    Sorry this took so long, but on 5/2/24 your crew came out to rescue us. They were very professional, polite and clean, something you don’t see too often anymore. They definitely took pride in their work making sure everything was done properly. After they finished the repair they were very careful in compressing the backfill and blacktopping, then swept the street. Upon leaving they said they would be back to do the edging and as promised they came back. We would highly recommend them!

    I called Doodyman to the rescue on Sunday night when I realized my sewer was backed up. They sent their service man Paul to my house the very next day at 9am. (Right on time)Paul was amazing. He was able to get the clog (root in sewer) freed up and took the time to explain exactly what was going on, and what I need to do in the future to keep my lines free.Paul was very professional. He took the time to protect my house and make sure all tools and equipment were clean and on tarps as he transported them in and out of my home.I highly recommend this company and plan on using them for yearly maintenance services in the future.

    I rarely take the time to give reviews but in this case I have no choice. I called about a clogged kitchen sink after trying to clear it myself. I cannot say enough positive things about the professional experience right from the start. Janet was wonderful when I called and scheduled me right away. The technician ended up getting delayed on a job and Janet called me to let me know so that I wasn’t sitting home waiting all day. When the tech Augusto arrived he went right to work and within minutes figured out where the clog was and said it would be quickly cleared. He cleared the clog and ensured that there was no leaking at all under the sink. I strongly recommend this company if you require any plumbing work done and will absolutely call Doodyman to the rescue if the need arises.

    Noel was great. He showed us the problem and even showed us the work that might be needed in the future. He didnt hard sell us but went with the power flush of the main trap to be safe.     Ive been working with this company for about 3 years now and I absolutely love them. Ive had different plumbers show up and sometimes its the same one. Theyre all very professional and know what theyre doing. The response time is fantastic and you really cant beat their prices. They clean up before they leave too! I needed them to come ASAP and was told by the secretary that theyre fully booked so couldnt come till 5-6 pm. I have guests coming as 12pm today with completely clogged kitchen sinks. I respectfully and nicely explained and said that if theres any way at all someone could come at 9-10am that would really be great. She said no promises but shell see what she can do. They showed up at 8:30 am and were done by 9!! Amazing customer service! I will keep using them as long as theyre around!

    It was my first time working with Doodyman and I must say the value they provided was a top notch one.I had to change my main underground water pipe from lead to copper.     I previously had another well known company come for same issue (I won’t mention names but its the household name for fixing drains). They fixed half a problem, charged me an arm and a leg but claimed theyll come back within 6 months for free if still having issues. When I still had the issue I called them back. They tried to say it was a new issue (it wasn’t) and wanted the other arm and leg. Out of nowhere, the tech also called a “friend” who does snake cameras, showed up uninvited, and tried to tell me I needed that done also for a small fortune. They were clearly trying to take advantage of me “not knowing” and not having a man in the house. I sent them away and still they had the nerve to charge me service fee. Doodyman was recommended by a family friend. They came the next morning (and it was not even an emergency call!) Paul could not have been more honest, attentive and knowledgeable. Clearly had the experience the others lacked. He was actually passionate about drainage and it showed! He fixed both problems for a FRACTION of what the others asked for. No one else will ever touch my drains again. Thank you for your honesty and professionalism!

    Your technician, Noe Gutierrez, serviced our kitchen drain line, which was clogged beneath the basement slab. He was personable, knowledgeable, efficient. He paid particular attention to maintaining the cleanliness of the work area.Our regular plumber referred him to us – apparently you are one of their chosen contractors.     I had a problem with the sump pump in my basement for the bathroom on a Sunday. Called and within 2 hrs he was here. Worked on it for a couple of hrs and everything was replaced and fixed. I highly recommend this company. I cant remember the guys name that came but he was fabulous.

