    Had the best experience with Accurate Power and Technology! Dan was my sales agent and he answers all questions I had very quickly even after the contract was signed. He was also very informative about the company and the options I could go with for home stand-by power. Shae was great to work with as the project manager. He kept me informed as to what was happening with the project and took care of any issues that came up. Jordan was our head Electrician that did the transfer switch install, generator hook up and moved the circuits to be protected from the main panel into the sub-panel. He was very nice and knowledgeable. When Orange County came out to inspect the electrical work the inspector said This is the best work I have ever seen! He and I both agreed that this was a very clean install. I also purchased a cut-out adapter to have a hot water heater not be powered by the generator when on generator power. We had issues with the first two units. Accurate Power and Technology kept at it and used a manufacture with a better track record and installed that unit (It was not Generac).They also work with the propane company so you dont have to schedule that work outside of their work. Makes it way more easy for the project overall. They will give you options of tank size and if you want it underground or not.Overall I was very impressed with the sales, install and service we have gotten. I would suggest everyone go to Accurate Power and Technology for any generator install or service needs.Edit 1/25/23: Dropping down to four stars as service department is hard to get ahold of and to get service technicians out. Wanted to add surge protector to ATS had to pay up front, part came in which was wrong part and had to wait three months for part. I call the manufacture myself and they said the new protectors are in stock but they ordered version 1 of the product which is backordered. Finally got it installed but had issues with generator after power to controller restored. Had to wait another month for techs to come out to fix. Had another issue pop up, called a another local service provider and they sent a tech out the next day.

    Accurate Power was awesome to deal with from start to finish. I was informed from the office staff throughout the process and the workers installing the generator were all professionals. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

    I originally ordered a 24KW from Lowes but they cancelled my order due to back orders. Then they told me I could get a 32KW from APT. The price they quoted me was about $9000.00 cheaper the Costco and Home Depot! I buy most everything from Costco but not this time the price difference was just too much. I am sure Lowes under bided the job but the owner Sonny agreed to complete the job and I am pretty sure he either lost money or didnt make any money. He called me and was friendly and professionalHis crew worked long and hard at this project. They were all very professional and courteous. The generator was tested and it ran all 3 of my air conditioners at the same time. I would highly recommend this company. I called Generac and they said I had a 5 year limited warranty but when I checked with APT they sold me a 7 year excellent warranty included in my already very low price!! The unit is very quite for a four cylinder turbocharged engine.Originally I was going to use my own electrician to do this job. I am so glad I didnt! This is not a 1 man job. I had between 2 and 5 people here each day that they worked on it. It is a huge complicated job. I do not recommend hiring your own electrician.

    I want to give you some feedback. Every worker sent to my home by Accurate Power during the installation did a great job, they were professional, and courteous. They cleaned up after their part in the process and kept me informed. I also would like to thank the office personnel, especially Haley & Kim, for always being extremely helpful in all aspects.I purchased the extended service contract and look forward to many years of peace of mind.

    I want to let you know that Ryan was extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and personal. As a satisfied customer, I am giving him the highest rating for a job well done this morning at 11433 Vicolo Loop in Windermere, FL. He completed the work in a timely manner in spite of being short-handed because his helper was unavailable. His after-work clean-up actually left my garage cleaner than it was before his work. All in all, this was an excellent interaction for me as a homeowner. Ryan represented his company in the best light of service qualities. I highly recommend Accurate Power and Technology for any relevant projects.

    Very knowledgeable and efficient crew through all stages and processes, however the installation took way too long. What I expected was a two week set up and start up, but the actual process took approximately three months from start to finish.The workmanship was exemplary and all the staff were very friendly. Hopefully they can fine tune the process so it doesnt take as long.

    They were great during the install of my generator on my new home and working with me while I was still living in another state. That was so appreciated. When I moved in, they came back out to walk me thru the generator operation and start it up. The technician, Chris, was so nice and helpful. I would recommend this company for a generator install. I will remain with them more regular annual service. Could not be happier.

    Accurate Power and Technology did an exemplary job with my generator installation! I was kept informed, in a timely manner, throughout the entire process. They took care of all aspects of the installation process from permit through inspection. Their technicians are first rate and get it right the first time. I even have an app to monitor my generators exercise history. I highly recommend this company as I cannot think of anything they could have done better. They provide a full turnkey operation .

    Set up an appointment to explore getting a generator. Derek was on time and very polite. The generator they specified wasnt in stock, so I got the next size up. The installation crew showed up right on time. They were a great couple of guys, answering questions as they worked. At the end, they used a propane tank to show it worked, and they walked me through the operation. They left the area clean. Now for the plumber to plumb the gas line!If I had to do it again, Id use the guys.

    This is an amazing company and we are so pleased with the professionalism, courtesy, timeliness and completion of a very involved project. We bought a whole house generator and Lee had to run lines from one side of the house to the other, dig a trench run the power and do everything except for the gas hook up. Jake and SeanDid the installation and they took the time to explain everything to me and did a great job on cleanup. I highly recommend this company for any of your generator needs.I am so satisfied I don’t think any other company could’ve done any better because there’s no room to improve and what they did

    Finished product is great.Lots of confusion in the initial process. Six people showed up in 3 trucks to start the process and NO one knew what was going on. They all made phone calls for an hour, packed up and left. Took over a week to restart the install. Overall finished job was good.
