    We called Roto Rooter when our kitchen sink experienced a full back up. Terence was sent out to take a look, and upon inspection he discovered that our 100 year old pipes needed to be replaced. Terence took time to explain everything that was going on and walked us through multiple options to fix the situation. He worked over the weekend and was meticulous in replacing and repairing our plumbing issues. I would recommend Terence and RR for anyone in a similar situation.

    Although this was Roto-Rooter 2nd visit to our home within 2 weeks, however, 2nd time around was free of charge. Mr Martez was a very Pleasant young man and took his time snaking the sanitary sewer line which he pulled out quite a few roots. he was able to restore water flow within minutes I would recommend using him anytime. There is one other thing I would like to mention, we were told on both occasions that a Field supervisor will come out afterwards and Camera the job and both times they never showed up. I do feel they will show up If I phone them and make an appointment. Im doing this today after I finish this review. I will let you know if still a no show.Sincerely, Mrs Britton

    We were scheduled very quickly and they arrived when they said they would. Our plumber Greg, #0142, was excellent. He was very professional, personable, non- judgmental, and knowledgeable. He made sure we knew what he was doing, and why, and gave advice on how to keep our new hot water tank in good shape. He even stayed to do the job after an unfortunate incident with a bees nest when he first arrived! He is a great representative for Roto Rooter and we definitely would like for him to come back to do any work for us in the future.

    The spigot in my garage completely rusted out and came off when I tried using it. The pipe connected was deep inside the wall. I called Roto Rooter and a plumber named Greg came to my house.     Greg from Roto Rooter is so special. He first came out when he was supposed to be off. Then he let me know the pricing and was up front. Next, he analyzed the shower drain. Said might have to get a new pipe if it’s too bad. He worked so hard to clean it that he said other plumbers would say can’t be done. On top of that, you could tell he was dedicated to his craft because he loved our toilet cause it was 60+ years and was geeking out. He asked us to take a photo of it. The commitment and dedication to the art of plumbing was so appreciated it. I hope Roto Rooter sees this review and shows it to him because he made my partner and I’s day. Whenever we need anything else done, we will call and ask for Greg at Roto Rooter.

    I have to give a shout out to Greg from Roto Rooter! He communicated with us and updated us every step of the way. He helped us with the Water Department when they were onsite to made sure their staff knew what we needed from them so he could effectively repair our plumbing. This job had to be coordinated over several days and he made himself available to us. I can’t say enough about his customer service and his workmanship. It was a difficult repair, done in stages and he was great. Our best interest was his focus. He’s one of a kind and we appreciate all he did for us. Thank you Greg!

    Matt Z 5422 & Daniel the apprenticeThese two gentlemen showed up on time and ready to work. They were very polite and knowledgeable. I had multiple plumbing issues and they gave me an estimate with fair pricing and once I signed off they started to do the job. Although the work took a bit longer than expected (because there were multiple repairs needed) they stayed until the job was complete and even rechecked their work and cleaned up before leaving. I would absolutely recommend Matt Z and Daniel for your plumbing needs. I am glad all the work is done!

He was completely respectful of our home and cleaned up afterwards, leaving our bathroom the way he found it (REALLY appreciated that).Greg recommended their Pipe Shield product which will help us with future clog prevention. He also mentioned something simple we can do regularly: run hot water in the drain! It’s simple advice, sure, but it hadn’t occurred to me before.     Greg was absolutely fantastic, with the serious issue with our sewage system that was very difficult to debunk, he never stopped working through the long 6 hours he was with us. Greg was very knowledgeable and was effectively able to communicate with my wife and I of what was happening throughout his service process. I also want to commend his supervisor as well, we were looking at initially starting a dig which would cost close to 10k and they both exhausted as many options as they could to help us out.     Roto Rooter technician, Dylan, came to the house to unclog a backed up kitchen sink. The Roto Rooter Dispatcher called when Dylan was on his way and he arrived on time. Dylan detailed the work that was required and quoted the cost prior to starting any work. Our issue was more than just the clogged sink. Another technician, Jake, came to the house a short time later and quickly resolved our issue. The work area was neat and clean when they left.     When our sump pump and backup failed, we had Roto Rooter come out. They came out the next morning (we called late in the day and said it wasnt an emergency call). Jake did a great job in replacing the main/backup, allowing me to observe and answering my questions. Weve had a rough streak this year with tradesman. I am very happy with the service we received, and barring an unforseen issue, Id definitely recommend them.

    From the call to the repair, the service was top-notch. I called to make a service appointment. I got a next day appointment. The dispatcher called to let me know that Rene (#1199) was on his way and would be here in 30-40 minutes. He was. He assessed the problem, procured the needed parts and had my garbage disposal replaced that afternoon. What makes this service even more laudable is it was done during the pandemic. My technician arrived in a mask and gloves, giving me peace of mind besides a new garbage disposal. A win-win!

    Matthew 4439 was very friendly and explained things well. I am thankful that he was wearing a mask. He did a good job of installing the faucet and also noticed a problem with my fairly new hot water heater.