    Unfortunately I have to update my review from 5 stars to 4. Although this company was prompt and professional during the initial job the follow up work has been pretty bad. My sidewalk was left unpaved for weeks with little to no communication. I was rescheduled on a handful of times without warning and always had to follow up. There is also large mountains of dirt on the site where the excavation took place. They added more dirt to fill the hole but have left it there. They told me it would be picked up yesterday and again they did not show up nor call me to reschedule.I would advised anyone using them to perhaps not pay in full until the total job is complete.

    Excellent company, On a Friday evening, we were faced with the overflow toilet. Doodyman was referred to us by a friend. I called the company and spoken to a very nice lady. She sent someone out to us within an hours time. Noel came to our rescue. Excellent service he provided, cleaning out the sewer blockage and place new caps on the drain pipe.     I have used the services of Doodyman To the Rescue for at least 10 years. I have found them to be fast, thorough, competitively priced and always courteous. Today (12-21-21) Paul Jr. the technician spent a good deal of time working on the waste system at the Church I manage. He was very polite and efficient. He answered all my questions and worked hard to clean the blockage in the waste line. I will always turn to Doodyman before other sewer cleaning services.

    My sewer was having problems for about a year- its the original one from 1938. It backed up Thursday night and I called Doodyman at 9:30 p.m. and a nice lady set up an appointment for them to come the next morning. After a thorough inspection Paul said I needed a new sewer line and because my Masonry guy was starting today to replace my walk and driveway Paul was able to remove and replace my trap and sewer main that same day .He was a life saver . I was very impressed with everyones professionalism speed and how careful they were on the property and at a very reasonable price Thank God I replaced it BEFORE I had the cement and brick work done.     Wow, its Christmas eve eve and suddenly the main drain line has clogged! What am I goong to do? I start calling numbers hoping someone will come…then I remembered the company I used years ago when the house was first purchased “Dodeyman”. Janet was extremely professional over the phone and although Freeport was experiencing weather conditions from a storm she assured that someone would be here within hours she gave a time. We were alerted via text the name of the tech Agusto and that he’s on the way. Again Agusto was very professional, analyzed and got to work using his heavy duty equipment. He worked really hard and made sure everything was good to go. I highly recommend this company as I have now used them twice in 4 years. To know that you’re treated in a professional manner from the onset of the phone call, assurance of someone showing up by a timeframe, given a reasonable price, a professional technician, no hard selling, a very honest response making the experience smooth and pleasant is something that doesn’t happen too often but it happened here.     I have to say the company with the funny name Doodyman did a fantastic job on a leaky pipe in my basement .They even gave me the heads up on attaching a new pipe to a very old existing pipe would probably cause a secondary leak confirming what the Water Authority previously said the day before.Honest and knowledgeable, Augusto the technician is the best!! So they changed the whole line to the curb for a fair price without destroying my lawn, neat and complete job. 5 stars across the board!! Definitely Recommend!

    I originally thought I was calling another company in hicksville but wound up with a referral service and they sent this company. Thier reviews werent the greatest but I had no problem. The tech did a through job and got my clog cleared. Charged me what I was quoted. I dont think a lot of people understand that with sewers its a crapshoot. They dont last forever. If someone told me $7000 I would get another estimate even if it inconvenienced.Thanks guys

    My repairman was very politte and professional. He greeted me respectfully, with proper PPE in place, and took his time to assess the problem. He explained what he was doing as he went along. He protected my flooring from any contamination while performing the snaking off the sewer main.     3rd time using Doodeyman, I had a urgent situation where my basement laundry sink was filling up with nasty water when ever the kitchen sink was used, I made an online application and I was called within the hour and they were scheduled for 3pm, Eddie showed up promptly at 3 pm, he was polite and courteous, I showed him the problem and he was working on it immediately, he ended up cutting in a fitting to clean the pipes, after about an hour the job was done and the clog was cleared, after that was done Eddie noticed a leaking water pipe that is ready to burst, that will be my next repair by them, I give them 5 stars and I give Eddy 10 of 10 rating, thanks Doodeyman!!
