Ryan and his team are simply amazing. I had a very difficult project I needed completed quickly. My mother-in-laws house was a mess (a hoarder). I needed to rehab two bathrooms, make them both handicap accessible, new floors in the kitchen and a new laundry room. Ryans team, in particular Roberto, truly delivered.It seemed every task we touched require even more work (house built in 55) but it was no issue for Ryan and the team.Below are a few before and after pictures. I recently completed a master bathroom renovation with Olympia Construction, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. After interviewing several contractors, I chose Olympia Construction because of the owner, Ryan. His straightforward answers, depth of knowledge, and transparent approach set him apart. As an architect, I understand the importance of a contractor who can perform efficiently, coordinate effectively, and deliver high-quality results without unnecessary delays—and Ryan exceeded my expectations in every way.My bathroom renovation was particularly complex, as it sits on a raised foundation. I requested that the entire existing subfloor be removed, including the plywood floor, floor joists, bottom plates, and studs, to create a solid foundation for the new design. During demolition, Ryan’s team discovered wet and dry rot, as well as prior termite damage. They did an outstanding job meticulously removing all the damaged wood and rebuilding a structurally sound base. I wanted to remodel my bathroom and interviewed a few contractors. The owner of Olympia Construction, Ryan was absolutely the best, he was very personal and knowledgeable. I don’t have tons of experiences remodeling the house, so it was very important to find a contractor who is patient to listen to my concerns and ideas. Ryan not only answered all of my questions, but also gave me a lot of great advice. He gave me very competitive quotes as well so that’s a big plus. We recently remodelled our two upstair bathrooms. In the master bathroom we changed from bathtub to standing shower with tiles on the floor and walls. In the guest bathroom we replaced a new bathtub and installed tiles on the floor and walls and new bath screen doors and new vanity in both bathrooms. Both bathrooms were remodelled by Olympia Construction. Ryan Ladowitz of Olympia Construction is very honest and dependable. He always keeps his promise in completing the job. Our project involved a garage conversion and garage extension that converted to two additional dwelling units ADU, at the moment we are working on final fixtures installation and finishes, before we hired Olympia construction company for our projects, we checked prices with at least 5 contractors, from all of them we decided to hire Olympia construction company and I’m totally happy with our decision, everything explained to us from day one until now when we almost completed all projects, all city inspections was passed at the first time and all of the process was fun and exciting. I am extremely pleased with the excellent quality complete 2 bathroom remodel done by Ryan & his team at Olympia Construction. I had had about 10 contractors come to my house for bids on the project. Ryan was the only contractor that noticed the squeaking floor in 1 bathroom that went unnoticed by me & other contractors. He told me your floor needs to be fixed. I immediately liked that he had picked up on this detail that no one else had [even me the owner of the house]! His bid for my project was fair & reasonable, paperwork for the contract was very detailed and he was always honest with me, pleasant and approachable. A couple of the bids from other contractors I had had were as high for 1 bathroom as the one Ryan gave me for 2 bathrooms. My project was completed within 16 days with 2 to 3 workers per day and within the time frame that I wanted - before Thanksgiving. His workers were polite, approachable with questions, did excellent quality work with attention to detail, arrived on time and cleaned up well. Ryan & I were able to negotiate on extra work done outside the original project and communication was great - he was always available by phone or text. I definitely would highly recommend, without any reservations, Ryan and his team to others for their building and remodeling needs.

With our new room addition, Olympia Construction did try to sit down with us to work with our budget, give us free rein on what fixtures we would like to put in, and give us input and advice on design, I just wish Ryans shared more of his expertise in the areas where we unknowledgeable like light fixtures choices before installing. There were some disagreements and unclear objectives which should be addressed in the contract. Make sure all the measurements are on point and everything you want is in the contract. His foreman was great. Overall it was a nice experience.

I am so happy with the work that Olympia Construction did on remodeling our entire home! From the very beginning, they were punctual, polite, and incredibly patient with all our questions. They took the time to confirm every detail before starting any work. For example, when it came to the tile design in our five bathrooms, they presented different options for each, ensuring we loved the final look.Their attention to detail extended to every aspect of the project. For our electrical work, they gave us great suggestions on switch placement, sizing, and even 3-way light options. For painting, they helped us select the perfect colors to complement the space. They were also very diligent about keeping the area clean, packing up their tools at the end of each day.The kitchen came out perfectly, too! They brought cabinet designs to us, and the installation with the countertops was flawless. They also repiped the entire house to code, installed a new, efficient air conditioner, replaced all the windows and interior doors, and guided us through selecting the best products for our needs.We were especially impressed with the smooth base molding that gave the home a modern, finished look. Honestly, we almost went with another company, but my husband had a good feeling about Ryan, the homeowner, and after checking all of their reviews, we decided to give them a chance.
