I have been using them for years for both big and small projects. Jon answered a service call within 24 hours recently and fixed a light switch for me. The process was seamless. They always come through and take care of you. It is very difficult to find quality contractors but Hilbrich is one of them.

Was referred to Hilbrich by our plumber to have our exhaust fan looked at. Theyre really busy but they were able to come within a week. The guys were great and even entertained my dog who would not leave them alone! :)

We chose Hilbrich to do the electrical work for an addition to our house after a prior positive experience on a smaller job. The crew was professional and friendly. Hilbrich Electric did a fantastic job, we had them upgrade the Electric Panel at our new home as well as install a few new light fixtures and ceiling fans. When the electrical inspector came out to inspect the work he asked me who did the work? I told him Hilbrich, he jokingly said I dont need to inspect their work, their guys know what theyre doing! I also feel the total cost of everything they did was very reasonable.

I am a first time customer with this business and John (The Owner) took my phone call and was very responsive and came out to my house the next day to give me a quote. Within a couple of days his guys came out and completed the job. All levels of communication from everybody involved was very professional, responsive, and they took the time to ensure that everything that was getting done was done to my standards. Highly recommend them to anyone and especially those that may have lost faith in contractors in the past because of a bad experience. They absolutely delivered.

I submitted a request for a quote for a 220v outlet installation late evening via the Hilbrich website. John called first thing the next day and visited soon after. The cost quoted was much better than I anticipated in the area, and John was able to complete the installation the same day. He was punctual, professional, and efficient. It was definitely one of the quickest and best experiences Ive ever had with any contractor. Will be calling Hilbrich Electric for any future needs!

I was very impressed with Hilbrich Electric. I contacted a couple different companies over the past two years to have an old fuse box converted to a junction box and possibly move my electrical panel up from the basement which has always had water issues. Unlike the other companies John detailed everything thing that I wanted done within 20 minutes, explaining what was possible and what he recommended. Expecting a very high cost for what I wanted done, I was pleasantly surprised at a quote that was roughly a third of what people told me to expect for the work I wanted done. The crews worked quickly and very efficiently. They were extremely polite and cleaned up everything. I highly recommend they be your first choice for the work you need done.

John at Hilbrich Electric JE Inc is like an electrician super hero. The first time I hired him, he helped me out in a pinch when every other electrician was booked solid this year. He scheduled me in for two days later, confirmed the time the night before (rare when working with contractors). Showed up on time (also rare), and completed ~ 6 small projects that needed done asap in less than an hour. I also hired them to do big job at the house, and they did a great job. Definitely recommend. Just hire them already :)

Needed 2 chandeliers replaced and two dimmer switches added. Also installed new wall outlet that was not part of original service call.I had originally had another company scheduled but they had some guys out sick, so just decided to call and see if anyone was available and Hilbrich could be out in a couple days. Called me night before to verify appointment and showed up on time and did the job in only a couple hours and was very reasonably priced! Will use again for sure!

Never used this company before but decided to give them a try. Wanted some circuit breakers upgraded to AFCI/GFCI. Arrived on time and had the work done in little time. Answered any questions I had and cleaned up. Id recommend this company to anyone who wants good and timely work done.Update: 3 years later I had this company swap out some light switches and they did an excellent job. Most importantly, when I received the bill for what they did and the time they were here and I was very pleased at what I was charged.Id have no reason to ever call any other electric contractor. This business has always done me right.
