    My AC died right in the middle of the heat wave! The temps in my home reached above 100°. I reached out to many companies but only Eric Krise Services made it a point to respond immediately and have a tech come out the following day! They provided a quote and simple and easy financing to complete the system replacement!I worked with Kyle throughout the whole process who was most knowledgeable about the install and kept me in the loop the entire time! On the day of the install, we had Matt, Jeff and Ryan come by the house around 7am! The three of them had the system installed, plumbed, wired, and ready to go by 5pm which was no easy task with an install of an entirely new system! They left the property spotless and took away all the junk from the old system!I couldn’t be happier with the final product and highly recommend you use them for the projects in your home! I will surely be using them again in the future!!

    We had an emergent situation when we lost half our power, and our well pump went out as a result. Krise electric was out the next morning to check out what was going on. They came up with a game plan for us and replaced what was needed. They were professional, on time, quick to respond, and proficient! They had a finance option that was easy to apply for and very cut and dry to understand everything, which made moving forward for us much quicker. They even made sure all our fans for our farm animals were running on the days they had to shut the power off and provided a generator during this time. We are very happy with their services, and glad we were referred to them! They will be our go to for any future electrical issues.

    We had a very complicated installation because we had let’s just say a nonprofessional set up the last generator, and there was a lot Involved in setting up this generator the way we wantedWe called Kohler, and two different dealers did not call me back.     What an excellent experience with Eric Krise Services!!I recently had my attic insulated with the insulation team from Krise Services and everything that I experienced, from the consultation, quote, and installation, EXCEEDED my expectations.Jake showed up right on time at 8:30am and reviewed the game plan with me before starting. It is clear that this company communicates well because what Jake shared with me, was exactly the same as what the sales company told me in theprevious visit.They setup all the necessary protection and jumped right into work. Jake and his partner worked like poetry in motion as they prepped the area, marked my junction boxes and covered my light fixtures. As soon as the attic was prepared, Jake brought me up for one final run through. Then it was time for the new insulation. The blown-in insulation process was quick, easy, and non-invasive.I can’t rave enough about how everyone from the office staff, sales team, and installers worked together to make sure my project was completed with ease. It is clear that they value their customer needs and make sure that they do everything they can to make the project go smoothly.Thanks Krise Services!     I had a great experience today with a technician from Eric Krise. I wish I got his name. He was courteous and professional. He was able to diagnose my plumbing issue within seconds and immediately got to work. Overall, he fixed the issue in less than an hour and even fixed a secondary issue that I had mentioned on the spot. I felt the pricing was fair. The service was also very prompt, and I appreciate that they were able to come out the next day after I called to make an appointment.     Called Krise Services on a Thursday afternoon, and they had an electrician at the house Friday morning. Chris from Krise Services was awesome. We lost power to the lights & 3 outlets in a bedroom. Original contractor, when house was built, had lines jumping all over the place. Chris was able to trace the line to 1 outlet in another bedroom across the house. He got things up and running in short order. Price was right. I highly recommend Krise Services.

    Called on a Sunday night for a clog. They came out that night, cleared the clog and were very wonderful to talk with.     A pipe busted in my basement. I had 4 inches of water in the basement.Keith and his partner Stefan went above and beyond. They fixed the pipe. We called them back because we noticed our hot water heater wasn’t working. They got a part and tried resetting it. Still didn’t work. They were going to come back tomorrow but they came back the same day. They were determined to be sure that the hot water heater was working before they left. They both wanted us to have hot water for the night. I can assure you I will be using This company in the future for our needs.

They were saying it was a wait and see and that we probably needed a new pump or a $10,000 well. Come to find out the water treatment system they were just looking at was backed up, but they never double checked it. It was a small fix causing all these issues. So what cost us a couple hundred after a second opinion through Krise literally saved us thousands and a ton of time in repairs. Will make sure to tell everyone we know as well, just call Krise.

He was professional and knowledgeable and provided a quote by early evening.     Had a new wire run for my outside stair glide. The young man who installed the wire was very careless about my inside flex tubing for my heat & a/c ducting. The HVAC company has pictures of all the damage, yet Krise Electric is ignoring me and all the damage their company man caused. It is again going to cost me close to $800 to repair the damage caused by them. Needless to say I will never use Krise Electric again and I will make darn sure I tell everyone what idiots they are!I wish to add that after finding my displeasure with his hired help and the damage caused by him, the company did get back to me right away. They paid my entire bill for repairs and also for the freon added to my a/c unit. He didnt just mail me a check, he hand delivered it to our home.
