Johnny expertly put in our new sink, faucet and garbage disposal, cleaned up the mess and even found time to fix my leaky hose connection out front. He didn’t push unnecessary parts or services. When dirt clogged the hot water side, he came back out (on his anniversary and Halloween) to fixed it. Highly recommend if you need reasonable and courteous plumbers.

Our technician John was very professional , knowledgeable, and kind. He removed our old water heater, disconnected the old water lines, and disabled our electrical outlet. He installed a new tankless water heater, including the new gas and water lines. He was very neat did not leave a mess. He also removed and installed a new water cartridge in spare shower ensuite. We received 5 star service from the receptionist, technician, and the owner. What a trustworthy family owned company. We will definitely refer all friends & family and use this company for future plumbing needs.

Pamelas Plumbing is absolutely amazing! I started dealing with this company through my home warranty plan from American Home Shield and I couldnt be more happier! I recently had a hot water heater go out and a frozen pipe burst in my home and Pamelas Plumbing came out asap. John was very knowledgeable and thorough. He located the pipe almost immediately and was in and out and no time. John knows his stuff, let me tell u. Brandon came out next day to install hot water heater and was so polite and made quite the impression on my dogs lol. Mrs. Pamela is always so professional and the fact that its a woman-owned company is a major plus and find it so cool that she gives all women a discount! U just cant go wrong with Pamelas Plumbing. Im a devoted customer and highly satisfied with the service they provide. They are my go-to plumbing company FOREVER!

This company is top notch. Ive asked other plumbers to fix my problem with my sink. And they couldnt fix it, but Pamelas Plumbing came out immediately and fixed my issue with no problem! The owner personally came out and did it herself! Shes very hands on and very prompt getting the work done! If u need a plumber, shes the one id call! I absolutely WONT use anyone else!

Brandon and Connor did a great job. My water heater was leaking and had a few parts that weren’t up to code. They were able to get me an appointment next day. They were awesome, efficient and explained to me what they were doing and why (which for someone who doesn’t understand plumbing was a super helpful thing in understanding how to care for my house)

Absolutely fantastic experience! Woke up to find a large puddle on my front walkway. Called Pamela’s Plumbing after a referral, and they did not disappoint! There happened to be an employee nearby that had just finished another job, which was dispatched to my house immediately.I am not exaggerating but this dude was at my house with 30 minutes of me and identifying the problem! In and out, all fixed! And at a reasonable fee!!!This occurred Friday, I waited until Wednesday to see if any further problems persisted. Grade A services! Will be recommending and calling for my next problem.

After having a plumbing emergency and calling American Home Shield; Pamela’s Plumbing accepted my job request and sent the Amazing Brandon to save the day. The plumber arrived within 30 minutes and quickly assessed the situation. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and most of all was an extremely caring individual ( this level of customer service is nearly impossible to find these days ) not to mention Pamela’s didn’t attempt to price gouge every situation . Brandon explained the plumbing issue at hand and the only solution in a way that was easy to understand. He worked efficiently, effectively, and NO STOP ( until nearly 9:00 pm) until the problem was successfully resolved . If you call Pamela’s Plumbing ask for Brandon and I am sure you won’t be disappointed. I will never use another company beside Pamela’s Plumbing because Brandon goes above and beyond to meet the customers needs and represents his company in an amazing way. Hands down everyone should call Pamela’s Plumbing for all your Plumbing needs

I was contacted by this company because of my home repair insurance. Upon arrival the service technician was very knowledgeable very patient with me and very much capable of explaining to me why my items were messed up and why things had to be done a certain way made me feel at ease with the repairs that will be done with my home, I’m new to the area have been here six months and have found that customer service lacks in the area But this plumbing company here made me feel valued and their service technician was phenomenal and making me feel secure with their service and knowledge of products I live in Grovetown ga us army vet disabled and this company will have my business on future repairs as well

We thought we might have had a backed up sewer line. Joe came out and looked and tested. While he could have made up some issues to charge us more, he was honest and up front with us sharing that currently there was no longer any issues. In fact he even offered to scope the line but let us know that based on the flow he would be charging us for something that was truly not needed at this time. Great customer service!

He worked tirelessly to solve the leaking toilet, helped us to understand the issue and what to look for in the future if another issue crops up, and he made sure everything was working well and that there were zero leaks before he left. He was at the house, found the leak, repaired the leak including having to go purchase some parts within 2 hours while working outside in the cold weather. I have always hesitated calling plumbers for help and usually do my own work but now have Pamelas Plumbing card on my refrigerator and there number saved in my phone.

Something I thought was going to be a big job and be very costly was a quick cheap fix. They offer many discounts. Having a 10% off discount for female customers and a 15% discount for ones with a deployed service member. I will be using Pamelas plumbing for all of our future jobs ❤️

Did very good work at my house, pipes were back up and water was not running to into my bathroom. We couldnt figure out what was going on with so pamela and her husband came and assisted us with the problem. They did not give up until they found out what was the exact problem was. I have American Home Shield and it has come in handy many times though it does have it drawbacks, none of which are the fault of any of the HVAC guys or plumbers they have sent to my house. Pamelas Plumbing saved my family from an eternity of cold showers. My wife and kids are the most thankful for running hot water.Pamelas Plumbing was a bit short staffed at the time they came out to help us so it did take a few days longer than what we wanted but it was not in their control much like they had to wait on AHS to approve the replacement of my hot water tank. They had us scheduled but still came out earlier than what they said they could do.They were polite and friendly as well as fast and cleaned up all the mess that comes with the job. I am extremely grateful for their help. They can come back anytime.PSThey are hiring for a couple plumbers and apparently will train you IF you are willing to learn.
