I had the pleasure of working with Tom after I was referred to A1 Electric. Right away, he was timely with his communication and very helpful. He went out of his way to help me better understand how everything operates in the unit I am leasing and in the follow-up process. He went above and beyond and it was an overall very positive experience!

Great. An honest, informative electrician came out right away and executed a thoughtful and efficient repair. A lesser electrician might have drummed up a bill by punching through walls and creating unnecessary work, but not Tom. He took the time to diagnose and correct the problem as cost-effectively as possible. Im so lucky I found him.

We had a fire. We needed an inspection to get our power restored. This place quoted a price. We paid, they came out, did the job and submitted what we needed to PECO the same day. Peco had it in less than 24 hours and our power is about to get turned back on. No issues, we really appreciated the quick service. The guy was a little abrupt on the phone, but who cares? Hes obviously busy because theyre good. They did the job right, wed use them again.

Called A1 electric because I needed a Home inspection quickly. Spoke to Tom explained my situation and he scheduled inspection within 24 hrs. He scheduled me between 12-2 on a Friday and called me at 11:40am to let me know he was 20 minutes away. He arrived, explained what the inspection entailed and got too it. Tom was very thorough and picked up on a few items the home inspector missed. He explained what needed to be done to make the home electrical system safe. I appreciated Tom’s expertise in home inspections! It allowed me to return to the sellers with items that needed to be corrected before we closed. Would definitely recommend Tom and A1 electric for his expertise in the electrical field!

I had an inspector come out from A 1. I believe his name was Tom . He was very professional, attentive, and informational on exactly what and why things needed to be done. Any questions asked were answered and explained very well. I got a great sense of integrity dealing with the inspector and will be useing A 1 for any electrical needs in the future. 100% recommend this company.

A-1 electric really helped me out when I was in a tough situation because a contractor didn’t get permits for the work being down. I called Friday night and got a call the next morning about doing the inspection. He talk to me over the phone and had me send him some picture so when he came out to inspect that everything would be to code. He made it as easy as he could for me and after that has guided me on another electrical project. If you need an inspection I would highly recommend. He’s more than fair and helps as much as he can.

Tom was great! I needed a electrical underwriter cert for PECO and made the mistake of calling a different company. After kicking the other guys out of my house for being rude and unprofessional; I gave Tom a call and he came over in 15 minutes! He was super helpful, quick, knowledgeable and professional. Completely worth the amount of money I paid for the inspection completed and will be using his company in the near future for final inspections. Side note, whoever gave this company 1 star for bad driving and has not actually used their services should be ashamed of themselves.

If PECO says you need an electrical underwriter, dont bother with the names they give you- call A-1 Electric!

Trying to sell a house in Falls Township Pennsylvania is blocked at every conceivable step because the Township likes to play God! Getting that out of the way I can tell you after exhaustive searching and researching having your ELECTRICAL PANEL CERTIFIED is not an easy arrangement to make, unless you call A-1 Electric.I finally searched for an ELECTRICAL UNDERWRITER and A-1 Electric was the top listing. I love Google! I called the 800 number and was greeted by Thomas Greenage. He was polite, professional and assured me that he could get me EXACTLY what I needed to satisfy the township. He was able to make room for me the very next day.Tom sent me a message with a time window, confirmed, and on the day of the service he sent me a message updating the time window and it was still within the original time frame! Thats CUSTOMER SERVICE! When he arrived he was pleasant and courteous and got right to work. He inspected the electrical system outside as well as inside and told me the only correction I would need to make when I packed out.Whether you need a pre-sale inspection or a post sale inspection and repair you will not go wrong calling A-1 Electrical. Tom and his crew are TRUE professionals in every sense of the word!
