    From the time Jeremy Higgins (Sr Field Inspector) arrived in our home to provide the assessment/estimate, to Jeremy Raby (Foreman) arriving with his crew to complete the work, it was 5 stars all the way. Jeremy H. did a great job listening to our history and concerns. He left our home with an appointment scheduled for the work to be done and a full review of what to expect.Jeremy R. arrived yesterday (Dec 26th) with his crew (Travis & Demetri) and completed the job with perfection. Jeremy provided me a full review of the plan and jumped right in with his crew to finish the project.Hardwood floor protection was placed prior to any work beginning. Upon completion of the job, they vacuumed all traveled traffic areas. Jeremy R. is quite mindful of a homeowners space and the importance of respecting this space. It was clear in his performance, as well as, the performance of his crew.We highly recommend Foundation Recovery Systems!

    Had to get my basement pulled back out because it was leaning inward a couple inches. Jeremy R., Luca B., & Phillips B. were such an awesome crew. They were all so kind and explained everything they were doing. They got the wall straightened perfectly, cleaned up nicely after themselves, and are suppose to come back and finish the yard after the dirt settles. Other than the yard being on hold to finish, the job got done nicely! Not sure about other crews but I would recommend this crew!

    Joe came out and inspected our new home purchase. He gave us wonderful insight on the process of repairs on the damage presented. Reasonable quote and also provided said quote in a timely fashion to help with our closing. Iā€™m very satiated with this company and plan on using them when we get to the time of repair.

    I chose Foundation Recovery Systems because I needed help ASAP. I found them on Angi. They were the first to respond. Jeremy, who came out to assess my situation, showed up in a matter of a few days. Other companies who later called wanted to schedule me 1-2 weeks out for an appointment. I didnt feel it could wait. It was determined that I needed a sump pump installed. The work was performed by Devin and his team. They showed up on time. Devin explained everything that was to be done. They went to work. The work was done very nicely, in a timely matter and they cleaned up afterward. I was impressed by their professionalism and everything they did. Now, Im waiting for the next big rain or snow to try out my new system. Thank you, Foundation Recovery Systems!

    Of the estimates Ive gotten for my home, from 4 different companies, Foundation Recovery Specialists, and Kevin Estes in particular, gave me the most comprehensive estimate and repair plan. He took his time diagnosing, taking notes and explaining EVERYTHING involved. I will update my post after the job is finished. At this point, I definitely recommend them, great experience thus far.

    Matthew was my Sales Rep. He did a wonderful job explaining everything to me and my daughter. Dan, Francisco, and Owen were the team that did the restoration on my basement. The guys were wonderful. They were all very well informed and kept me in the loop of how things would work while they were on-site. Dan was a great foreman. He took the time to answer all of my questions. Cisco made a special trip to my house to replace a piece that had broken so that the job would be completed when they said it would be. All of the staff was very respectful of the rest of my property and you cant hardly tell that thet did 2 - 25ft trenches in my front yard. I just want to thank all of you for helping me during this difficult time and making it easy. Will recommend you to everyone.

    I just had Kevin from Foundation Recovery Systems out to inspection my log home. I was worried about cracks in my drywall and foundation, and was recommended to Foundation Recovery systems. They were pleasant on the phone when scheduling, and got me an appointment pretty quickly. I was sent confirmations and reminders, which I appreciated because my memory is not the best. Kevin called 30 minutes before arrival as promised and showed up right on time. He was such a nice person, I felt comfortable letting him in my home and trusted him to walk around on his own. He let me show him the areas of concern and then explained his process in finding out what, if anything, they can do for me. It didnt take him long, and he came to show me the results and was honest and said there was nothing wrong, just the house contrasting in the heat/cold. So while I dont need their services past this inspection, I would 100% recommend Foundation Recovery Systems and Kevin for any work you may need done.

