Was great and a good price! He called me to let me know he had to adjust his arrival time and was very accommodating to my time restraints during my initial phone call. He was very thorough and explained everything to me as he was doing it. He was also very friendly and answered any of my questions. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend.

Ben helped me out a few months back, I forgot to leave a review for him then. Hands down no questions to ask, I wouldn’t suggest anyone use any other electrician out side of him! He’s genuine and kind, and extremely well versed in this area. I found him from a friends referral. I’m so happy I did. He shows up on time he’s a diligent worker, he prices fair and he’s totally worth it! I’m starting another project and I’ll be having him and ONLY him help with the work. I can’t express enough gratitude for finding this man because it’s so hard to find good honest electricians in our area. You can take my recommendation to the bank, he’s the guy for the job. Big or small projects, this will be my third time bringing him in. He’s the best!

Had a big project and needed upgrading to 200 amp service. Had to go underground for nearly 80’ plus needed a new inside panel and some other work done. Ben was hands down one of the best contractors I’ve worked with and look forward to working with him again in the future. Can’t recommend him enough.

Highly recommend! He came and diagnosed an issue with my dinning room light fixture and replaced my dimmer switch with the correct switch for LED lights. He was extremely professional and explained everything to me. I will absolutely continue to use his services.

My bedroom and office had lost power after a short. I had two other electricians take a shot at it and neither were able to do anything for me. Ben came to take a look at it and not only figured out the problem, but figured out a better solution saving me from extensive damage to my walls. He was easy to get ahold of, responsive, knowledgable, affordable, and did an all around great job. I will go to him for any and all future issues if and when they occur. I recommend you do the same.

I made an appointment with Ben for 11am. He was right on time. I had explained what I needed done the day before. My dryer had a plug different than the outlet on the wall. He took the piece I had bought and when he returned he went to work. This is an old home and repairs done in the last 40 years were not all up to spec. He pointed this out in several locations. But, he did more than that. He told me a little about Elmira history. He was born here. I showed him a light switch I had tried to repair and was now exposed. No problem. I showed him a drill I had bought that was not functioning as promised. ( my fault ). Ben adjusted the setting. Works fine! No problem. He made sure the dryer was working. No problem. Will I call on him in the future if I need some electrical work in my home?...IN A HEART BEAT! Do I recommend him to anyone, EVERYONE? If you have any doubt, then you have not understood what I just wrote! But, to be crystal clear...IN A HEART BEAT

Called to see if he could help me with a blown circuit and his schedule was full for months - BUT he spent time on the phone talking with me and trying to troubleshoot the problem and offered suggestions - even offering to give up a Saturday to help me out if I needed it in the end. Dedication, professionalism and willing to work. I told him THAT was why he was booked out for months. THIS is the guy you want!

Ben is awesome! I originally thought the outlet to the stove needs to be relocated but after Ben came, he found that it is unnecessary to change the outlets position and helped to adjust cable position to make everything fit. He quickly solved the problem and didnt charge me because he thought it was too simple -- what a honest and wonderful person! Ben will be my go to person for anything related to electric issues and I highly recommend him to everyone because he is not only skillful but truly trustworthy!
