    John is a truly wonderful and talented guy. He worked tirelessly to get nearly our entire plumbing system done in a day and for an extremely fair price. Hes the kind of guy to brave a lightning storm to get the job done! The quality of his work is impeccable and its a great reminder going into the basement having the peace of mind that our plumbing issues are over.     John Soares plumbing and HVAC is second to none. His knowledge, professionalism, quality and cleanliness of the work he provides is unmatched in the industry. I have known, used and refered John for over 12 years. Over the years, he has completely replaced every bit of plumbing in one of my homes, as well as all the heat lines and baseboard heat. Faucet, toilet, sump pump changes in another home, as well as many little repair jobs over the years. He has installed a brand new high efficiency gas burner for my mother and father in law, a complete whole house A/C system at my long time friends home and another full A/C system for a friend and local business owner in the Raynham area. My wife and I have referred John to many of our professional colleagues throughout the healthcare system and personal close family and friends. I grew up in the construction trades, owning my own business for over 13 yrs and working within the trades of well over 30 years, I am also a Hospice Nurse and have worked in Healthcare now for 15 years. I have just recently slowed down with the side work. I can tell you being VERY careful in whom I allow into my personal home and who I will refer to the people in my life that trust me to send them only the best. John Soares Plumbing and HVAC brings me peace of mind as I have never hesitated to refer him or open my home even while not home as I have 100% trust in his integrity and quality of work and has ALWAYS been fair priced. One of the few that I never worry about ANTHING when he does a job. I dont even have to inspect it when hes done because its ALWAYS DONE TO PERFECTION.     John has done a few plumbing and HVAC jobs for my home and he is always great at setting up an appointment, coming when he says he will, getting the job done right and not charging sickening prices for it. Im always astonished by the fair rates he gives, even for after-hours jobs. So far he has replaced parts on our propane furnace and got it working right when others havent been able to, installed a hot water heater and helped with a few other small things. If youre reasonable and understand that this guy is amazing at his work and are patient with his schedule because he is in such high demand, then you wont be disappointed. He is worth it!

    I recently had my gas hot water heater fail on a Sunday. I placed a call to Soares Plumbing and left a message and with in a short time I received a call back, and less than 24hrs I had a replacement heater installed. John was polite, in my dealings with him, and he listened to my concerns. The installation was spot on, he left the work area spotless. John checked and double checked all the connection and did not leave until the water heater was up and running and we were both completely satisfied. I would not hesitate in calling Soares plumbing again and I highly recommend him to anyone needing his services.