    I originally had Woods Basement doing work on my sonā€™s basement, but after two years of constant issues (basement wall bowing, facia brick on front of house moving in an expedited fashion, and overall slow response time from Woods Basement) we decided to go with another basement foundation company. Iā€™m so glad we did. Timber Shelton from Foundation Recovery Systems out of Fenton, Missouri was a godsend! He arrived exactly on time, pointed out what the previous company who had worked on had done, and gave us a solution on how to start to remedy this problem. He was very courteous and listened to all of our concerns, and then provide us with a detailed plan of attack. Felt way more confident after this consultation than we had previously with the first company who had worked on the basement issues. Timber provided us with a written estimate right then and there, no waiting or consultation with managers or others. We therefore have decided to go with Foundation Recovery Systems to alleviate our basement issues. Again, Timber left making us feel confident with the the schedule plan to fix our basement concerns.     Devon, Roy and Josh just finished placing 17 piers inside and outside of our home. Their workmanship, professionalism and work ethic was amazing! Despite encountering huge obstacles (concrete piers placed decades previously that had failed) they persevered tirelessly to ensure we now have a safe home that will be standing strong indefinitely. We cannot express our gratitude enough for everything they did to make things right. If you have foundation work that needs to be done look no further.     I had problems with standing water in my crawl space after heavy rain. William did a great job going over options with me. He was very honest and knowledgeable.     Had a foundation gutter system and pump installed, then unexpectedly had to put my house up for sale. My inspection was this morning, 11/5/24, after a crazy 36 hours of rain. 10 inches where I lived. The inspector came, basement was BONE DRY. Phenomenal system installed. And it took these guys a day to install it. On top of it all I was pleasantly surprised with the price, and the level of customer service was outstanding. Wholeheartedly recommend.

    Marland, Xander, and John M were great! Marland called beforehand, and they arrived on time. All three were professional and courteous. Marland made sure i knew what they were going to do. They all got along and worked together well. They installed the support system for my basement wall in just four hours and cleaned everything up. I cant say enough good things about them and highly recommend them for your next project.

    To be completely honest I originally left the one star review because the job was not done the way it was supposed to be done, causing water to continue to come into my basement. After leaving the one-star review I was contacted by Bradley within 24 hours. He apologized for the work not being done correctly the first time, and within 48 hours he had a solution and us on the books to get the project redone. They came out one week later to redo the project. Once out here Josh came up with a better solution than what was originally proposed. Francisco and Tony did amazing job executing his plan. We how have two separate systems helping keep water out of our basement. Im completely satisfied with highly recommend Foundation recovery systems. Theyre truly a company with honor and integrity.

    I am having the work done on November 12. I will review that after instlation. I want to rate the Sales Rep William James. He did an excellent job with giving me all the information I needed to allow me to make an informed decision. He did not pressure me to do anything. It was my decission. He explained the different methods and systems used to level my porch, sidewalk and driveway. In my opinion, he is a keeper. If the contractor is as good as he is, I will advertise for them.

    Edit 3/5 - Trevor Atwell did our yearly inspection. He gave us a lot of good info on our foundation and helped to address some concerns we were unaware of. Definitely recommend this company.Luke H, Chris S, and Robbie S did an amazing job. They were able to squeeze us in less than a week after consultation. They arrived on time, were polite and respected my home. They got the job done super fast and cleaned up after themselves. Recommend for waterproofing your basement. If I knew it would be this easy I would have done it a long time ago. Thanks guys!Edited to add that the photos donā€™t show but they put a layer of concrete over the drain so if you paint or put down flooring you will never know itā€™s there!

    We had a pretty small job done by them in retrospect to their average size job. But we had only 1 wall of basement that had water issues. They were very happy to only focus on that wall per our request. There was no pressure to do more on the sales rep side, so that was great. They listened to our problems and needs and answered all our questions. At the time of our installation, the company was undergoing some internal dept procedure changes. Which did affect a little bit of the communication between sales & customer service and the project manager & install teams. But I believe that to be a temporary thing and probably fixed by now. With that said, the installation team was absolutely awesome to work with. They were well prepared and even prepped the area to prevent any mess at all. They were professional, efficient, hard working, and even answered more questions we had on install day. When they came back to install a part that was missing initially that I specifically asked for, that was also not common to be installed (wifi module). They again were great to deal with, even being a different team. In the end, everyone was totally awesome to work with, from sales to customer service and the project management and install team. Looking at the finished project, we feel confident we made the right choice. The quality of materials and equipment used is high quality and installed just as so. Youll be happy you called them. We know we are.

    Hunter came out and did the inspection on waterproofing my basement. Honestly I wasnā€™t fully intending on going through with work, just looking at options as I new there was issues with current drainage system that I could fix myself.     I highly recommend Scott Cisco! As soon as he left our house I knew I wanted to leave him a personal review and a company review. Scott was very kind, thorough, and he gained my trust quickly at his initial appointment. He listened to everything I had to say, did his own careful assessment, and didnā€™t come off as salesy - I felt as if I was talking with a neighbor or friend. You can tell he has your best interest at heart in his recommendations. I would trust his recommendations with my home time and time again, and Iā€™ll be recommending him to anyone I know who needs foundation/waterproofing services.In addition, I really love how Foundation Systems Recovery was quick to get us scheduled. Other places I called were booked out for weeks. I called Foundation Systems on a Friday and they were able to get me in on a Monday, which is great when youā€™re dealing with a stressful water situation.     Jeremy Raby, Luca Bates and Phillip Brooks were very professional and completed the work even sooner than estimated. They cleaned the area thoroughly when the work was completed. The only problem I have is a misunderstanding as to how the crack in my basement wall was to be repaired but that was not the workers fault. The workers just done what they were instructed . I would use this company again but make sure that I thoroughly understood how the repairs were being done.

