Working with RAB was great! I have no complaints. Nate was great to work with! He was always there at exactly the time he said he would be and he answered all my questions. The install for the generator was pretty quick and afterwards Nate showed me how it all worked and did a test run to make sure it was working properly. Great job on getting our generator installed. They came out with in a few days of me inquiring about it. Did a thorough job of listening and seeing what power levels were needed. Then they gave us a quote for the work and gave us some things that might cost more ie Ameren have to install a bigger gas meter, but it was a quote right on the Dot. Then we had to schedule a time for them to come out and it was only a week and a half from when we ordered it. It took them about 3 hours to install and then thoroughly explained how to use it if for some reason it doesnt start on its own. I would definitely use them again.

Nate came and installed our new Generac Whole House Generator. It was a team of two, they started at 8 AM and finished at noon. My wife who is a full-time telecommuter did not really want to take time off work so they offered to supply her with power from a small portable generator.WHO DOES THAT - RAB Electric does. To us that was above and beyond.We also had a new panel replaced which included a whole house Surge Protection so in their bid they had one included. Since I did not need it, they made sure to have it removed from our final bill.Some other companies may have added that as a hidden charge. Not RAB Electric.You want a whole house generator sized for your needs? Use RAB Electric. You will not be disappointed.

We recently purchased and had a whole house generator installed by RAB Electric and we are very pleased with the service we received from them. Their staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They recommended a generator that best suited our needs and handled the entire installation process. From scheduling our gas and electric meter upgrades, to the installation of the generator, to setting up and activating the warranties. We barely had to lift a finger on our parts. If I had to do it all over, I would reach out to RAB Electric again. And for anyone who is interested in getting a generator I would recommend RAB Electric. They are 1 on my book. Leslie C.

As the wind howls on an unseasonably warm mid-December evening, Im reminded why I chose a whole house generator in the first place - the increasing threat of more extreme severe weather. Im extremely happy that I went with RAB Electric to complete this work.Ross Blunier was very easy to work with and answered all the questions that I had. Jordan and Jake did a great job on the install. Those two were FAST! When they were done, it looked like they hadnt even been there.And a special shout-out to Laura in the office, who helped me navigate a wrinkle with the gas company. Great customer service from an extremely professional local company! RAB Electric recently installed a whole-home generator for me, and it was a great experience. They provided prompt and professional communication and were very responsive to my questions and requests. They were competitively priced and provided a quick turn-around time for the installation. On top of that, their work (including some minor landscaping to build a unique platform for the generator) looks very professional. They even followed up after the installation to ensure that I was 100% satisfied with their work. RAB installed a whole home Generator on our home. we had other estimates but theirs was the lowest. Nate was able to give us some good advice on the size we needed and about the installation process. We decided to use the Generac financing for some of the cost. Laura in the RAB office was great in giving us information on how to apply on the phone and what information we would need. the install was done in a timely manner with the service man being very professional and friendly. I worked with Nate on the pre-sale evaluation and sale. He was available throughout the entire process and was always available to answer questions (very patiently) and help coordinate the details of the install. Laura was great on scheduling and coordinating everything with Ameren and with working out the details with the Morton Gas utility. Will (install lead), Mitch, and Hadley did the install and were all top notch during an extremely hot day. Based on my interactions thus far, I would highly recommend RAB Electric. Can’t say enough good about RAB Electric. We have used them for 11 years for our first generator. We had a power outage and our generator went down, Ross showed up the next day checked generator and found out we still had no power. Ross jumped in and fixed everything we need and had our power fixed in less then 2 hours. We greatly appreciate all Ross did to help us out of a jam when it would have been another 2 days before any other company could show up. RAB (authorized Generac Dealer) installed a Generac 22KW whole house generator and 200amp switch at my residence...also added the cold weather kit, surge protector and Wi-Fi back-up...still $1,000 less than the big box store estimate (even with a 10% military discount) and it came with a 7 year warranty. The RAB owner did the estimate...very professional and no pressure. The crew showed up on time and did a great job...both very professional and explained the system when they were done. RAB also services the generator...and they are local. Very happy with this install...A+++
