    Everyone from Bell Pump and Well has always done the job with grace and respect. Never an issue on the phone *or* in person. We have had many many visits over the years. I never feel weird or nervous having these guys in my house. They are personable, respectful, cognizant, clean (presentable, never tracking in mud etc) and professional.

    I hired BP & W to change out our old pressure tank. Chris and his partner showed up on time, and they were informative, polite and professional. They did a great job cleaning up and left me super happy with our new pump. Great to have a quiet pump and excellent water pressure. About 4-5 weeks later the pump started to short cycle. Sent a short video to Micah with BP & W and he was able to quickly identify the issue. Turns out the pressure tank may have had a defect. Im a builder, these things happen. Micah showed up the same day with a new pressure tank and a smile. Swapped the tank, shook my hand and was on his way. BP & W is aces in my book. I will work with them on future projects for my home and our clients. Thank you BP & W!

    Can’t say enough about how grateful I am for their assistance. Had a burst pipe outside due to freezing temperatures. Worked with Mr. James Bell who was able to diagnose and fix the problem in record time. He saved me time and money. Very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and patient. I will absolutely call on this company in the future for all my well needs. Highly recommend their service.

    I cant say enough good things about Bell Pump & Well. They are a company that truly cares for their customers and it shows. I have been a Bell customer for many years but today I had a major issue. Another contractor cut our water line from the well to the house. I called Bell and they sent out a team within minutes. Literally minutes. Jeremy and Scott immediately figured out how to fix the problem and got to work. In under an hour they had it fixed. They are true professionals like everyone on the Bell team. I highly recommend Bell Pump & Well. They will take care of you.

    Knowledgable and very professional. I had my new well installed by Bell Pump and Well. They did the water test and were very honest with what I needed. I also got a sulfur tank to get rid of the bad odor. I was really happy with their service and prices. I had a water pressure and air problem. They came back and fixed the issue at no cost and explained clearly how and why the issue occurred. Working with Brian really shows this company has been around and knows what they are doing.

    They provide service at a fair price to say the least. Customer service is PHENOMENAL! My wife and I recently purchased a home in Woodbridge, VA that required quite a bit of work to be done. Bell Pump & Well provided accurate times for service and all technicians were professional while answering all of the annoying questions coming from me (this is the first home that we have owned with a well system) without hesitation. After a filter system was installed in the home to clear up the water issue, they educated us on what was happening and requested that we call back if the issue persisted. After the issue came up, they came out and addressed the issue under warranty without question. They have earned a lifetime customer by conducting business the way that they did. I would give 10 stars if this system allowed.Hands down, I will be seeing them when the well needs to be replaced!

    Just had someone stop by for an annual filter servicing(a year late on my end) and the guy that stopped by was great! Super friendly and answered all my questions and helped me understand what he was doing and why I need to do this on an annual basis!My first experience with these guys was easily 5 out of 5 stars!

    Our well filter started leaking seriously enough that we had to shut of the water. This was late on a Saturday afternoon. Bell Pump and Well arrived promptly the next Sunday morning and had the problem fixed right away. They were polite, professional, and really knew their jobs. I had used them once before and would absolutely use them again. Great company.

    Used for well inspection on home purchase. Took time to explain details and make sure all questions were answered and that I understood everything. Really good at explaining to someone with near zero background on subject. Used again at later date to set up water filtration system, once again great service.

    Used BP&W for our well inspection before moving into our new home. The tech explained everything really well on how the system worked and what to look out for. We needed to have them come back out and chlorinate our well after our initial water test. The team did that service on time and good quality. The techs (different from the inspection) were very nice and super up front with information. We will definitely use BP&W for future needs.

    HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Lost water pressure then water altogether. Called them on a Friday night, they were at my house 7:30 Saturday morning.Needed a new pump and water/well tank. Not sure the age of the pump but our tank was as old as the house (36 years). These 2 wonderful guys took care of everything in a little over 1 hour and that involved dealing with a crawl space. Incredible workmanship, professionalism and knowledge.I am very happy and will recommend to ALL my neighbors.

    Our well pump failed after 20 years. Woke up to low water pressure one morning, then zero pressure a short time later. We called Bell Pump & Well, they had someone here within a couple of hours. Troubleshooting confirmed it was the pump, we received an estimate and gave the go-ahead. Within 2 hrs the work was completed. JR & Buck did the work, very professional, courteous and easy to work with. We could not be more pleased. The final bill was at the low end of the estimate. Incredibly quick turn around, we were back up and running the same day. We have also noticed that our water has never been so clear. We are in a high iron content area and their decision to raise the new pump about I0 has made a huge difference. I highly recommend this company!

    I lost water at 4:00pm on a Saturday and placed a call to their office number, thinking I would be leaving a message for them on Monday morning. The owner answered the call and was out at my house himself Sunday morning at 9:00am (which turned out to be his second call of the morning) and installed a new well pump. Everyone in the company seems very friendly professional and eager to get your problems fixed quickly.

    Ive referred them three times in the last 45 days for clients of mine that needed their well inspected and water tested for the sale of their homes. They were good getting out there and were very professional throughout. Pricing seemed about 10% higher than others. But honestly their professionalism and timeliness warrants at least that.

    Dave and Ian were just at my house. Thinking it was going to be a 2 hour ordeal to change out my carbon filter ended in being 30 minutes. WAY TO GO BELL- Tank swap. So smart. As a customer my time has been freed up and no mess. Always a plus. And for Ian and Dave- they can clean out the filter at the Bell Pump and Well.Thank you , thank you

    Our well tank sprang a leak Saturday afternoon with 24 people coming to the house Sunday morning. The basement floor was flooded with two inches of muddy water. Mrs. Bell helped us breathe. Because we owned a dry/wet shop vac and were home, we were able to clean up the mess right away and the floor might survive. Bell Well and Pump could not fit us in Saturday afternoon but two angels showed up Sunday morning at 7:30 and were finished within the hour. Two things: if you don’t own a shop vac and use any other company for well services, you might consider getting your head examined. 10 stars. We have used this company for years.