    Matthew Williams inspected our pool deck for cracked and uneven concrete. He gave us a much better insight into to the cause of the problem and offered a very understandable solution. As I told him, I had honestly expected the fix to be much more expensive. He was able to get us on the repair schedule pretty quickly. His crew arrived on time and finished the polyjacking repair as explained. Trent and Jacob were professional and cleaned up everything before they left. We have since experienced a basement waterproofing issue and we have scheduled Matthew to come back out to estimate this job. Water and mud had entered my basement causing expensive damage. They wasted no time in getting the system installed, cleaned up and job completed to my satisfaction.     Yesterday we had a sump pump installed. It was a GREAT experience for us. Marland Hibbler the foreman and his team Miguel Ruiz and Hayden LaZear, were operating like a well-oiled machine. They were VERY pleasant and helpful as we had questions along the way. AND. . . our basement today is VERY CLEAN. We literally wrapped everything in our basement with plastic as several people had told us we would a ton of concrete dust to clean up. I see none. We will be unwrapping everything and putting things back in place today, but do not expect having much dust to deal with. The work was complete much more quickly than we had anticipated. We are quite pleased with the look inside and out, Hoping not to experience any concrete cracking or problems once everything has dried thoroughly. But would expect that anything that is the companys responsibility would be handled quickly. Take note: MARLAND DID RECOMMEND NOT SETTING OUR WASHER AND DRYER ON THE NEW CONCRETE FOR 2 WEEKS. Hoping the hoses and cords reach far enough that we can hook them up away from the walls. If not, we will gladly use a laundromat for two weeks. It is worth it not to risk concrete cracks. WE ARE VERY PLEASED with the responsiveness of our sales rep, Haley Albanese, the admin support person and sales manager Colton Tremain. All of our questions have been answered promptly both before and after installation. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.The first picture is an example of how we wrapped everything in our basement. The picture showing the length of the run of the sump pump inside was taken before they cleaned up. The exterior shows the great patch job they did to our driveway and the final shot is the line running out into our yard with the exit grate. We know we will have to reseed ourselves.

They did a great job in spite of weather in the teens the last day!Billy was an AMAZING mini-trackhoe operator. Id recommend Foundation Recovery Systems to anyone looking for similar work.Edit: Abbey and Toney came out the last two Thursdays to repair cracks in our basement. We want to extend our thanks to them for being so accommodating to scheduling a second appointment since we had to leave around 5:30 the day of their first appointment. They spent the first day of work taping up plastic to reduce dust from their work in the basement, and their second day completing all repairs. Abbey kept me updated on the work they were doing and walked me around the property at the end to make sure all the work was done properly, which it was.     If I would have left a review a month ago it would not have been 5 stars - more like 3 for the poor response rate. I was leaving multiple messages and not getting the responses I needed - in fact the responses I was getting were few and far between. Im going to give FRS the benefit of the doubt that this year has been CRAZY brainy, causing nasty basement problems for everyone in St. Louis.My review: Initially back in April 2024, FRS came out and installed 2 50-gallon dry wells in my back yard, a French drain around the back and side of my house, and an external sump pump to move the water away from the house. We have an internal sump that works well, but we have so much water outside that it was coming into the basement so quickly. Nathan had what we thought to be a great solution to fix our problem. Work guaranteed.The first crew did good work - I cant remember any of their names (sorry), but unfortunately, the 2-50 gallon dry wells werent enough. Our backyard is sooo wet that the wells couldnt drain into the yard and ended up creating a little pond in the backyard and backing up into the house. We have a unique situation where we live on a hill, but our neighbors are elevated on both sides, so the water just sits with us...After we realized what was happening, I contacted our sales rep, Nathan, and he put me in touch with his supervisor to come out to evaluate the situation. It took too many weeks, but we were busy too, so I remained persistent when I could. Just this week FRS finally came out and rerouted the sump and downspout along the side of the house to the front. They executed and cleaned up the project well, and even alerted me as they got started when they smelled gas! We contacted Ameren and Ameren determined there was a leak from the new meter they just installed on the side of my house! So, this crew of Abbey B & Chris P, was exceptional. They went above and beyond by getting the job done well and alerting me of issues that were really unrelated to their work.So, ultimately, though it took longer than desired, they did great work initially even though the solution didnt help us, fixed the work that needed to be fixed (part of the guarantee), and helped stop a gas leak on the outside of my house. Abbey B and Chris P are ultimately the reason for the 5-star review, as well as the supervisor, Brandon, who finally came through.Now, we will wait for rain to see how things work and if water enters my basement, but Im hopeful we are now in better shape!

