    I hired STL Polyjack to level several sections of my driveway that had split and shifted. The process to get the quote, agree to the quote and approve was automated and seamless. What makes STL Polyjack really stand out is what happened today when they came to my home to do the work. The technicians were very frank and up front about what the results would be ideally and also realistically. After starting the job, the technicians realized that there were more issues at play and the end results were not going to be satisfactory. I was going to need to replace the slab, in the future, even with poly jacking. They could have done the job per the quote, kept quiet and got paid per the quote. Instead they did the right thing, informed me and we stopped what would have only been stop gap work. I cannot recommend enough the team at STL Polyjack when you need concrete stabilization. Thanks for your honesty and being a stand up company!

    The crew that came out were very professional and did a great job. They took the time to explain everything and the job turned out great.     Our date was scheduled after we accepted a very competitive quote from STLPolyjack to raise my sidewalk near the step. it had settled and was funneling water against the house and creating leaks into the basement. The work date came in June and it was raining cats and dogs. I received a call from them that morning and we both decided it would not be wise to try to do anything until things dried out. I was scheduled into one of their emergency days set aside for just such a circumstance. I appreciated their forethought. The second date came and the crew arrived on time and ready to begin. Some discussion back and forth with a call to the office to make sure we were all on the same page on what was to be done. I was a little concerned about the estimate and if we were going to be able to achieve the results I needed. I called Marcus at the office and he calmed my fears and the crew proceeded to do an amazing job and I couldnt be happier with how it came out. I can strongly recommend STLPolyjacke for your concrete leveling job. They are courteous and professional. Skilled at the techniques and careful not to leave a mess behind. We are happy customers!

    If you are like me and have noticed your concrete porch sinking, as a homeowner what can you do? I have seen many solutions over the years that cost tens of thousands of dollars but never before heard of poly-jacking.First, the price is incredibly reasonable.     Arrived on time and completed the work in less than the time promised. Reviewed the work to make sure I was pleased and explained everything in a way that I understood. They filled in a hole under my front stoop and leveled the attached front steps which were sinking and dangerous. Work is guaranteed for a number of years. I recommend this group highly. Matt Don and Dylan performed the work.

    My wife and I decided to change a bonus room into a full blown gym (18’x25’) but after pulling up the carpet found some very large cracks, separations and areas that were sinking. Fearing the worst case scenario, I called Polyjack for inspection. They assured me this is something they can handle quickly and gave me a good quote. They came and raised the floorto level in less than a day! Both employees were very professional and easy to work with. I was able to put new flooring down the next day and have been enjoying the new room every since. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone needing help with a similar issue(1st photo shows cracks but also had a lot of sinking)

    STL Polyjack is a wonderful company to do business with.,.they’re friendly, professional and reliable. Josh and Tyler did a great job of leveling 7 aggregate concrete slabs around our pool deck…they worked quickly and efficiently, and were like perfectunate in how they did the job. They were also very friendly and respectful of our property. I think we’re going to use them to caulk the pool deck, but we are waiting for their estimate before deciding. Highly Recommended!

    We contracted STL Polyjack to raise our driveway due to an erosion problem. We were totally amazed at the process and the end results. The workers were efficient and courteous.     Contacted STL Polyjack come out to raise our park pad. Matt and Brooke came out and did an awesome job. They were courteous, friendly, and professional. Need to say they were patient too when we asked questions. Due to messed up rebar they couldnt raise an area and explained other options. Now we just need to find a floor grinder. But the work done by these two amazing people looks great. Their cleanup was perfect, nothing left laying around. Anxious for dryer weather so that they can come back and caulk.     The whole team at Saint Louis Polyjack was great. Everything was perfect from start to finish- communication, scheduling, and the work done. They went above and beyond and best of all my patios and walkways are now safe, drain properly and look so much better.     The basement wall had a horizontal crack and was starting to bow. I called STL Polyjack for information and advice. Teri was great. She set up an appointment for me after I had sent her a few emails with images of the wall. They had an in-house engineer who recommended reinforcing the foundation wall with carbon fibre plates to increase the tensile strength and stop the movement. Josh and Gary were very experienced; his work was spotless and expert, and they handled my house as if it were his own. If you have any cracks in your foundation, call STL Polyjack immediately—the straightforward process at such a difficult time as a homeowner.

    We just had the crew from STL Polyjack out to lift the concrete patio around our pool. Overall the process was easy from getting the bid to completion of the work.     My garage floor had a void underneath causing a large crack and sinking. The previous owners tried to fix it poorly by laying floor leveler which made it sag even more.     I hired STL Polyjack to stabilize my 16ft by 5ft concrete front porch. I new the porch was sinking and I was looking for a reputable contractor to poly-jack and stabilize the slab. I received a total of (3) quotes from (3) companies. STL Polyjack was the least cost. They were very responsive to my proposal follow-up questions before I scheduled their service.     Contacted STLPolyjack in Sunset Hills to bid out a sidewalk and patio safety issue. Technician came out, gave a fair bid (I called two other companies for bids) and STL Polyjack returned to complete the work following week. The sidewalk and surrounding patio area looks great! Not only was the job satisfactorily done, but the technician neatly cleaned up area. Technician asked if I was pleased and thanked me. Nice customer service. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting pavement lifting and sealing. They do residential and I think, commercial work. Need to call and ask.

