    I had a leak in my shower drain that I could not repair and it was time sensitive to have the leak resolved. Mike made time in his very full schedule to quickly and professionally make the needed repairs. This was my first time using Alberti & Sons and I was very impressed by the speed and expertise in making the repair. Mike was exceptional in his customer service and I would highly recommend Alberti for anyones plumbing needs. I will absolutely call on Alberti for any plumbing needs in the future.     I have used Alberti & Sons on 4 occasions, all with Brandon, who is a rare gem. Amazingly polite young man who is thorough and super capable. He can quickly diagnose the problem and its always beautiful when hes done. The very first time, it turned out to be just an issue of the dishwashers position. Brandon helped repositioning the dishwasher quickly and didnt charge! I couldnt believe it. Subsequently he did wonderful work on the actual plumbing problems we had.

    I had an ice maker line installed. The tech (Brandon) was friendly and efficient. He talked me through the install plan, answered all of my questions, and completed the work quickly. The service was fairly priced and I couldnt be happier.

She said Brandon was very nice, and did a efficient, wonderful job and installing her new toilet. Shannon who answers the phone was very nice and helpful as well.     Had an issue arrive later in the evening. Called the emergency number, they were able to come out the following morning. They arrived 3 hours sooner than originally thought. Brandon was professional, courteous, and a joy to have in my home. He not only took care of the problem, but explained why it happened and how to prevent it. The service was done this morning and Ive already recommended them to multiple people. Will be my new plumbers for sure.

    We have been customers of Alberti & Sons for years. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. They are friendly, knowledgeable and beyond fair when it comes to price. Not only that, but they explain how to do the work yourself, so next time you can try the repair on your own. Seriously, who else does that? 100% completely satisfied every single time!!2024 update: 4pm, discover hot water heater is leaking, call Alberto & Sons. Michael calls us back and walks us through the steps to start draining the tank. 12pm the next day, Brandon and Michael arrive to start the replacement. 2pm, hot water is flowing again in our house. Problem solved in less than 24 hours! There is no home repair company I trust more!

    Mike fixed my toilet super quickly! He was very kind and empathetic of my past plumbing experiences. He also very timely, and arrived right in the time frame he gave me. It was so nice seeing a plumber come on time and not needing use a dispatcher or a middleman to get the info of when they would arrive (which was never in the time frame they said it’s be). So nice not needing to wait around my house all day waiting for someone to come. I will absolutely be using them again if needed. So much more friendly and pleasant than other plumbers I’ve had to deal with. As a resident in Fairport I’m glad we have this business in our town! Thank you Mike!

    I used Alberti & Sons twice for plumbing repairs. One was a kitchen sink issue that Michael advised I contact the faucet manufacturer for a free replacement part. Base on that, I had them come back to address issues I was having with a couple toilets and an outdoor faucet. They did a great job at a fair price. Michael also brought to my attention some other plumbing related fixes that could be done to prevent future issues, and provided an estimate as well. I highly recommend Michael and Alberti & Sons.

    We’ve called Alberti twice this summer, once for a plumbing issue and once for a leaky sink. Michael and Brandon were a great help to us and made sure we knew our options and all of the work they were doing.     Excellent work and service!! As a first time home owner I expected some issues but panicked a bit when my water heater was leaking on the floor. I called on a Saturday to the emergency line since I was worried what might happen with the leak. Since it wasnt that bad of a leak Michael walked me through the options and said I would be the priority to get the water heater replaced. When I called the office to schedule for first thing Monday they even offered to stop by to be sure everything was safe. The crew arrived on time and got to work right away. They were very friendly and professional. Got the job done right! I would highly recommend!!

    Ive used this company for years. Everytime Ive needed them, they have been on time or even early (a plus). I have been walked through every step they were doing. Michael is always personable and extremely pleasant. Shannon is amazing. That is why I recommended Alberti and Sons to my parents. We are overjoyed with the services for both houses.

    Toilet clog that we could not clear with plunger, chemical dissolver, or 3 foot toilet auger. Called on a Friday morning and even though not an emergency was offered an appointment for that afternoon. Then the plumber himself called a short while later with unexpected availability and came a half hour later. Extremely courteous and professional. Used his own auger and could have easily given up and tried to sell me a new toilet as he and I discussed at the beginning but he spent 30 minutes and eventually cleared the obstruction. Not easy to find a place that won’t try to sell you things at the first chance. Then he tried to charge a little less than the usual service call fee because he was only there a short time. This is the way to keep customers for life!

    Unbelievable experience from start to finish.Contacted the company on their 24/7 line to let them know about a problem we were having. They texted to let me know theyd be coming out first thing the next morning, I received a courtesy phone call 45 minutes before they came, and they showed up on time. They solved the actual problem relatively easily, but were also great about explaining what they were doing, what was happening, making friendly conversation, etc. And no sticker shock when I got the bill - very fair pricing!I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a plumber in the area.

    We were in a predicament on a Friday night. Completely clogged kitchen drain but not just the normal pipes!! What a mess! Called Mike around 8 PM. He answered the call!!! Amazing! After a brief explanation he had an idea of what was needed. Said see us tomorrow. Justin came out and he was great! Called to let me know an ETA and then called when he was on his way. What a great young man! Took his time, was patient even with my many questions even though he had to snake out the line twice! He did fantastic and we couldn’t be more appreciative of them & the whole process! Very happy & very relieved! Thank you so very much! We are customers forever now!

    We had a pipe burst in our basement bathroom. I called Alberti & Sons and Michael Alberti and his associate, Caleb, were at our house within 90 minutes. They were friendly, courteous, efficient, and neat and clean. They fixed the problem and were so positive and upbeat the whole time. We live in the Village and like to give business to businesses within the village, so this was a win-win for us. Great job, guys! I will recommend you to ANYONE who asks!!!

    I have found Alberti and Sons Plumbing to be prompt, courteous, and dependable, and always at a fair price. The quality of their work has been excellent.     Amazing job! Incredibly professional, friendly, quick and cheap. Best plumbers ever! My mom clogged the kitchen sink and tried for 2 days everything she could do to fix it on her own, but nothing worked. They came and fixed it in about 5 minutes, then checked and rechecked to make sure it was fixed. Great job! Thank you so much!

    Chris and his son Mike replaced the water supply line to our home after we discovered a leak. They had to excavate our front yard to gain access to the line. We were very worried that they would need to rip up our newly installed front patio - Chris said no problem and figured out a way to drill through the dirt under the patio without disrupting our hardscaping. After all the work was completed, they leveled and re-seeded the lawn. We are lucky to have such a company in our community.
