Finally a pleasant experience with a plumbing company!I called about a sudden leaking copper pipe in my cellar.The (hot water) was pouring out onto the floor.A service person answered my call and patiently explained to me wherethe main shut off could be found so I could stop the flow.They were at my house within 2 hrs and fixed the problem quickly.I considered the final bill to be reasonable and felt I had beed treated like family.Thanks again!
