I was debating whether to give 4 or 5 stars, but ultimately decided on 5 stars because of the unique situation I put Brett in. Read below for more details.I had already moved out but needed a sewer scan for use and occupancy in Lower Southampton Township (implemented in 2022). Brett was one of the local plumbers recommended by the township, so I contacted him. Since I was not in the area, there was a minor case of miscommunication that could have cost me an extra $200. However, this was resolved through a solution that Brett provided.The sewer cleanouts within the house were unable to provide a good scope all the way to the main line due to turns and incorrectly positioned Ts from past renovations. Brett had to dig in my front yard to install a new cleanout (again, required by the township). He was very responsive during work hours, and we discussed the procedure remotely. He completed all the required tasks in a very short timeframe, including pulling permits.His team was also very careful in removing a portion of my fence to fit an excavator in, and they placed the fence back almost perfectly. Besides digging down 10 feet, he and his team also flattened out the area very well afterward. He even made sure not to scratch up my driveway or my neighbors driveway.Finally, in the final price set for the excavation, he refunded me for the initial miscommunication. His business also allows you to pay via credit card online without penalty!

Could not be happier with the service we received today. Our hot water heater started leaking at 4pm on a beautiful Saturday and by 9pm we are back up and running with a new water heater. Brett was easy to contact and very responsive. Our technician Chris arrived quickly and was very knowledgeable. And all of this was very reasonably priced, especially for weekend emergency service. We will definitely use them for any future needs.

Brett had his guys out to my house to replace a leaking hot water heater. They were out quickly, and even though I was scheduled for 1-4, they were waiting for me in the driveway when I got home at 12:20 (talk about prompt!). Nate & Beau did a great job, and quickly removed the old tank, and got me up & running with the new one.While Im not looking forward to additional plumbing issues, I at least know who Ill call.

My Oil Heater stopped working and Brett got it up and running like a pro. Brett Sabol came highly recommended from one of my clients that is a builder and knows his stuff so I knew he would be great before I even met him. He was very honest and fair and did an amazing job. Definitely stands by his work! I highly recommend Brett Sabol to anyone that is looking for a great plumber.

Brett was so wonderful in helping my mom with her heater problem. He answered all her questions and the team he works with are also very helpful. My mom was very nervous about getting a new heater but Brett and his guys put her at ease. We would highly recommend them to anyone

Was referred to Brett Sabol after 2 of the large outfits came to my house to determine the cause of a sewage smell in the house. One company did a camera search of my sewer lateral and said they found an issue with it that necessitated it to be replaced. I was quoted 10,000. Another company quoted me 9,500 without a camera search. Following my gut feeling I called Brett Sabol. Wow! The first visit they preformed a camera search on my lateral and didnt see any problem. They then did a camera search of a few of my drains and and both roof vent stacks. Their findings were very dirty and at a few locations,obstructions(soldified grease and other things) This along with the vent stack obstructions was causing the sewage smell in my house,not a broken sewer lateral! Bretts crews that were there on 5 different occasions (the drains and stacks being severely gunky) were all very professional and friendly! Needless to say I was able to save a substantial amount of money! Thankyou Brett,Joe and your teams for all you have done!

Great service and good real people. Had the guys out to replace my sewer line in 2021 after it was impacted by tree roots. Brett and his team were fast and affordable. Now I had minor plumbing issues recently and Brett’s team once again did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend
