Alex was able to get a clog out that another plumber couldn’t! I’m so happy because I was quoted $4,500 to break into the wall to get out the clog. So happy he got it out instead, He prefers communicating via text, which was unusual, but was very professional and tidy when he worked on my house.

Alex was prompt in doing the work (3 drains cleaned), he did excellent work and provided me (a geezer) with additional information that I would not have thought of. I called about a leak in our house coming from our upstairs bathroom toilet dripping down to the main floor. Alex came over very promptly and helped me put my wax seal on and set my toilet. He was extremely knowledgeable with 18 years experience in plumbing. The most notible act was at the very end he didn’t even charge me for coming out and helping. He was such a nice guy. Thank u so much for your help and I definitely will recommend Evans Rooter Service to everyone in need of a plumber.

We had issues with our drain that connects our kitchen sink and washer. Out of nowhere, water kept back young up our washing machine pipe. After trying to fix the problem myself, I finally conceded and put an ad on thumbtack. Alex responded within 30 min of it going up. I called next day and they were able to come out and do service the same day! They even replaced a gasket on my leaky kitchen sink (been bad since we moved in 10 months ago). Thank you for the prompt service at a reasonable rate. Paid what I was quoted!

Called for a last minute main sewer line rooter after water backed up in our basement. Our guy showed up promptly, had the line cleaned out quickly, and masterfully used a snake camera to dislodge a piece of the sewer cover which had fallen into the piping, saving us thousands over digging up the line! Excellent experience with this company.

The service guy simply cleared my line, told me of what he found during the process, took his payment, and left. I will be calling them again if I need another line cleared. What a bargain.

Can’t say enough about how awesome these guys are. We had a water leak in our basement ceiling. I called around and couldn’t get anyone to look at it until Evans Rooter Service. After a bit of investigation, they found out it was actually coming from a sink line and dripped into the ceiling. They had it fixed in a little over an hour and probably saved me hundreds from one of the other companies. If you got any sort of issue, they’re the folks to call.
