These folks have been my go to Company for electrical needs now for years. Bill, the owner, and his techs have always taken great care of me. With this last project, he got me in the next day and his technician was in and out in under an hour. He arrived on time, communicated with me prior to his arrival, wore shoe coverings in the house, installed two different smart switches and was professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

I would like to highly recommend Reigel Electric Services. I called this morning and was greeted by a very nice receptionist. She took my information, said she would check with her electricians that were out in the field, and get would get right back to me. She did and let me know an electrician would be there today. Lo and behold, a very nice electrician, by the name of Brad came to my residence. He was polite, professional and did all the work I needed done in a highly professional and efficient manner. I will definitely recommend this business to anyone who would need an electrician! Brad was excellent. Thank you!

We called Reigel from a recommendation for a house generator. We were not disappointed. Dan from Reigel is smart, friendly and was very Professional during his estimate. During the installation we met Bill, owner of Reigel, also very Professional. AJ Landscaping placed the generator and did the work around the generator. Carlin Plumbing was prompt with the hook up of the gas line. Then lastly with GREAT response from Bill Reigel we had the final part of the install and Lake City Power Systems, we had Tyler with the initial test run and tutorial. We will HIGHLY Recommend Reigel Electrical Services and will call again if ever the need.

I called and within about 45 minutes Bill himself come out to check out our situation. He saw what we needed and then he was working with electric company to get Approved for the upgrade. He said if I had any more problems in the meantime to call him immediately which I did and he then said this cant wait we had a firehazored going on and he got the Box and came out and replaced it right away. We still have more upgrades that need done and I am gonna hire him to come back and do the rest. Bill and his crew were great to work with

To anyone who needs electrical work for their home or business, I would highly recommend Reigel Electrical Services. I had some upgrades needed at this old house and no idea who to turn to. Bill answered my call placed a competitive bid and I went with him and his crew. They completed the work as promised in a timely manner, very good communicators, and left my home spotless, like they were never there!Since that initial job they have returned twice to perform more upgrades and I am very satisfied with all the work performed. I am a small business owner of two businesses in Erie, PA. I used Reigel recently for some repair work at one business, European Wax Center. And based on my experience with them there, I will be using them at my other, business, Massage Envy whenever we have an electrical issue there. Why? First, they actually returned my call and showed up to the repair appointment (sad, that this is so shocking), then WOW! The repair person, Todd, was fast and efficient, VERY knowledgeable, clearly explained the issues so we could make a decision on which way we wanted to go, was super considerate on being quiet for our guests and stopped and started when he needed to for that purpose so as to not disrupt our business AND left a completely clean workspace. I am beyond blown away! Thank you Reigel for keeping such wonderful quality standards and thank you Todd for an amazing job! I will refer your company for sure!

We had some crackling from an outlet and were concerned it was arcing. We didnt want to risk a fire hazard. Bill sent a technician out right away, who was quick to resolve the issue & thorough in his work. Despite a weekend occurrence, the rate was much lower than expected! His explanation of the cause, repairing of the faulty work (by a different company) and tips for addressing future concerns were very helpful.He was also respectful enough to ask if we wanted him to wear a mask or not (the other electric company we previously used didnt bother asking or wearing masks).I would definitely recommend them for future work

I used Reigel Electrical on two occasions: the first occasion was an emergency job when power to my septic pump was cut. Bill Reigel was able to have an electrician, Dan Deutsch, stop by on his way back to the office to do the repair. I appreciated the timely nature of the response and the fact that I did not have water backing up from the septic tank.The second job Reigel did for me was to wire my new garage for power and lights. This included running the power (110 and 220) from the house and installing specialty outlets for EV charging and RV charging, as well as normal lighting and power outlets. They also installed a Ring Floodlight for me and helped get it set up so that I can view the feed on the phone. Dan Deutsch was again the lead electrician for the job.The crew always arrived promptly and cleaned up after themselves. They were also thorough about making sure that power and lights were placed where I wanted them. I would highly recommend Reigel for electrical work.

Hi folks. I needed an electrician today. Everything happens on the weekend. I called and called to see if I could get electrician on a Saturday without any success. Then I remembered awhile back I called a company in Erie PA called Riegel Electric. I left a message on the owners cell phone. Within 15 minutes he returned my call even tho he was at his childrens baseball tournament. After I explain my problem he had one of his tech come to my house within the hour. What a professional he was. Had me fixed up and I was back in business. So I would give them 10 stars and would recommend this company to any one looking for an electrical company. I contacted Reigal for the first time on Monday regarding contracting them to do an electrical inspection for a loan. By Tuesday morning they had a tech at my home by 8am to perform the inspection. The same day by lunch time they had a quote with scope of work to meet requirements sent to me. Pleased with their attention to my urgency I contracted them for the work to which they had scheduled to preform the work that Friday. He believed the problem to be on Penelecs end and advised me to call them but would be willing to come out and check, but would hate to charge a service call if it wasnt an inside job for him. He reassured me if it was a problem inside, it would be okay over night and would come out in the a.m. Turned out it was Penelec, but really appreciated the help he gave me over the phone.