    STL Polyjack did a fantastic job!! I hired them to level 2 concrete slabs in my driveway, one of which was sinking on one side by more than 3 inches. Wayne came to do the free estimate. He explained the process in detail, including their 5 yr guarantee and was confident they could level the slabs completely. Their estimate was reasonable compared to the other 2 companies I had give me estimates. (As a side note, the other 2 companies I had out for estimates were not sure they could level the slabs completely, but they could maybe get close)Jennifer was able to schedule my job for 10 days later, so great turn around time! Danny and his crew were on time and worked hard to get the slabs completely level, which they did! They probably spent more time then most companies would have making sure the job was done right. They cleaned up all the debris and offered suggestions on sealing it myself. They even did me a favor by jackhammering a piece of concrete I had been trying to get out that was not part of their original job. I am thrilled with the results and would not hesitate to hire them again or refer them to a friend. This company and crew did great work and really cared about the job and their customers!!

Other companies I contacted werent able to get anyone to give me a quote for 20 to 30 days. From start to finish, every contact I had with the folks at STL Polyjack was professional and efficient.     We are redoing our basement and noticed there was a void under our basement concrete floor. We contacted another well known company to give us a bid. We thought the bid was high so I researched and came across STL Polyjack. They responded right away and had someone out very quickly to provide a bid. The gentleman who came out to bid was very professional and friendly. Their bid was about half the price of the other companys bid and STL Polyjack actually estimated for a larger area.We ended up agreeing to their bid to have the work done.     Update the siding was cleaned and it looks much better. stayed home from work to be able to watch the work on my driveway and patio. The crew had to leave after a few hours because the pump broke. They came back the next day but I couldnt be there. The driveway was OK but they couldnt properly lift the patio slab. I am quite sure water will not drain from the corner since that portion slopes the wrong way. I also saw material sprayed on my siding so I am concerned it will be permanent. I dont think the that the portable equipment used was adequate.

    We were so very pleased with the work done by St. Louis Polyjack. Our concrete front porch had a hollowed out area underneath where a chipmunk had been living. No matter how we tried to close off the area, it always came back and dug a new opening under the porch. St. Louis Polyjack was the most professional contractor I have dealt with in the 14 years Ive lived in this home! From the estimate, to the contract, to scheduling, to the text messages in the days leading up to the appointment, everything was top notch. On the day of the appointment, Dan and Justin showed up on time, introduced themselves, explained exactly what they would be doing, and went above and beyond to fill the void and create a safe and secure foundation for our porch.     My garage floor had a 6inch gap between the concrete slab and the dirt underneath. I was terrified to park in my garage on a newly purchased home that was only 23 years old.     STL Polyjack far exceeded my expectations. I am preparing for a major renovation to my home and the first piece of the project was to ensure that my attached garage slab, front and back porches and foyer were secure as the entire front half of my house is being renovated. The concrete pads had been mudjacked over 20 years ago. Years of drought had eroded some of the ground underneath the pads causing some cracks in walls and I wanted to make sure the home was secure while undergoing the renovation.A team of 4 arrived 10 minutes prior to my window. Dan, Dylan, Matt and Gator showed up and were ready for work. They helped me move many of the items in my garage and performed the polyjacking in a quick and timely manner. I had planned on having everything ready for them, however they arrived early and joined in to help me clear out the areas and promptly began their work. They thoroughly explained the items they would be doing and walked through their process. When they finished their process of drilling into the concrete to support the concrete pads, they showed me everything, filled in everything and cleaned up the floor of the garage, porches and foyer. Then they moved everything back into place, and to be honest...they left everything better than it was prior to the work being done.I could not be more pleased with the work they did. All four men were kind, considerate and professional. I shouldnt need any additional work done, but if I do...they will be my first call.     Dan and Justin, a father and son team, showed up promptly at the time they said and were very polite and professional. They answered all of my questions and did a great job. They leveled some slabs of concrete that were starting to drop and they filled our fiberglass pool steps. I dont know of anyplace else in St. Louis that will do this.     I had Matt and Don come out to level my backyard patio as it was cracked in several spots from years of neglect which created a void under my cement patio slab. I liked the poly foam used as it has a quick curing time and it wont disintegrate.The guys were on time arriving to my residence and they got right to work.     We had a section of our sidewalk that was sinking and beginning to cause a tripping hazard. I had received a referral to PolyJack and gave them a call. Realizing this was a very small job, the office worked with me to put us on the calendar when their team was in the area on a bigger job. The team was very hardworking and corrected our problem including some preventive actions to stop a couple of other slabs from doing the same.     Polyjack did a job for us in July. They lifted up a sidewalk and put foam under our front porch. They were very helpful about explaining every step in the process.     The Polyjack crew (Dan, Gator, Justin, and Matt) came out to our home to do a void fill job for us in June 2022 and they were fantastic. They filled the voids under our garage pad, front porch, and leveled out our side walk. They were quick and knowledgeable about how to fix our void problems. They also were able to show us the voids under the concrete using a wire camera inserted into the drilled holes to better understand the job.

    We had STL PolyJack lift parts of our concrete pool deck as the concrete shifting was causing the coping stones of the pool to separate from the grout and even the caused the grout to badly crack in some places. The PolyJack team was super responsive and communicative throughout the whole process, even finding a way to shift the schedule so that the contractor who came to give the bid could be the one to do the work and so that we could be home while the work was being completed. I was so nervous that the leveling wouldnt work- but by the time the team left, I could barely tell where the splits sections were and they had replaced the section that was badly cracked. We plan to have them out summer to work on other sections of the patio. We couldnt be more pleased and highly recommend their work!

    We have used STL polyjack twice now for 2 different services. Communicating with them prior to the services was super easy to do. We sent out an email to ask for an estimate and it was super easy to have them come by to take a look since they just needed to see the driveway and we did not even need to be home.     My front porch was sinking, loosening the 4 columns that supported the porch roof. Also, the concrete on the porch was cracking. The foam injection made the columns securely support the roof. The technician kept evaluating how much foam to put in so as to not over push on the roof. They also put new filler in the seams of my driveway to prevent future cracking of the concrete. Sand on top of this filler made it visually disappear giving it a neat appearance.
