    We have been going to McKennas Kitchen and Bath for years. We have had bathrooms remodeled to a Kitchen remodel to just needing a toilet, faucet or showerhead replaced. Everyone is so accommodating and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to make your experience a great one. Their customer service is top notch, and they are always willing to answer questions or make recommendations. We would strongly recommend McKennas for your next home project; you wont be disappointed.

    McKennas provides excellent customer service after the sale. 20+ years after installing my shower doors, they came up with the parts to replace the wheels which had worn out even though the manufacturer of the shower doors has been out of business. I would recommend McKenna for all your kitchen and bath needs.

    McKennas saved the day. As a handyman, I was painting for a client and a light lenses fell and broke. The customer stated the fixture was very expensive. I was thinking I wont make any money on this job if I need to buy a whole new one. Found out she purchased the light from McKennas about 3 years earlier. By chance, I stopped in and showed them the broken lenses. Next thing I knew Dan found the exact lenses and GAVE IT TO ME - no charge. They saved the day and made myself and client very happy. This is why you support local businesses and dont shop at a big Box store. Great family business.

    I was searching for a replacement seal for my Mom’s glass shower door and Mckenna’s had the exact part I was looking for. The other issue was I didn’t have my tools to cut and notch the part and Dan generously made the precise cuts for me. Mom and I are very pleased with the above and beyond service.

    I just had a wonderful experience at McKenna’s in Fairport. Nearly a decade ago I purchased a faucet from them. It’s worked beautifully, but the aerator needed replacement. I walked into the store and within 5 minutes, Dan McKenna found the part and gave to me for no charge. I was so delighted!!Gwenn

    I was looking for a new quartz vanity top and Kim was instrumental in helping me find the right one out of the many great options in the showroom. Her assistance was invaluable to me in the entire process. I was able to check out the quartz piece at Solid Surfaces too before it was cut. The install was within a few weeks followed by the faucet installation the next day by Jim who was very pleasant and did great quality work. He was able to get assistance from Bill to adjust the mirror above the vanity so the faucet could be installed properly. Bill was very pleasant and did great quality work also. I am very pleased with my new vanity top and faucet and will definitely recommend McKenna’s to everyone !

    I went to McKenna’s in search of brushed brass/gold shower heads after being disappointed in the selection/service at Home Depot/Lowes. Everyone was so nice-from speaking with someone on the phone regarding general service/hours to being helped personally by the knowledgeable staff who truly went above and beyond. They carry beautiful vanities, plumbing fixtures, tile—everything you can think of for a bathroom (or kitchen!) and much higher quality than the chains. Visiting a local business like McKennas was a fantastic decision and I will definitely be back! I would happily recommend them.

    I did two bathroom remodels my contractors gutted my bathrooms. I remember going inside McKenna’s in Henrietta so I said I’m buying my replacement items from there. I went to the Henrietta location which was closedown due to lack of employees but I refused to let that stop me. The next day me and my husband drove to the Fairport location I’m really excited I did I met Dan and several other employees who were super nice and very attentive I received top of the line products my two bathrooms make me not even want to go on vacation I just want to relax at home ‼️There was even the biggest Great Dame dog named Ben who was nicknamed the gentle giant who welcomed us too. Please before you shop anywhere else do yourself a favor and take a ride to their showroom trust me I’ll probably be there working on my kitchen remodel.Shawn Smith Gates

Jim was very helpful with the design, and wed like to acknowledge the skill of George, Devon, Dennis, and Mike in making it happen.Everyone was responsive and patient with questions.     Dan at McKennas helped us with a bath remodel--the product quality, the service, planning help, delivery, timing---he helped us thru the whole process. You might think you will save money at a big box store--but you will likely pay more by the end! Dan helped us to spend the money where it mattered and to save on the things we could do ourselves. There were design and placement questions he asked us that we would not thought of installing--McKennas gave us real value!

I needed a specific item for the shower door and everyone at McKennas took the time to determine my specific needs. I was so grateful for their knowledge and expertise.     My feedback is on repairs only. I have always used McKennas when possible for the mundane to replacing of Water heaters. I have found that I always receive quality in parts and the repairs. I have also found the team to be patient and honest.

    We couldn’t be happier with our newly renovated master bath space! From start to finish, this process went smoothly. Matt helped us design, rearrange and finalize the footprint. He answered all questions and patiently showed us the samples no matter how many times we asked. Unfortunately, Covid hit just at the time our work was slated to start, but they were in communication with us throughout and kept us in the loop as to when the work could begin. The tear out and install was seamless. I kept wondering when a big issue would arise, but there was nothing. Mike, Sean and Hank were awesome to deal with. Perfectionists is how I’d describe them. They always asked our preferences and the communication was great. They were extremely respectful of our home and that was awesome. What I liked most was the use of a project manager, Mike, who rather often stopped by the site to check on the work. It really helped with the communication and the installers could rely on him for parts or install issues, etc. We highly recommend McKenna’s to anyone who is looking for quality work.

    Dan at McKennas was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with all of my questions. I wanted to purchase a rain shower head and we discussed the different ways that it could be installed and the different shower head options available. I mentioned that I was interested in the type of installation that could be performed on the inside of the shower instead of behind the wall (to simplify installation) and he helped to research this type of unit and ordered it in for me. It was very refreshing to be able to talk with an experienced person when purchasing home improvement supplies as compared to the big box stores! I will definitely be returning here for future home improvements and/or repairs!!

    McKennas exceeded expectations with our remodeling project.We were very satisfied with the experienced staff design and product knowledge and assistance (vs limited knowledge big box reps.), product quality(all wood cabinets vs (typical pressed board big box), competitive costs (vs other Kitchen and Bath dealers) , their own installation staff (vs big box subcontractors) for work scheduling and quality of work. McKennas was a one stop shopping so no multiple store and contractor and suppliers to have to deal with.We will use McKennas for all our remodel or new home projects.

    We worked with Jim at McKennas to design our new kitchen. We have a small space, but he was able to work with us to make sure we got everything we wanted and more all for an affordable price. The cabinets are high quality and the team at McKennas is second to none. Theyve answered our numerous questions and have gone above and beyond what we expect. The entire process was so easy, we highly recommend them!

    Best experience ever. From conception, design, quality of products and selections to the professionalism of their team of craftsmen to the finished project it was just a pleasure and great experience. This was a powder room “flip” project. Demo the old, concrete floor and had to rebuild flooring, plumbing and damaged wall areas. Bye bye 1949 bathroom, heavy industrial tiles, ugly banjo vanity and rusted old medicine cabinet.Hello contemporary modern.Workers were very neat, respectful of our time and always pleasant. Hank explained options when there were different ways to tackle a problem. Great team. Plumbing work was exceptional, neat and has the mark of pride in the quality.We have recommended McKenna Kitchen & Bath now to our friends and discovered many other satisfied customers.See Dan at the Whitney Rd store or any of the great design people in Henrietta.Next project full bath “flip”.     We had McKenna design and install our kitchen remodel. We also received estimates from two other companies.While McKenna’s wasn’t the lowest $ the design that Russ came up with was superior.They did everything except for the new flooring and electric upgrades, using their own people ( not subcontractors),Great workmanship and coordination with our flooring contractor ( Messner’s).We didn’t believe our 65 yo kitchen could be transformed so beautifully. Extremely satisfied!
