    I needed some of the roof fascia repaired due to mold and wood rot. Ben and Daniel the project managers were quick to do the estimate and schedule the repair. Carlos the carpenter did a very professional repair of the fascia. They were reasonably priced and the service was genuine and professional. Ive added before and after pics.

    We had a roofing issue, needed new exterior stairs as well as drainage problems around the house. We support locally owned & operated businesses & found Exterior Contractor out of East Flat Rock, N.C. Our estimator, Daniel, made several trips out with different specialists to determine the best course of action. I never felt pressured or rushed. The man in charge, Benjamin, really has an eye for aesthetics and how to incorporate them into very functional solutions. I was impressed with how they tried to find ways to cut costs without compromising the integrity of the job. A week after I agreed to a very reasonable estimate, the work was completed with top quality lumber & other products, not to mention their staff. After a heavy rain, everything is functioning spectacularly! We could not be happier and we will be using locally owned & operated Exterior Contractor for future projects and suggest you do the same.

    The whole crew has been fantastic. Benjamin ( the owner) gave a very fair quote and worked with us regarding payments. He was very attentive to detail and getting the job done perfectly, which I really appreciate. He and his crew were honest and hard working. We interviewed 3 other companies before choosing them; prices were similar, and I am very glad we chose them. I highly recommend using them!

    Exterior Contractors recently replaced my roof. The crew was very meticulous and very proficient at what they do. The job was completed in a very timely manner. The cleanup upon completion really surprised me. I have not seen any debris or nails, etc. from the project at all. Mr. Kashirets was very easy to deal with. He has been in the roofing business a long time and it shows. I would highly recommend this team for any project.

    It was so refreshing to have a roofing company come out to assess the roof, measure AND know their product line. Benjamins input for functional improvements was also very much appreciated, and Im so happy I followed his advice.Not to mention Benjamin, Daniel and their crew were wonderful to work with.     Another resident of the gated community where my parents live recommended Exterior Contractor, as they had recently re-roofed her home and several other homes there. (Her roof looks great.) So, I had them re-roof and re-gutter my parents home, and then re-roof my home and an old, large shed out back. (They also demoed and hauled away a dilapidated lean-to and other structures that were attached to the shed.) Their prices were fair, and I appreciated their detailed estimates, the promptness at which they could get to my jobs, the quality of their work, and their willingness to submit information to Atlas for the extended warranty on my behalf. The roofs look great (some neighbors have already commented on them); the gutters are wider and more capable than the originals; and Im very pleased at the new life breathed into my shed.

    Highly recommend! We discovered a leak on the roof of our covered porch after a very rainy weekend… Benjamin was able to come out the next day to provide an estimate and complete the work right then and there. I did not feel pressured and judging by another quote we received from a separate company, Exterior Contractors prices were very reasonable. 5 stars!

    I am so grateful for Benjamin and his team. The recent storm that flooded Hendersonville brought water in around my chimney. Problem was exacerbated by more rain coming and me leaving town in two weeks. I called so many roofers and none cared enough to even tarp me until they could get to me. I prayed for guidance and was led to call Exterior Contractor. Benjamin answered the phone on a Saturday and fixed my roof before the next rain that Tuesday. Benjamin is such a caring person and great business man. This is a unique set of qualities. Call them...you wont be disappointed.

    Thank you Benjamin, Daniel and expert crew for a beautifully done new roof and gutter system with leaf guards. Attention to detail and expert craftsmanship. They maneuvered through a number of quirks to the beams of the porch roof and repaired several water damaged areas on roof and fascia. The owners and crew were professional and always punctual putting in long days in over 90 degree temps. Owners were responsive to my questions and promptly advised me of any issues that presented themselves. I highly recommend this business and their workmanship.

    Benjamin’s team did a full replacement of our roof in 2018. Recently while having our home inspected for resale, a leak was identified. Benjamin came within an hour of being called. The source of the leak was unrelated to, and occurred after, the replacement. Benjamin promptly made repairs and he declined to charge us. We could not have asked for better service.

    I had a great experience with Benjamin at Exterior Contractor. My father in laws roof was severely damaged by a large falling tree. I live away from him but was in charge of getting this repaired while my father in law was out of state. Since I couldnt be on site very often, I had to trust Benjamin access to the home via a key. Benjamin was very trustworthy. He communicated directly with me about his progress, sending me pictures along the way. More importantly, Benjamin communicated directly with my All State insurance agent so that I wouldnt have to be the middle man between the two of them. Benjamin did the repairs that were necessary without trying to add on features that would cost more than the insurable payout. The whole process was made simple by Benjamin. This was a great relief to me. Im grateful that I picked Benjamin to do the job.

    I had a tree fall on my house called 6 different roofing contractors. Benjamin was the only one to come out same day, and only one of two to ever contact me back. I went with Benjamin and his crew. They did an amazing job. They were very clean and picked up after themselves throughout the entire job leaving no trash or debris behind. I would strongly suggest using them if youre looking to do anything on your roof ever.

    Benjamin and his team did extensive work on my home. They resurfaced and re-built my chimney, sealed and painted my whole house. It is synthetic stucco and needs specific expertise: Benjamin has many years with these products as well as color matching. The quality of the work is exceptional. He is very professional, with detailed, written estimates and works on-time and within budget. His prices are quite reasonable and certainly competitive. I would highly recommend Exterior Contractors for any exterior project and plan to use their services again.

    From the moment Benjamin and David came to give us an estimate we noticed a difference between these guys (Exterior Contractor) and all the many others that came out to also do estimates. Ben and David are very personable, honest, and good listeners. They also gave us the best price out of everybody and believe me we had 5 other estimates. When it came time to do the work they showed up even earlier then they said they would and finished the job in a day! The quality of the work was simply outstanding and they did extra work for us around the house like pressure washing our siding in some spots where algae had taken over. Furthermore I find these guys to be respectful and very hard working. I give the Exterior Contractor my absolute highest recommendation. As far as roofing goes these guys are without question the best around in price, quality of work, and service. Thanks so much for a job very well done. Couldnt be happier!

    Just had Benjamin out for an inspection of a roof leak. He said the problem was faulty caulk around vent boot. He and his assistant promptly fixed the caulking and also re-did caulking in two other areas that I wasnt aware of. Excellent workmanship!
