    I highly recommend Wes and his company, Old Town Electric. They installed a generator system, two isolating switches, surge protectors, ran a line for an oven and another line for a ceiling fan, checked and replaced a GFI problem, and all of it was done perfectly, on time, and at a very fair price. I would trust them for any electrical work.

    My husband and I are currently renovating our home, built in the 1970s. Suffice it to say, we’ve had to address electric more than a few times. We called West at Old Town and he got us on the schedule. First he came out to assess everything and then his crew came back out to do the work. Because there are surprises, we called them to come back out. Both times, everything was excellent, thorough and they are professional and efficient. Highly recommend! We will only call Old Town Electric going forward!

    Built a house on Table Rock Lake and acted as my own contractor which was not an easy task living 260 miles away. Was referred to OTE by my heating and air contractor for which I am grateful.Barry County does not require a building permit and therefore, I had no set of blueprints. When the house was framed, Wes came down and we went room by room marking receptacles, switches, lights etc. On another day or two he came down with his crew and roughed out the wiring. Months later when the interior finally was finished, OTE returned and installed the receptacles, switches, lights, fans, etc. At this point I need to mention the fact his guys really work fast. It was just unbelievable how much they could get done in a day.Not quite moved in yet but is is nice to go thru the house, flip a switch whether.it be a single-pole, three-way or dimmer, and see that everything was done the way we discussed. Lastly the bill, it was itemized and reasonable.

    Couldn’t be more appreciative of Wes and his response to our situation. Not only was he able to respond sooner than I expected, diagnose and resolve the issue, but went above and beyond after the repair. Due to heavy rains our dock out from the shore, he stripped down and waded out to our boat dock just to thoroughly check all was good. I think there are pictures. Nice shorts.

    I highly recommend Old Town Electric. I was buying a home and a few electrical issues were noted on the home inspection so I contacted Wes for some advice and to tenatively schedule the repair. I was unable to move in for a month but Wes didnt forget and followed up a week before I arrived to see if everything was on track. Wes, Joel and Corey didnt stop until they resolved a puzzling issue. They were all very professional and cleaned up all debris from the repairs. Thanks guys for making my move less stressful!

    This company is very professional, easy to work with, reliable, responsive, on time, & they are the Best electricians I’ve dealt with in Eureka Springs! After a carpenter felt a shock from the wire connecting our garage to the house electric power, they found it was actually put in opposite than the way it should have been, glad more people had not touched it, Old Town Electric replaced it, they do it right!

    Old Town Electric wired our new construction home in 2018 and did an amazing job. We have can lights on our 16 ft ceilings. Obviously 2 70+ year olds can’t replace bulbs when necessary. Old Town has been very helpful sending a crew with a tall ladder to rectify the situation. Thank you Old Town!

    Old Town wired our house in 2014 and wired my shop a few years later. Wes and his guys do excellent work, are there when they say they are going to be, are neat, knowledgable and fair. From time to time we all need a little advice or extra help and Wes has always been very responsive in answering my questions (standing in the aisle at Home Depot needing an answer pretty quick) or coming out promptly if work is needed. It is important to communicate with the customer and Wes does it as well as any contractor I have ever worked with. While I met Wes through his work, I now consider him a trusted friend.

    Electric added to my 40x60 shop. I had conduit in the ground, sub panel mounted, EMT and boxes installed. Wes got the work lined up. John and Nick knocked out feed wire, the interior wiring, outlets, several 3-ways, outside outlet and lighting --- all done in less than one day! Super efficient. First rate workmanship!     We are new to the area and I had a few initial projects that I needed to have done in a timely manner on an old house.I typically do most of my work and being an engineer myself, I’m picky on the quality of work that gets done, but have many projects to do on our old house and some of the work is beyond my scope, so I needed to find a company that I can trust and use on an initial project and future projects if I was happy with their work. Old Town Electric was highly recommended by our neighbor and our real estate agent.The two gentlemen that came out performed the work quickly which helped keep the costs down as well as doing quality work and answering my many questions (part of this work was to find a company that I can trust and use going forward over the years). All the work was done with great attention to detail, both what can be seen when completed and what you can’t see unless you remove the circuit panel cover and electrical outlet boxes to examine the hidden wiring details. They even used a bubble level when mounting a surface mount box in the basement that is out of normal view.I highly recommend Old Town Electric for electrical work. I received updates as to arrival time, the workmanship and attention to detail was great, detailed billing information was provided and the price of the job and rates were more than fair and less than what I expected for the work performed. I will be using Old Town Electric in the future for additional projects as well as recommending them to others.
