    John Mills Electric took a bad experience and made it good with exceptional service and communication! Devin and Matt did a great job and the work ethics of Devin has not been seen in service personnel in a long time. I think John Mills electric should give Devin a bonus as his exceptional work is the reason for this 5 Star review. Electric problems, contact Jason @ John Mills and also request Devin as the technician. You won’t regret it!

    Devon and Max showed up on time to complete the service requested, were professional, courteous, and helpful. We asked them to do something extra at the last minute, and they were nice enough to fit it in. Their work was done quickly, efficiently, with great quality, and good value. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They had so much patience for our questions and even completed their work 2 hours early.

    We hired John Mills Electric to install a new chandelier above our front door entry, and they did a great job! It was in a tricky location. Curtis and Max were wonderful- professional, personable, and they even moved the old chandelier out to the shed for us. I will definitely hire them again for future work.

    I hired John Mills electric to replace an overhead light, light switch, and a fan. He provided a Quality crew of two young men that were friendly, very competent and finished the job in a little less than an hour. Very pleased and I’ll rely on John Mills for any future needs!!     They sent out a friendly, knowledgeable and competent electrician. When the issue required two visits (no fault of theirs), the scheduling was done as soon as possible to ensure we got our replacement car charger installed. I also found the charges reasonable and would readily use their services in the future.

    I would 100% recommend John Mills Electric. This company did a wonderful job. I had wind damage that had me threated to be shut off, the receptionist worked me in the next week. She coordinated power company and inspector. (less headaches for me). The workers were timely, professional, polite and did more that they had expected to do. Due to the quickness of getting my job done, the person that usually quotes jobs (was on vacation) did not visit prior, there was a little confusion at the start as to what was being done. The two electricians that did the work figured out what was needed and upgraded our service from fuses to a new circuit breaker system as well as repairing the damaged stuff. They were great at making sure my puppy did not get out the door while they were going in and out. They were concerned about tracking in mud. They cleaned up after their work was done, took the old fuse boxes and all their garbage with them. Over all a great experience of what could have been a nightmare.

    Had problem with a room and a wall in my house being out and they fit me in the same day... it took awhile because my house is wired weird but Curtis was very thorough and helpful while helping restore power. He also talked about the safety of my home and how rewiring could benefit my home. He was also kind and customer oriented. I would use this company again for all my home electricity needs!

    Curtis did an exceptional job - he was thorough and efficient, explaining everything he was doing and diagnoses our issue quickly and accurately. He fixed everything in no time and even offered some tips on things we could do to improve some of our wiring. Curtis certainly earned our business both now and in the future!

    Curtis was quick, efficient, and knowledgable. I needed an emergency visit for an electrical outlet that had caught fire in my kitchen and Curtis was here in no time fixing it. Highly recommend this company and employee. He went above and beyond to make sure my house was safe.

    Had my electric panel upgraded. They were here a little after 7am and worked until 8 PM to make sure everything was right. I have an older house so they ran in to some issues but worked through them quickly. Curtis was the lead electrician and he made sure every thing was perfect. I have some other work that I am going to have done soon. Highly recommend John Mills Electric.

    Just had my electric panel replaced and I wanted to say it was a very nice experience. The job started at 8am and finished at 12:30. The best part was the two works, Max and Jack. They were very professional and courteous. They explained everything that was taking place and answered all my questions. Very pleased with your company and employees.

    Curtis and his team did a phenomenal job on installing 2 ceiling fans and one light fixture in three bedrooms, after upgrading my electrical panel!! They were professional and worked diligently to ensure the work was done in a timely manner. It was also enjoyable to see the apprentice learning and I could tell he was enjoying the work he was doing!!!     Installed a new 240v outlet for me quick and easily. Then several months later when I got a new car charger they came back, swapped the outlet for me, and installed the new charger. 5/5 Ill use them for every electrical need I have in the future

    Ive been a landlord going on 4 years, in general youre better off doing the work yourself then dealing with contractors. But... if you arent confident with handling electricity like myself these guys are pretty good. I personally appreciate the level of communication thats put in from start to finish between all the team members. They said what they meant and meant what they said. I have no complaints about the work, I got what I asked for. In the end yes there is a price tag, but these guys are fair. When shopping around and comparing prices for the work, these guys come out ahead.

    John Mills Electric installed 24 EV chargers for our building in Ithaca, NY. They did an exceptional job with the installation of the charging equipment as well as the infrastructure. The workmanship was excellent and the work was completed in a timely manner. There were no issues on the part of the electrical installation. The project foreman was exceptional in keeping me informed of the progress and any updates with the work.

    I have and had a power outage with two small children and needed help with a generator issue.John mills electric responded at 5.30am and sent the owner to look at my issue...Well...it was a generator issue combined with some very serious wiring issues that were blowing up my appliances (lost 2 major in a month)..he diagnosed the problem and left me not only with power,but the reinsurance that if this happens again my house and family are prepared and safeIn my 51 years Ive learned not to play with things you dont understand and to consult with people that do and companies that care about more than the bottom line.This company did just that and shows that its leads by exampleThank you George and John mills electric

    Control panel on a Generac Generator needed replacing; part was still under warranty. Found out that John Mills Electric is an authorized Generac dealer.
