    I had work done by Ark and they worked on my issues. Did an amazing job! Recently I had some questions and spoke with Rick. He discussed some options and we decided it would be a better solution to route the water being pumped from the basement out further from my house. Ended up doing it myself, with some family help! Came out well and got some exercise! Ark has an amazing group of people and I completely recommend them for any basement water issues! Thanks Rick!

    I had Ark Basement Services put in a French drain in my basement and remove mold and paint my basement walls. I was very pleased with the work that was completed. The men were polite, professional and worked together extremely well. I had to smile at the interactions between the workers, and the laughter that was a constant as they worked. IT was so nice to see how a work crew could complete the work in record time and yet seem to enjoy each others company as they did so. Justin White was the man who I contracted with. He was responsive to all my questions and insured the work was completed timely and correctly. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for their services.

    Mike and his team did it again. I had a client and an investment property in need. Had 3 inches of water in my basement due to an unfortunate foundation issue. They were onsite in a week and now everything is bone dry. Quick, courteous, well priced and most importantly effective.

    ARK basement services did great! Office staff was very kind, Justin arrived for an estimate quickly with loads of information and a price right on our budget. Johnny and Tyler got the job done quicker than we expected and left hardly a trace they were there each day. It’s been about a week and my basement feels so much more safe! Definitely recommend!

    Can’t say enough good things about the quality of work and service you get when you contract with ARK. Justin was extremely knowledgeable, responsive and understanding. We had ARK come in 2020 to do half our basement which helped that half. Our other half was done in 2012 from B-Dry and we didn’t think it would need done, come to find out it failed! Their system was not low enough and the system clogged so the water wasn’t reaching the sump pump. ARK came in and redid the system and now we feel confident we can “redo” our finished basement after just completing it a year ago. Very unfortunate situation when you do everything correct and don’t cut corners but poor work from B-Dry forced us to redo it with ARK. Now I know it is done right. Justin and Johnny are your guys if you have water problems, call ARK!

    Perimeter french drain with sump pump system:Last owners didnt disclose the leaky basement or the mold they painted over. Watching this team work made me more comfortable knowing my family and pets are safe.Look. These guys are rock stars. Theres a lot of good to say. Every employee I dealt with was professional and friendly. Theyre smart, and avoided running materials through the house whenever they could. Even had this slick bucket and slide system through the basement window. I saw guys enjoying their job and finding satisfaction in doing it well. They explained every step of the way, and I felt safe with them in the house while I was at work. This size of project is something I never want to have done again, but they did it well and Id hire them again if the need came up in another house. Very highly recommended.

    My garage was not only leaking water, but, discoloring the walls with mildew and an increasing mold problem. I called ARK, on a recommendation from a friend and Mike Perry, the owner, came to my home the next day. Mike’s crew were polite, on time and worked until the job was done, and done right.My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the results...and the price was right!!!!!!