    I absolutely recommend Foundation Recovery Systems based on my recent interaction with the company yesterday. To start, the process of contacting the company and scheduling my free estimate was absolutely perfect. I was able to get an appointment quickly and at a convenient time. The communications I received were clear and there was never a point where I didnt know what the next step was or when it was going to happen. Nathan was the service manager that came to our home and he personally contacted me to let me know exactly when he was arriving. Nathan was very friendly and professional. He took the time to listen and fully understand the issues we are having with our basement. He then did a thorough inspection, both inside and outside of our house. At the end of the inspection, he let us know that our issues are due to mine subsidence and suggested that we first contact our insurance company to see if they will cover the cost of the repairs under our subsidence rider. I never felt pressured or like I was being mislead during any part of the process. I will definitely contact this company again if the need arises.

    Absolutely fantastic company. They came in and did a great job with the required work for a great price. The only downside is one of there techs stepped on a water valve and bent it. We call them and they had a guy out the same day to look at it and they had it fixed 2 days later.They are one of the few honorable companies left. The quoted price was fair and their five year warranty was attractive. The crew that did the lift was prompt and professional and cleaned up afterward.     ETA: After I left this review, the service department reached out to us and was very helpful in getting our issues resolved. They took care of the carpet cleaning and damaged cover to our sump pump as well as offering to replace our vacuum if it continued to have issues. Im not sure why our original complaints didnt go directly to this department but Im glad we were able to get everything taken care of in the end. I feel much better about my experience with this company and I am currently satisfied with our resolution.We recently used this company for foundation issues. They installed 12 anchors in two walls of our basement. Iā€™d like to give them a better rating because I guess they fixed our foundation but cleanup and customer service afterwards were majorly lacking.Pros- Turnaround was quick and process was efficient.- Crew was friendly and polite.- Cost was reasonable, in line with other bids we received.Cons- They spilled black junk all over my carpet in many spots. I emailed them to find out what it was so I could try to get it out and they offered to send someone out to clean it. The men who came to clean it clearly did not want to be here and did not know how to get it out. They scrubbed it with dirty rags and degreaser so now instead of black spots I have large discolored sections of my 2 year old carpet that will have to be replaced.- The crew apparently decided to use our nice personal vacuum for cleanup. I guess since it was in the basement they felt it was for their use. The vacuum is now broken.- Our sump pump is in a drywall enclosure with a wood lid. They decided this is the perfect place to set all their greasy tools. The lid is ruined and has to be replaced. This one honestly wouldnā€™t be a big deal except that itā€™s on top of the other two issues.- High pressure sales processI wish I could leave them a better rating but since I now have to pay for carpet patching and an expensive vacuum on top of an already expensive project I canā€™t say Iā€™m exactly thrilled with this company.

He did a very (and I mean very!) thorough walkthrough (inside and outside of the house) and assessed everything we had concerns about instantly.     Jeremey Rhein w/Foundation Recovery Systems came out quickly to bid the job of adding two posts while removing one in order to open up the basement area. He provided a detailed quote on the spot that held true to completion! Some other companies took over a week and/or never got back with a quote. Also, Foundation Recovery Systems quote was muuuuch better than the other two I received.Jeremy was able to get the job on the schedule for only two weeks after the quote. However, I had to push out the date for some personal reasons and he was totally accommodating.Gary, Joe, and Chris arrived exactly on time to complete the job. The three of them were professional, completed the project in just a few hours, and left the area as clean as it was when they got there. Im super satisfied with the experience they all provided.

    Foundation Recovery Systems did a fantastic job at our home. The center wall in our home had dropped a little over an inch. We called them and Jeremy came out right away to inspect and found our main beam had slipped on the shims in the foundation. He easily explained what had happened and the steps they would take to fix it.The very next week the crew of Gary, Joe and Von came out to begin work. The guys were very professional, and got right to work. Took two days to dig the holes for the new intellijacks and get them installed. Within maybe two hours after install our support beam was secured and lifted back in place closing the gaps that had formed when the beam slipped. It was really a great crew that did an amazing job. Would highly recommend Foundation Recovery Systems to anyone.
