Myraid Pro Services did a phenomenal job with my stove. Technician was well prepared for the job by communicating with me to diagnose the issue and ordering the part beforehand which made him efficient from the beginning to the end. He is very honest and upfront with all costs so one can make an informed decision to accept the quote or not. I would definitely recommend him to everyone as well as using his services in the future. The only thing I would say is the labor is a little costly “for me”, but for the quality of his work it is worth and is reasonable when compared to others.

Charles explained the problem with the appliance (washer and dryer) clearly and provided a detailed estimate for the repair. He completed the work efficiently and left the workspace clean and tidy. He provided quality and affordable repair with a guarantee and when there was a problem, he returned the very same day to check on the appliance. After placing a call, a gentleman named Charles called me back directly, gave me a quote, Came out quickly, fixed my washer and was very polite and worked very neat. I’m having no problems with the washer and I’m very very happy with the service. I would recommend him to anyone.
