    We noticed a water spray sound or a compressed air hissing sound emanating from the wall behind the washing machine. Oh, boy, this couldn’t be good. Well, we don’t have compressed air piping in our walls, so a safe bet was a water leak.We called and left a voice message last evening with All About Plumbing. Received a call after a few minutes and an made an appointment for the next day about noon.Harold is the person that came to help and he arrived within the time slot stated, and he also called to let us know when he was leaving the previous job and was in route to our home.Harold did a great job repairing our leak and he now is our go to person for plumbing needs.

    Harold and his son are top notch! Probably the only honest plumber in Fairhope. He is like a good dentist, fixes and provides services you need, not trying to give you a full “root canal” when you just need a “filling”. All the other providers in the area tried to gut my good copper pipes, cut holes in my walls and honestly overcharged for simple services without itemizing. Harold will probably quote you over the phone for the service you want, and keep to his pricing. His work is beautiful, clean and professional, and he stands by his products and services. I won’t be calling anyone else from here on out.

    Tremendous service. Harold was as good a person I have ever had perform a service for me. Called ahead as promised, arrived promptly and changed out our kitchen faucet fixtures very quickly. Very personable. I would highly recommend his services to anyone needing a qualified plumber. A very satisfied customer.

    Both of our toilets had issues. Harold diagnosed and fixed both. He and his son are very professional, polite and we will certainly refer people to him and use them again should any plumbing needs arise!

    Harold is upfront, honest and fair. He was about solving the problem with our grinder pump not trying to sell us new equipment. He also fixed a leak we were having from an upstairs bathroom. He did a great job , making us knowledgeable on the issues we had and completed the job efficiently. I would highly recommend him!

    Just bought a home with a grinder pump which Ive never had before. Called All About Plumbing Services when we started having problems with it and after we got the runaround from a different company. Harold was out there within an hour and got it fixed quickly and for a reasonable fee. Definitely will be calling him first if we need service next time.

    We had an issue starting late on Friday with our kitchen sink. We attempted to rectify the situation ourselves and got no where. I called Harold on Saturday morning to see if he would come out to help us. He responded within minutes and said he would be out within the next two hours. He arrived promptly and had the issue resolved in minutes. Thank you so much for your quick response and not charging us a crazy price for after hours repairs.I would recommend All About Plumbing to all of my family and friends.

    Mr. Harold has responded amazingly quickly and efficiently to all of our plumbing needs. I had a problem with my grinder pump today and he was out to repair the issue in less than an hour. The repair took less than a hour to fix and we were back up and running. Would recommend to anyone!

    We had a long list of plumbing “issues”. Harold worked quickly and with confidence as he checked each problem off that list. What impresses me most was his effort to save our tub facet buy searching to find the special part. He found it and used nothing but quality parts.     Harold is the best! I called him randomly 3 years ago when I first moved to Fairhope and was experiencing some plumbing problems at my new home. I truly hit the jackpot finding him.He was friendly, knowledgable and very efficient and he quickly solved my problems. Since then, I have called him every time I have needed a plumber and he has installed new sinks, fixtures, etc. in addition to solving routine maintenance problems, always at a (more than) fair price. He always returns telephone calls and shows up for appointments as scheduled and he always seems to carry, on his truck, whatever random parts I am missing to get something fixed. He was here today to re-hook up my water after a kitchen re-model…..all went great b/c he had taken the time to advise me as to what would/would not work in my allotted space (to the point of speaking to the Ferguson Plumbing staff on my behalf).I feel very fortunate to have met him and call him a friend. I feel certain that anyone who engages All About Plumbing will not be disappointed!

He was professional, nice, easygoing, thoughtful and thoughtful towards my child.     I had my termite company come out and do their semi-annual inspection and the guy told me that it was extremely wet underneath the kitchen area of my home. I called a local plumbing company I had used in the past and they said they were extremely busy but would put me on the list. After waiting for over a week (in fact, I am STILL waiting), I called another local plumbing company. They sent a guy out who told me that I needed a complete replacement, inside and out, of ALL my pipes, at a cost of almost $10,000. I didnt have $10,000 just lying around the house, so I decided to look for another plumber. I researched local plumbing companies and came across All About Plumbing. I read the reviews placed by other satisfied customers and decided to give them a try. I called on a Monday morning and he promised me he would be out first thing on Tuesday. He arrived on time, went under the house, and told us that we needed a section of pipe about 3 long replaced. He left to get the parts and came back and replaced the pipe. I also had him look at an outside faucet that had been leaking for a while. He replaced the faucet and left a bill for less than $200. Needless to say, I am completely happy and Harold is my new plumber. CALL HIM -- you will NOT regret it!

    We had a pipe burst in the walls late tonight and attempted to call several different places. The carpet was soaking up gallons upon gallons very quickly! All other services either didnt answer, or were purposefully obfuscating anything to do with emergency pricing. I called All About Plumbing Services and left a message - received a call back within 10 minutes from Harold, who quickly arrived. Upon arrival he was able to quickly isolate the issue, cut in, and fix within less than an hour. He was professional, friendly, and I couldnt recommend him or the company he represents any higher than I do. Pricing was extremely fair, especially considering how this was a very spur of the moment emergency. I absolutely recommend utilizing All About Plumbing Services for all of your plumbing needs - even in dire emergency! I will be utilizing them for all future plumbing needs, this much is for certain.
