We recently bought a house which has a pool in Fernandina Beach but the pool lights and landscape lighting did not work. I contacted 3 electricians; two never responded and third said he couldnt take on any more work.I tried Johnnys and a real person answered the phone and scheduled an appointment. Unfortunately, she said that it would be about a week and half before they had an opening so we set the day and time-range between 8-10 am on the day when they would show. I never got a reminder or re-confirmation from them and figured there was a better than 50-50 chance they wouldnt show. I was wrong. At 8:10 Michael pulled up, assessed the problem and went to work. He patiently and graciously had to undo my attempts at a repair, took the time to explain what he was doing and charged a very fair price. It was quite obvious Michael knew what he was doing and he worked quickly.One can only ask three things from a contractor: 1. Show up when you say you will. 2. Do it right. 3. Be fair in your fees. They nailed all three.I highly recommend Johnnys Electric and will use them again. I will be sure to request Michael!

Ive used Johnnys for many years and have always been pleased. In the past month Ive used them twice. One was an emergency. Johnnys responded immediately and Brian was on site in a few hours to identify and resolve the issue. Most recently they were able to fit me in before my scheduled appointment. They are my go to electrician.

We recently used Johnnys for the second time. The first was a septic pump electric issue. Recently we had a 220V line installed. Both times the personnel were knowledgeable and courteous. On the line installation, estimator Brian was thorough and gave us a timely estimate. Although it took some time to get the installation scheduled (COVID issues, although we were not under a time constraint), installers Rodney and Melvin were fabulous. They were knowledgeable and thorough and worked consistently around the rain showers in the area. The end result was very professional. I found the price to be fair for the amount of work required. I would highly recommend Johnnys for your electrical needs.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ResponsivenessOne thing that I absolutely love about local businesses is the importance stressed on treating clients with such a personal approach. My family just relocated from Chicago to the area, and there was an emergency power outage that had occured at our family home. After initial contact, Leslie, with Johnnys electric, had called me and gave me a step by step update in real time, as to when the technician could arrive, what the diagnosis was, and lastly; confirmation that everything had been resolved. I work in a service based industry, and I take my reviews seriously. Johnnys Electric was impressive, and really made me feel as if we were important. My parents kitchen and outside patio outlets were not working. No power going to them whatsoever. Call Johnnys Electric, ask if they could take a look at it and they did. Turn out be nothing to time consuming. They made some replacements for the repair and my parents couldnt be happier. They were very customer service oriented as well. My mother found them to be very well mannered as well.

The electrician was able to fix the electrical issues. The problem I had was the hole near an outlet that was not there when he and the apprentice arrived. When I called the office about it, I was told the electrician would contact me. He never did. There was no follow up. I am very disappointed in the lack of follow through from all involved. Richard contacted me came out and fixed the outlet.
