    Collin and Hunter totally understood what my problem was and offered to repair it right on the spot. They were Able to explain to me what was going on and what my options were. The most important characteristic about them is they were honest. I had been told that I needed a hot water heater, and that the hot water heater being replaced with solve my bathroom faucet problem. Colin explained that I did not need a new hot water heater, and it would not affect my plumbing problem in the bathroom one way or another even if I got a new one.Honesty is truly what sold me on them. But it was wonderful having water in the shower and tub once again.

    Eric, Chris, and Austin came and did a full install of my AC unit after my house was struck by lightening and it fried my AC unit. They were professional, swift, punctual, made sure everything was clean and tidy after the service call was done, answered my various questions, and ensured all my needs were addressed. I was very pleased with the level of service they provided.I have had plumbing service done by their company, Affordable Plumbing, Heating, and Air in the past and was pleased with that service as well. I highly recommend buying their VIP membership, itll be worth it, you wont be disappointed! The company also takes care of their customers who are Veterans!

    Highly Highly Recommend this companyMy hot water heater went out on me over the weekend so I called Affordable Plumbing, Heating & Air to come take a look at it. It was definitely time to replace it. The technician went through the whole process with me on what to expect and even showed me things to keep an eye out for. I appreciate the fact he did look at everything and gave me several different packages to choose from. I can not thank them enough for coming to my rescue and checking everything else in my home.     Had a really good experience with Affordable Plumbing. We had a severed sewer line from a fallen tree. Scheduled on a Friday afternoon. Bridget and Austin were right on time on Monday morning. Communication from both the office and Bridget and Austin about the arrival times and work needed were very professional. They excavated and diagnosed the problem and explained the fix. Gave us an estimate. Came back on Wednesday and did the repair. Bridget and Austin were both great to work with. They explained things clearly, worked hard and got the repair done that day. Plumbing work is not inexpensive, but thought the cost was fair for the amount of work done. Would recommend the company and definitely would recommend Bridget and Austin.

Even when it started raining and the fix required digging up and replacing a pipe in the yard, she worked to get our problem solved. Her demeanor and kindness are beyond reproach, she is a rockstar in this plumbing business. She also fixed a faucet that has bothered me for 15 years.     I recently had my biannual HVAC/Plumbing inspection (VIP Club Membership perk) conducted by Austen (HVAC) and Todd (Plumbing). Both gentlemen were clean, professional, tolerant of my dogs and made reasonable improvement suggestions to enhance the value of my home. Austen identified an air loss in my HVAC unit, demonstrated the loss and rectified it straight away! The gentlemen explained everything in laymen’s terms, prompting questions and concerns from me. All and all, it was a great visit. I not only highly recommend Affordable Plumbing but strongly suggest the VIP Club Membership!

    Alex and his Apprentice arrived on time and were very professional and polite. They did an awesome job fixing my water heater and they did it quickly. Alex clearly explained to me the cost and what they would need to do before they did it. This is invaluable to a homeowner. Even more surprising, I went upstairs to clean up after them and there was absolutely not a speck of trash or putty or anything for me to clean up.     Kendell was awesome. He was very professional and respectful. He identified theAC problem and spent a long time getting it fixed. He could have just told us that we needed a new one, but he didnt. He fixed it and then wrote down several options for new units, when we need one.     I called them to help me find a water leak. The girl that made my appointment was very polite and professional. They called 30 minutes prior to coming out and even sent me a text. I finally ended here in Foley where I had to have my home totally re-plumbed.     Michael from Affordable Plumbing provided fantastic customer service and was extremely professional. I originally called to have a plumber fix a water line break. Soon after I decided to attempt the repair myself. I cancelled the repair request, but Michael was in the area and stopped by to see if I needed anything. He was able to answer a couple technical questions which helped me with my repair and gave me information about their VIP program, which seems like a very good deal.     Having sewage backed up into our bathrooms with 4 kids was a complete disaster, but our Affordable Plumbing technician shifted his schedule to arrive a while day early! He arrived at 6:30am and had things squared away within 2 hours so I could still get my son to school in time. He was professional, friendly, honest and even gave me some education on what was happening, why, and some ways to prepare for it, should it ever happen again. My 4 children were of course running around in the mix of everything and he was so polite.     Where do I start ? ! Matt was awesome ! The wife and I woke up on Saturday morning to notice that our walls had water spots dripping down from the ceiling .     Ralo showed up on time to install a vanity and faucet, hook up the water line to fridge, and repair a disposal.     As a part time resident of Foley, when I have a problem with my house, I must rely on recommendations from my neighbors for help.A short while ago, my neighbor next door called me and said there were about three inches of water flowing from under my house into the street.     I am a new customer of AFFORTABLE PLUMBING!!Ask me why, and I will tell you!! After 3 weekends of 2 overflowing toilets, backed up toilets into 2 tubs and 1 shower, guess who found the culprit!!!!You are right, AFFORTABLE PLUMBING from Fairhope AL.!!Thanks to Michael, in this heat, and 4+ hours found where the septic line had been cut, thus the culprit!Then to end the story, the fine crew of Tony Lee from AFFORTABLE PLUMBING was hired to come fix the major replacement of the broken sewer pipe that backed up into my home 3 different weekends !!
