    CTS Electric is awesome! I couldnt get my outdoor electrical outlets to function which I needed for my pool filter. They came recommended from a neighbor so I called and Karen answered. She was great. She was able to get Carl to my house in under 2 hours. Carl was awesome as well. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue with the old outdoor setup we have. Their price was VERY reasonable especially for same-day service.     Great work - a few years back they added an exterior plug and circuit for our bakery, and most recently easily addressed our home GFCI issue, and helped us fix a bathroom fan that had been broken for a few years.     CTS Electric is an excellent company for electrical services. I have used them for panel inspection, reset, and labeling, as well as various wiring tasks. Each time they come to the residence they are on time and very careful around the house. In addition they are highly responsive for quotes. To top it all off, each time they visit, they are very thorough. They have gone the “extra mile”. For instance when fixing a light switch, Carl was able to bring power back to a nearby receptacle.     I had seen CTS Electric’s ad on the cover of my church bulletin. I decided to call them and get a quote for some electrical work I needed done. I spoke to Karen and she arranged to have her husband come out the next day. We had a kitchen fire and I was concerned that the outlets and wiring were unsafe. Carl inspected everything and relieved my mind that all was good. He gave me a quote to have some other work done which was very reasonable. He sent out two young men to do the work.     I recently had some home electrical work done by CTS Electric. They relocated a kitchen chandelier, in prep of some home renovations and installed a ceiling fan in an upstairs bedroom that previously had no overhead fixture.Tyler and Dom from CTS were knowledgeable, polite and professional. Tyler let me know everything they were planning to do at the outset of the job. Dom made some recommendations for the light switch options for the ceiling fan.     I discovered CTS Electric a few years ago, when, prompted by a certain reset on the world stage, I decided to get a generator. From the very beginning CTS Electric have provided outstanding service and made the experience unexpectedly smooth and pleasant. I did get the generator, which is working great, and they took care of everything from ordering to installation and later on maintenance. At one time a repair was needed, but since it was under warranty I didnt have to move a finger and they executed a stellar job in replacing the parts promptly. They seem very knowledgeable to me (and Im an engineer myself), very friendly and accommodating, the people are always the same, which in my view inspires confidence, the customer service is outstanding, so overall Ive had a wonderful experience and Ill continue to work with them for all my electrical needs.
