where you pay more for the Owens Corning. Plus he was still the best price. If you need a roof or anything else call Remer Construction you wont be disappointed.

    Excellent company from the top down. I called 3 roofing companies for an initial estimate. One didnt show up, the other gave me a quote $7400 more than Remer did using the same Owens corning system that was installed on my house. The crew addressed all of my questions and concerns. They were prompt, clean, and did excellent work despite high heat and rain/wind that came during install. They protected my home from the rain and even helped me fix an issue on my roof that wasnt associated with their work for free, even though it took their foreman an extra hour to complete. I waited till it rained again to write this review just to verify there were no leaks. Everything went better than expected and would recommend this company to anyone who needs a new roof and doesnt want to get ripped off by another company.
