    Had issues with a recently purchased house and heard great things about Vince Marino Plumbing so I decided to give them a try. Contacted them and they were able to send someone out the following day to address my problems. Glen was the gentleman that came out and helped me figure out what I needed and what repairs were needed. Glenn, Sam, Scott and Dawn returned a couple days later to make all repairs and make sure I was well taken care of. Everyone was very professional and took pride in the services they were providing to me. I highly recommend Vince Marino Plumbing to anyone that is in need of a great plumbing company.

    Everything in the process from scheduling to the work conducted was top of the line. Key things were Chads (Or Brad, sorry if i got this wrong tinnitus sucks lmao) communication on scheduling, and the quality of work Sam and Matt produced while out at my house.     Absolutely top notch folks!!! And quick response and great craftsmanship!! They replaced my main sewer line in the house out to septic 2 years ago, I was quick to email Vince and his team when I had a break under my sink. They were out first thing in the morning and rerouted a line to update to PVC. Clyde and Jason are top notch guys who take pride in their craftsmanship and to take the time to explain and answer all my concerns!! Great people!!! They are my go to folks for plumbing!!

    I contracted with Vince Marino Co to install my brand new top of the line SquareD water heater I ordered off Amazon. This thing is awesome. Its basically an air conditioner that sits on a water tank, and costs pennies compared to dollars to run. Unfortunately, awesome also can mean complicated. I had zero hope of DIY.VM quoted me a fair price for the install job and removing the old tank.I was happy to see them roll up on time in the big truck with every needed part. My installer, Brad, did an old school job with zero shortcuts and zero mess left behind.Im really pleased to have found a plumbing services company thats actually worth hiring. I will definitely be in touch the next time I need help.

    This was a basement renovation job where I had Vince Marino’s crew install a cast iron Kohler shower basin, a toilet, and a faucet and pedestal sink. Three guys did the plumbing demo and rough-in in about a day, including jackhammering up my concrete floor to fix the shower drain pipe and prepare it for the heavy cast iron shower basin.After that first day, I was not happy with how the shower drain looked as you could see the white PVC. They agreed and came back with a different solution for the shower drain and installed it free of charge.Then over the next several months I did the renovation including the floating hardwood vanity. Then 2 guys came back to install the shower, toilet, faucet, and sink for about 5 hours.They wrote a proposal up front and I put half down. It was not cheap but seemed fair. Also, despite them needing to supply a little bit of extra fairly expensive hardware, they did not nickel and dime me with any add on charges. Corey, the head plumber that came, and his crew were meticulous. As a homeowner doing a bathroom renovation, and not a professional contractor, I had a lot of annoying questions that Corey patiently answered.Corey and gang did a great job.

    This is the third time we have used Vince Marino Plumbing and Heating and we highly recommend them to anyone needing the services of a plumber.In the course of selling our home the buyers home inspection inspector noticed a number of items. a leaking sink drain and a sump pump enclosure that was dirty. Both these issues were addressed and corrected in short order by a plumber sent by Vince Marino.     Vince Marino has been our plumber for over ten years, and each time I call for help, I am still so pleasantly amazed at their service and overall job completion. Their plumbers have knowledge about seemingly any systems, pipes and/or parts, regardless of whether those systems, pipes and parts are eighty years’ old or eight weeks old. We have had them help with service as small as a leaky/dripping faucet to as large as installation of new copper intake pipes, a new main sewer pipe and outside access panel, and many jobs in between. They are responsive and have always sent someone out within 24 hours. The plumbers diagnose and repair quickly, and have always been professional, explaining everything, including estimated costs, before starting the repair, and always clean up after themselves. I can not recommend them enough, I’m so grateful for and appreciative of their expertise and trustworthiness.

    This is the third time weve used Vince Marino Plumbing and always impressed with the quality of work. Glenn and Dawn installed an inline filter and water neautralizer for us. Theyre very personable and knowledgeable. The work is second to none. Truly some of the cleanest plumbing work Ive ever seen. Well be lifelong customers.

    I was pleasantly surprised to call them in the morning and find out that due to a cancellation they could come the same day! They were probably at my house no more than an hour after my call. I had two issues - a leaking pipe in a basement bathroom and a leaking toilet that made it rain in my dining room. I feared the worst that all the drywall would need to get ripped open to figure out the problem and fix it.Mike was extremely professional, only made cuts in the drywall where necessary and explained every step of the way what he was going to do and how he would fix the problem. I cant believe how fast they were. In under 2 hours they were out the door and fixed everything.From now on these guys will be the ONLY ones I call if I need help. I cant thank them enough for their professionalism and did I mention their pricing was completely fair?

    Very professional and unbelievably friendly. The plumbers could not have been more accommodating. When they left it was so clean as though they were never here. I had to have someone come back and raise the temperature on the new hot water heater and they came immediately and fixed it the same day within a couple of hours. I can’t say enough good things about them.

    We are very long time customers of Vince Marino Plumbing in Finksburg MD. They do excellent, professional work. They usually come out the same day and fix any of our plumbing issues. Once Marino fixes a plumbing problem, it stays fixed. Their servicemen are friendly, knowledgeable and on time. I like their reliability and their responsiveness and we are always pleased with their work. That is why we only call Vince Marino Plumbing when we need a plumber.

    I was really impressed with the plumbers from Vince Marino, they were absolute professionals even when a couple of issues arose from the old plumbing in my 1952-built house (such as the shut-off valve needing to be replaced!). They knew exactly what to do. I will absolutely hire them again.
