    I was concerned about having AC on the upper level of my house so I called Naylors over the weekend. An emergency service answered my call and left a message so that theyd return my call by Monday morning, which they did. I received another call on Tuesday saying someone would be on their way in 30 minutes and they arrived in exactly 30 minutes. Chris was prompt, friendly, introduced himself, and then went about his business of checking out my AC. He explained everything and I learned a lot about my heating and cooling system. My house is 92 years old!!He returned the next day to do some maintenance work on my heat pump/ AC. Chris took the time to speak with my son to let him know what he was going to be doing and I really appreciated that. Everything was working efficiently by the time he left. I also knew that my heat pump would be working efficiently so I would feel comfortable knowing that I had everything in place in case of a cold winter! Thought that they were very reasonably priced and Chris took time to explain everything! This is my first experience and I know that if I need them in the future theyll be there for me! I would highly recommend them to anyone. I dont think you would ever be disappointed.

    I noticed that my water pressure was fluctuating. I have a well and researched the possible issues. Everything I read said that the issue could burn up my well pump if allowed to continue. I have a couple repair policies with BGE Home so I called them. I was given a date 3 weeks out. I questioned that I thought that as a policy holder I was given priority service. She said that is true but they are really busy. She checked with the service division and was able to move it up to only 10 days away. Still too far. I contacted Naylor because they did a great job for me in the past. They came out the same day and fixed the issue. I am sticking with Naylor.

    I attempted to do a simple repair to my tub and if course wound up breaking something. I called another company that I have used in the past who could not respond for a week. They suggested that I call Naylors who I was aware of. I called and they were able to come out in two days. This was a fair response time especially now when it is hard finding workers. Two repairmen showed up. They were friendly and knowledgeable and explained the work being done. They got the job done and it works fine now.

    We had a really bad leak at our well in the front yard. The water was pouring down our driveway and freezing. We called 3 places, 1 had a 3 days wait to come out, one came out same day but would need to order a part which would tang a couple days. Naylor came out in the morning and came back at lunch and fixed it!! It was freezing cold and they had to hand dig a 4 foot hole, they honored their quote. Very happy.

    I awoke this morning to a leak coming from a hole in thepipe leading to my hot water heater. Called another local plumber who would not be available for 8 days -- that wasnt going to work! Called Naylor at about 8:30, they said someone would be here after 12:00. Their truck pulled up at 9:30. In less than 90 minutes the repair was complete and at a very reasonable price! Their plumber, Brayden Haschert, was professional, thorough, and kind. I would highly recommend Naylor Plumbing and Brayden Haschert! They are now my go-to for my plumbing needs. Thank you!!!

    I came home from work at 6:30 PM with my 4 kids to find our furnace wasnt working, and the house was really cold. We get our oil from Tevis, so we called them, and they recommended their affiliate Modern Comfort. Modern Comfort said they would not come out because we were not contracted with them for servicing -- they said to call back in the morning. Meanwhile, my 4 kids (all under the age of 6) were shivering in their winter coats. We called Naylor Plumbing and left a message for their on-call guy to call us back. Within 10 minutes, we received a call, and in an hour he was on our doorstep ready to help. By 8:30PM, he had us up and running, and our kids could sleep snug in their beds. Many thanks to Naylor for their excellent service.

    Called Naylor Plumbing on referral from another plumber. Naylor was forwarded a picture of our plumbing problem (hole in major pipe) and gave us estimate over the phone...TJ was dispatched out the following morning. TJ was awesome, looked at the situation for a few minutes, left to go get parts/supplies, returned and completed the job. 2 hour project in total. Works great. We couldnt be happier.     Fast service at a great price! I called after hours and left a message that it wasnt an emergency, but to call me to schedule. I got a call just 20 minutes after they opened the next day and had a tech to my house by 1pm that afternoon. He fixed the issue in less than an hour. Highly recommend!

They kept us informed about what they were doing to resolve the problem the whole time.
