    Arrived earlier than expected (a very pleasant surprised), tech was curteous, professionable, very knowledgeable, thorough and informative. He found and fixed the problem with our gas furnace. The problem was not common and/or often seen, but the tech found it and fixed it. He was great!!! Extremely pleased with Platinum Home Services, Inc.

    Amazing service!! I am very happy with the customer service and the technical knowledge of the technician (Steve) that came and rewired my entire AC/Heat system. I also can’t say enough kind words about Christine in the office who made sure I have heat as soon as possible and advocated for my family with my insurance to have the least financial impact on us. She was supportive, professional and extremely helpful throughout the entire process! I highly recommend Platinum Home Service especially for families with kids! Thank you Christine and Steve

    Platinum Home Services, Inc. was wonderfully excellent in every way. The only comment we have is two (2) texts came in at 4+/- AM local time and due to family circumstances, my wife read both in real time. Our guess is Platinum Home Services, Inc. was not the source of the texts.

    My heat pump broke the first week I moved into my new house so it was very stressful period and on top of it the couple of companies I called first to look into it quoted me jaw dropping prices to replace them which honestly I couldnt afford since I had spend much of my savings on this house. Some companies never got back to me after initial inspection! Luckily for me one of my coworker had worked with platinum before and recommended I talk with them. I reached out to Christine/Jeff from platinum via text and all they needed was picture of the heat pump and the air handler so they could recommend me similarly sized new units. Jeff recommended me to go check out with mass save to same money when we buy the new hardware which is highly appreciated and goes on to show they care about their clients by trying to save us some money. Setting up things with mass save took some time but they were patient enough to work with me through the delays. I was also pleasantly surprised how competitive their pricing was - this I appreciated the most because I could finally afford to keep my family comfortable when I was house poor. When the GE ac unit I wanted to be installed was out of stock, Jeff offered me to replace that with better unit from Bosch at same price as well without any added delays. Jeff and his team managed to squeeze me in their busy schedule and the installation was done in a day by their team - both the gentlemen who came for installation were professional and easy to work with and answered all the questions/concerns I had. So overall I am a very happy that I got to work with Platinum and would highly recommend them and wish them much success.

    Devin was on time; he even texted me when he was on his way. He was professional and so polite. He checked the heating system, making sure all connections were secure and that it heated up quickly and properly. He answered questions I had about my thermostats. When he was done with the inspection, he turned the heat off and reset the thermostat to AC and cool temperature. I’ll see him next year for the annual inspection. Good company. I highly recommend.

    We spent the past few weeks aligning an inspection of our malfunctioning heat system. On the second visit Devin was kind enough to listen to the events happening that prompted us to call back. After replacing the flame sensor the heat system appears to be functioning properly.

    Of course my HVAC went in the middle of a heat wave and dreading the experience to get someone out..Platinum was first on my list because of reviews. When I called was on hold but had to drop. Five minutes later Christine called got Steve out the next day on time. My system was pretty old so needed new. Platinum had a quote with options the next morning and now less than week I am back with a new cooling system! Install team quiet, courtesy and quick did it in one day! Although I did not receive an advanced phone call (I was told I’d be receiving) notifying me of an exact time of arrival, the technician arrived within the 5 hour time frame stated. The technician found that the tenant likely disconnected the thermostat when attempting to change the Sensi battery. The problem was resolved in approximately 6 minutes. The technician was friendly and professional.

    Our two AC units were over 20 years old and one stopped working. We decided to replace both at the same time. We have used Platinum Home Services for several years for a variety of projects/repairs and we were always pleased with their work. They were one of three companies we received AC quotes from and they provided the best value. In terms of installation, each unit was installed on a different day. Their installation team on each day was great. We are extremely pleased and we will continue to use Platinum Home Services for all home projects/repairs going forward.

