Coat is the best full-service design and remodel business in the industry. We worked with Chad and his team for 10 months on a full addition and remodel of our home in La Jolla. The attention to detail, skills, care, transparency, and quality of craftsmanship is second to none. We have remodeled several homes and our experience with Coat has been incredible. Chad and his team had fresh ideas for everything - ranging from how to add space, to thinking through lighting plans - there were so many details that we hadnt thought of,Β but they clearly had. I have had at least 3 jobs done by Chad of All Trades. I had an outdoor shed built, a kitchen remodel and a bathroom remodel. Not only has Chad personally provided top to bottom service, but the work has always exceeded my expectations. He has also ensured quality care and attention to detail. He will make sure the end result leaves you happy and satisfied. Chad is more concerned with satisfaction than any other contractor I have ever used. I would also like to mention that I had a piece of hardware break that was outside of the scope of Chad of all Trades responsibility, Chad and his staff personally took action to make sure that the part was replaced and installed......free of charge. It was absolutely above and beyond!! -

Chad of All Trades is an excellent outfit. They built our 480 square foot deck and did a fantastic job. Not only was the deck built in (what I thought) record time...it looks stunning. They did a really cool dark redwood finish that is just awesome. Our deck is the pride of the neighborhood and we have had a bunch of parties and block parties and everyone always asks who built the deck and I always tell them to call Chad Arendsen at Chad of All Trades.
