Stephen Was amazing! Incredibly helpful during the planning step helped us pick out the correct generator. Even offered to let us buy it ourselves due to the shortage. However, he was able to find us one in less than a week. He communicates very effectively and teaches you at every step. He has many years of gas and electric experience and it shows when he explains the installation. At no point did he make us feel stupid or annoying. The installation was super smooth and Stephen even helped us with the township permit. He loves what he does and that is rare these days. I am so glad we found this company. -
