Rick has done 3 small plumbing jobs at my home over the past couple of years or so, the most recent just a couple of weeks ago. Ran water line to refrigerator for ice maker; replaced outside hose faucet; installed new garbage disposal. Each time, Rick has either answered the phone himself or returned my message quickly. We make the appointment, he calls shortly before coming. Does the work, cleans up, all good, no drama, reasonable cost. And Ricks a nice guy, too. Highly recommended.

When our current technician was not responsive we went with a strong referral from our parents after Rick replaced their hot water heater. He had a new unit installed and running less than 24 hours after we contacted him. Cannot say enough about the quality of work and his patience in walking through all the things wed need to do after he left like letting air out of the faucets etc. We will be using Rick for all things water and pipe related in our home moving forward. Hands down the best plumber in the area. Rick and I have worked together for over 25 years. When you want the job done right the first time call Rick. Today we had an inspection for a new restaurant in the area. Rick thought through every step of the project with our team. The inspector came out and said “it’s nice to deal with professionals.” We passed and moved on the the next part of the project. Thanks again Rick I don’t know what I’d do without you! When you retire I may too.

Needed to have an Instant Hot Water Dispenser and garbage disposal remote button installed. Rick had to drill two holes in my granite countertop to install. Rick was quick to respond with a fair quote. Made the entire process painless and explained everything in detail. Very meticulous and left the place cleaner than he found it! Would definitely recommend and plan on using again soon.

I didnt know who to go to, to get a new water heater installed. I asked around and two different friends who dont know each other said get Rick Lucas Plumbing, hes great. So I called on a Sunday and he came out, then went and got the new water heater, took the old one out, put in new fittings, made it safe, and was done in less than 3 hours. He explained everything, showed me all the valves, how it operates etc. He did a beautiful job! He was efficient and friendly!! I highly recommend him!! I am so happy I chose him.
