Am glad able change heat system to natural gas from biodeisel. Jack is a plumbing master did wonderful work setup, clean up and secure pipework...took nearly 6 months now that chimney lined, next goes tank removal will enjoy the winter months take care everyone have good holiday, year to come...

    I had my heating checked by this awesome tech Nick Solano. In his profile it says he plays guitar. And timely I took my guitar and check if if itā€™s in tune. When I asked Nick to tune it out. He did it and sang for me. I enjoyed it.About work, he did a good job, clean and check the carbon monoxide and adjusted it. He answered all my inquiries and he is polite.     Perfect and saved me from an emergency! Fuse on my master heat/ac for the whole house blew at 7:15pm the Friday after thanksgiving. Sam was at my house within an hour of my first call! He was professional, knowledgeable, fixed the problem and helped with a few other things. Worked fast! So pleased with the service. Their pricing was also over $100 less than everyone else I spoke with. Some quotes as high as $400 more.

    Service tech arrived promptly, and completed the job (replacing the hot-water shutoff valve for the dishwasher) quickly, in about 10-15 minutes. He was courteous and explained what he was doing pretty clearly. The only hitch: they charged a very high price (nearly $600) for such a trivial repair. No braising/soldering involved: just cut the old valve off, tap threads onto the freshly-cut end, and screw on the replacement.

    I have used Bruni and Campisi over the years. But the best service I have received occurred today. I spent 20 min on the phone with Doug, who walked me through an issue with my boiler that Bruni and Campisi would not normally even service. he gave me his time with nothing to gain. People just dont do that. I wish more folks and companies conducted themselves the same way.

    Both Mike Murphy and Carlos Barbecho were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous and very respectful of our home. Before the start of the work they gave a walk through to explain each project to be addressed and were careful to put down mats to protect our floors. The project was completed on a timely basis. Upon completion of the project they did a walk through, with us to determine that the fixtures worked as intended and asked whether we had any questions.

Since ours is not a common hot water heater, Nick secured the only available replacement in the county, which he will install on Monday. Nick is great! This review is in response to the excellent service and care provided by technician Steven Carpio. Steven came out to perform our first (heating) check-up on the ductless mini split/heat pump system B&C installed for us this past January. Steven is knowledgeable, skilled, and thoughtful about this heating/cooling technology and was efficient, thorough, and tidy in his work. He communicated clearly and effectively, walked me through each step of the check-up process, answered questions I had about running the system most efficiently, and made sure I was fully satisfied with the visit.

    Dimitri walked into our home on a maintenance call for our boiler and water heater system. Before entering he stood on our Welcome Mat to put on his blue boot shoe covers. I told him that was not necessary. He told me that it was now a force of habit, and whenever a service technician ever enters his home, he appreciates the gesture. I thanked him and we headed downstairs to meet the boiler. Dimitri approached the service call like a doctor. He wanted to know the boilerā€™s age, he looked for unhealthy signs of carbonization, looked for leaks, and he asked questions about it thermostats and its over health. He checked its vitals, and temperature, with a respectful boiler-side manner, was very thorough and explained his diagnosis and prognosis clearly. We then walked through our home to take a look at the old steam heat radiators, where Dimitri made some suggestions, with options. He even offered to look at the batteries on our thermostats to make sure they werenā€™t dying or corroded. By the end of the visit, Dimitri had radiated so much empathy and warmth, we are pretty sure that our boiler was jealous.

    They came in & give me an estimate, I changed the layout & I thought the estimate will reflect that, less piping, less labor, less money, but thatā€™s not the case, they refuse to update & the technician came in, unprepared, didnā€™t have a drill, soldering materials, I went & bought it myself, let him use my drill because he forgot his batteries, plus the installation of the waterline to the ice maker looks like a mess & the techno told me, we always go it like this, obviously these people donā€™t know plumbing, these people are dishonest & unprofessional.10/02 update, Thomas from Management, called me & he addressed the problem & offered me a generous refund to settle things, thanks for actually care about your costumer, much appreciated

    Just want to say we had a great experience today with B&C technition Dimitri. He sucessfully tracked down a tricky problem with our boiler (a clogged P trap) and had everything running in about an hour. Yeah Dimitri!!

    Bruni and Campisi are really a great outfit - but the real superstars are STEVE TULOTTA & his partner JUAN.Ultra professional and courteous and never even took a lunch break. It was a HUGE job, redoing all the heat and central AC for the home, which is 100 years old. They also left the HVAC area of our basement much cleaner than they found it.LOVE THESE GUYSVERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