    Dear Christine,From the moment I first spoke with you about my leaking water heater to the final installation of the new heating system, everyone I dealt with at Platinum was professional, well informed, and very easy to work with. The gentleman who came on Monday (I’m sorry I don’t remember his name), explained my options and convinced me that the best one was to replace the entire heating system rather than just the water heater. He didn’t pressure me, he just made me see that, in the end, it made sense to replace the entire system.You anticipated all my questions with relevant information and went out of your way to switch some appointments to get the crew here on Tuesday rather than Wednesday, so that we wouldn’t be without heat and hot water for any longer than necessary.Ian and Tanya worked very well as a team to dismantle our old furnace and water heater and get the new unit up and running in just two days.     Technician Steve was very professional. Furnace had stopped working, so this was an emergency call. Steve quickly diagnosed our issue and found that there was a faulty control board. He actually had a control board on his truck. He replaced the board and heat was up and running in no time.Steve was very patient with all my questions, explaining everything step by step.     Outstanding service, found them to be very informative . They were very professional in theirinstallation of the system. After everything was installed they explained everything to me in a way that i could understand the working of the unit.This was done on a Friday and Sunday i had a problem so i called a number they gave me an i talked to the person on the other end an explained my problem. A half hour later this person arrived at my home an proceeded to solve the problem. He had to go to his shop an get a new thermostat and replaced my broken one.After he finished i find out that he was the owner an he had his wife with him while doing all this.     Unfortunately the boiler and the AC in our mobile home failed all in the same year and we were fortunate to work with Platinum Home Services for both installations of a new Navien tankless boiler and a new AC unit . Thank goodness for Christine in the office and Chris our technician who are extremely professional, polite, knowledgeable and prompt. Platinums phone is covered by an answering service and we were able to schedule service for the next day on the spot...how often can you do that nowadays...sometimes it is difficult to get anyone to call you back. The breakdown of the 2 major HVAC services in our home was made less stressful because it was handled by a top notch company.

    First of all, I learned about this company through my insurance company. I didnt have heat during the coldest days in December of 2020. I thought Wed have to vacate our home and go to a hotel during the pandemic. I called on another company who had previously fixed the boiler and that company had no idea how to fix the problem. I know that I would need a new boiler but didnt want to change it during the winter.My insurance company called on Platinum and they came right over. On a Wednesday,  Stephen came in and thought he fixed the problem. We realized that the problem wasnt fixed and the heat stopped working again. He came back the next day and realized that we needed a new part. We found out the new parts wouldnt be in until Monday of that next week. Stephen came over on Friday afternoon after 5:00 and said, I can not consciously leave you guys here without any heat. He did a temporary fix and told us that this would work until we get the missing part on Monday. We had HEAT for the whole weekend. On Monday, he came in and replaced the new part. Throughout the entire process, they were extremely helpful and continued to stay on the problem until we were up and running again.The week of March 15, 2021, we decided to install a new boiler and AC system which were both over 20 + years old and needed to be replaced. We did our research and called on numerous companies to get quotes, and many of these companies were expensive and more concerned with encouraging us to refinance. We remembered the professionalism and positive vibe that we received from Platinum in December and decided to give them a call. They had availability for the week of March 22 and started on that Monday. I must say that my husband and I are truly satisfied with the workers and our new heating, and AC system. They told us about the duration of the job prior to starting. Every day after completing the days work the technician explained and showed what was done. They were professional, efficient, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and followed the CDC health guidelines and that includes Christine the receptionist who always sounds very cheerful. Finally, it is encouraging to see a female technician working in this company. We would definitely use them again in the future. We highly recommend this company and have already sent some friends over.Platinum Home Service... Keep up the good work!

    Our heating system in Ma failed in February during a very cold spell when temperatures were around 16 degrees. .We were concerned about frozen pipes. We reached out to three heating companies and Platimun home services responded immediately. Another company tried with no success to repair the burnham boiler, but Platimun came out and repaired the problem with the boiler the next day that the other company wasnt able to figure out. They kept us running with heat while we decided it was best to put in a new boiler due to the age of the existing boiler. They were very informative in explaining the difference in the technologies and higher efficiency boilers.One of the women who works there Christine Lavoie went above and beyond through out the entire situation to make sure that we had heat. She called and followed up on everything and her responsiveness was over the top. After the Platinum technician went for the first visit Christine conferenced us in on a phone call so the technician could explain what he did. The communication was excellent and the follow up was amazing.Through out the entire process they were extremely helpful and continued to stay on the problem until we were up and running again.Not only did they get the system installed immediately but they saved us a significant amount of money. Two other companies gave us quotes and their price was much less than two other companies for the same system. There was also a huge rebate of $2750.00 in addition to the huge savings for purchasing a high efficiency boiler and Christine helped me fill out all the paperwork. I can not say enough about the level of professionalism and their sense of urgency to get us heat. A week later one of the zones was not providing heat. We called them and they came that same day in the middle of the night to replace the thermostat that had failed that had nothing to do with the new heating system. I would recommend them highly and give them a AAA rating . It was a real pleasure working with them in spite of the anxiety of losing ones heating system in the middle of winter. If you are considering a new heating system, Platinum will not only save you money, but they will install it in a timely way. This was probably the best experience I have ever had with a contractor.
