We made the right decision hiring Tacticle to finish off our basement! We first met with Riley and Brandon who brought our vision to life with a 3D digital rendering showcasing how our basement would look once complete. No other company we “interviewed” offered that level of service. Matt & John who built our basement, are fantastic! They are punctual, knowledgeable, hardworking and clean up any mess at the end of the day. Like every renovation, there were a few hiccups along the way. How Tacticle resolved those was the type of customer service you want to see and more. Not only have we been impressed with them, but so have our friends and family who’ve seen the project from start to finish. We will certainly use Tacticle for more projects in the future!

Hired Jeremy and his team to fix a problem that a big name contractor created. They were outstanding. Professional. Thorough. Detail oriented. Best contractor experience I have had! Extremely happy with the finished project. They will be back to do the next stage of our renovation!!
