Alderban is the CEO and Owner of Alegria Builders, Inc. He is very professional, passionate about what he does and is a skilled craftsman. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of home construction, works with a talented group of subcontractors and moves them in and out of the project very efficiently.He pays attention to detail and keeps the homeowner involved and informed as to who will be coming to the home and when.Alegria Builders, Inc completely remodeled the 2nd floor of my home (3 bedrooms and 2 full baths). They also inspected the structure under my balcony, replaced a rotting beam, painted the supports and replaced my wooden deck boards with Trex.The entire remodel was seamless and moved in a logical progression so that there was always a bedroom and bathroom available.To match the downstairs with the 2nd floor, the livingroom/ entry were painted and the staircase wood was replaced with a scratch-resistant, waterproof vinyl.I am absolutely pleased with the new look and feel of my home. It exceeds my expectations. I highly recommend Alegria Builders, Inc for any remodeling or building projects that you are considering. I will be hiring them again in the future to update the rest of my home.

Alder and his fabulous Algeria Builders team remodeled our entire downstairs. This included a FULL kitchen design and remodel, a half bath update, laundry room cabinets, custom fireplace mantel, flooring, painting and many other projects that came up along the way.Throughout the process Alder and his team were extremely professional, always on time, and listened to all of our concerns and questions within the process. We were given a timeline for the project and Alder always completed things on time and our project was even done earlier than projected. Alders attention to detail and your wants and needs as a homeowner is exceptional. He always went above and beyond for us during the entire process of our home remodel.We are so happy with the outcome of our remodel and all the work they completed on our home.
