    I had a satisfying experience. The two plumbers acted very professional and polite. Explained to me exactly what they were doing repairing my Water Heater and gave me the details related to how they would supply and install a new Water Heater if circumstances required. Will use PLP for my plumbing needs in the future.

    PLP is to be commended on their service. I called on a Monday evening, and since it wasnt an emergency, they had someone at my house the very next day. The office staff even helped me out by telling me that it wasnt an emergency which saved me an emergency fee. When the plumber got to my house, he gave me several options, and we were able to choose the right option for us. Keep up the stellar work!

    PLP Plumbing is an outstanding business! Pat and his team came to my rescue. I recently moved into a home where the crew who did initial plumbing work , left things incomplete and much of what was done was installed improperly, not hooked up, not working, needed to be retrofitted. Pat, the owner came in that first day on a Saturday and was determined to get the job done and get it done right. He called his supplier to tell them I was coming and he told them exactly what I needed. He did not try to make any money off the supplies, as did prior business I used.He and the head technician on my job, Edwin were outstanding. You would think this was their house and the only job they had. Far from it. PLP is a very sought after business and yet treated us as if we were their only customers. Margie, who runs the office and does it all was incredibly accommodating, kind and so on top of every detail.I wish I had started with them from the beginning of the project. There is much more to do and they will be the only company I call. I was beyond impressed by all aspects of their work and professionalism and care. An outstanding business with an outstanding leader in Pat and you see it in every employee that has been part of our project. Thank you PLP.. you’re the best!!!

    Pat, the owner, Marge in the office, Bruno, Edwin and the rest of the crew are professional, courteous, and clean. I’ve used Pat and his crew many many times, and the most recent, yesterday I had a leak in my basement at 9pm. Pat walked me thru how to shut down the water and stop the leak, and then 8:30 in the morning had a crew there to repair the broken copper pipe and get my hot water and heat back working in my home. Thank you for your awesome service PLP.

PLP expertly guided us through the whole experience, including suggesting how to choose new faucets and helping establish contingency plans (e.g., if the tile cracks or the new faucets don’t fit the old sinks).
