    Fast response to a non working heater. I had another company (Harris) here as well but had stopped working with them after a completely terrible and unprofessional experience. Harris had suggested yet another part was faulty and was looking to charge me $1500-2000 to fix it after the charges I had already incurred.Eric and Carl from Krise arrived shortly after the other company left and had the system working in well under an hour. Turns out the suggested part wasnt faulty after all and the heater components were reassembled in a very questionable manner. Thank you to the Krise team! You all rock and I shall forever appreciate you.

    My wife and I used Eric Krise for some lighting/electrical updates. FromThe first phone call to schedule time for them to come for a quote, until the job was finished, we could not be happier. Chris came to do our quote and made sure it included everything we wanted, plus some options to get to a price point we wanted. Then Gavin and Kelly came and had everything we asked for completed in just a couple days. Their work was spectacular and they did a great job cleaning up. I can’t say enough great things about the experience. When we need some work done, they will be our first call.

    Completed satisfactory electric pannel 150 to 200 amp upgrade for EV charger install. Good craftsmanship, safe and cautious process, engaged with client, tested upgrades probably, listened to requests by client. Would reccomend company to others. Price was fair. Was cheaper when quoted in spring but I engaged install in winter so have to expect an increase in price, really only critic I can give was the price difference, but its understandable. past that flying colors for service and professionalism. Have used them in the past and will in the future.

    Had a softener system + carbon filter installed and anode rod replaced. Team was done in about 5 hours, left the place clean and tidy. Even remounted a shelf they moved to do the work. Great job!

    Kyle was very helpful in selecting the new furnace and tankless hot water heater for my house. He dispatched his crew of Matt, Ryan, and Jeff. The guys came out and finished the job in less than a full work day. All the work was done clean and professionally. Hot water and heat are now restored and better than ever. Would highly recommend.

    We had a water conditioner installed. We have a pretty old home so working on systems in this home are not easy but the workers from Eric Krise did a fantastic job. They were friendly, clean, informative and provided the type of white glove service you always hope for but rarely get. I highly recommend them and will use them again in a heartbeat.

    From Kyle the sales rep to the technicians Jeff and Stephen, they all were great to work with. They made the entire process from start to finish very easy. They responded promptly since my one AC unit went down. Kyle was here the next morning for a quote on that Wednesday and then I was scheduled the next Thursday and Friday for the install of 2 AC units and a furnace. Jeff and Stephen were here on time and worked tirelessly in the July heat to get us up and running. They were very neat and clean during the process as well. They discussed both units on operations, routine maintenance and took time to answer all of our questions. They were friendly with my fur baby too! We could not be more happy with the service provided by Eric Krise Plumbing, Heating and Cooling. Thanks again guys!!

    This is the second time using Eric Krise, the first time was a service panel and entry upgrade a few years ago the technicians were great and did an excellent job of replacing my old federal Pacific panel with a square D. We chose Eric Krise for our forced air oil heater to natural gas conversion based on the experience that we had with the service upgraded and could not have been more pleased. We met with Kyle for the onsite walkthrough and he was prompt with the estimate ( the next day) and we agreed on the price and we were contacted via email throughout the process. They took care of the permits for us and once SJ gas installed the meter we received a call from Lauren at Eric Krise to schedule the technicians. Once scheduled the technicians Matt and Ryan did an excellent job of replacing the old unit. Both technicians were very professional everything was cleaned and neatened up at the end of the day. They placed drop cloths down to catch the debris, swept up and cleaned the area we could not ask for a better experience from a company, it refreshing to see a company that has maintained the same level of professionalism throughout the years. Again a great experience from start to finish...Thank you all and we highly recommend Eric Krise plumbing and electrical.

    These guys are great! Literally a one stop shop and they made the entire process from start to finish effortless! They responded promptly to my request to have a new furnace, AC and tankless hot water heater installed. While at our home, Kyle listened to our future plans and reviewed the product options, discussed pros and cons and finance options that fit our needs plus rebate info! Before leaving he reviewed the scope of work, gave an estimate how soon the job would be started and how long it would take to complete. On the day of the install Matt, Jeff and Ryan arrived right on time and were very respectful while in and out of our home. They were very neat and clean during the process. After the install of the furnace, AC and tankless hot water heater, they walked me through each unit discussing operations, routine maintenance and took time to answer to all of my questions. They were friendly with my children too! What I liked best was Kyle set up everything from permits to finance application to warranty and rebates - I had to do nothing but electronically sign a few papers. I could not be more happy with our purchase and the service provided by the gang at Eric Krise Plumbing, Heating and Cooling. Thank you!

    We had a faulty AC unit back in the August heat - we called Krise, they got us up and running in no time!They showed up when they said they would and quickly got to work diagnosing the problem, communicating it to us and getting it resolved. Everyone we spoke with from the time of the first call to when the techs arrived were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Since then we have set up a quarterly service so we dont get caught in the heat again!

    Tyler was the man! He fixed our issue in literally 10 minutes. I was afraid it was going to cost me an arm and a leg, but it was beyond reasonable. I recommend this company to anyone that asks, and some that dont ask.EDIT: After talking my wife and I decided to replace our older systems in the house. Our furnace was 20+ years old so we figured it would be time to upgrade. Also our water heater needed an upgrade as well. We didnt even quote shop. When Tyler left we asked him to let the sales team know that we were interested in getting a price. Kyle came out a few days later to inspect our systems. We had originally wanted a high efficiency HVAC system and tankless water heater. However, the location of our utility room doesnt provide an easy access to vent the systems. Kyle was honest and didnt try to upsell us as the construction costs to get the vents in place would not have been cost effective for the savings from a high efficiency/tankless system.The installation of the whole HVAC and water heaters systems (also added a second sink in my kitchen) could not have went smoother. Matt, Ryan, Jeff and Myrle were very professional, effective and went above and beyond providing service. They started around 9am and the whole job was completed around 3pm. They left the work areas cleaner then how they found them. I could not recommend this company enough.
