When I inspected the work you could not even tell where the patches were! They cleaned up extremely well and sent a timely invoice that was reasonable and I was glad to pay. I have used B&M commercial division for years but have had two great experiences this year with their residential division (they put a new roof on my detached garage earlier this year. Same great work) -

They do our roofing as well and came recommended through our HOA They (Brent) took time to explain to me at the end what needed to be fixed on my skylight so I could understand. The follow thru was great and the quality Is there. I think they can improve on there communication skills but other then that Iβm very happy with the service provided -

They were the only company out of the 5 we called ,who would give us a repair cost. The rest wanted us to buy a new roof.they gave us a 3 option estimate , did great work and cleaned up. -
