    I called STANCO to diagnose a leaking shower arm. The shower arm was brand new, having been replaced a week ago by a different local plumber to fix a leaking shower head. After multiple futile attempts to reach the original plumber, I checked STANCOs reviews and decided to give them a try. Clayton picked up my call while on the road and asked me to text contact information and that hed try to schedule me the next day. His communication was prompt, thorough and accurate. He was on time, inspected the shower arm and made the correct diagnosis. The labor cost was one-half the amount charged by the other plumbing company. Count me as 100% satisfied and be assured that STANCO has earned my future business!

    The water heater at my cabin was not working when guests had checked in for their sons wedding weekend. It was an urgent situation. I called Clayton and he provided a quote but was booked full that day. I received multiple highly overpriced quotes that seemed to be gaming the situation. I reached out to Clayton again in dire straights and he was able to schedule a visit that afternoon. His quote was 50% cheaper than three other quotes. He performed diagnosis and fixed the issue promptly. Clayton, thank you again for saving the day and setting the example for integrity in your craft. I know who Ill be calling next time!

    Wow!! We called more plumbers than we could count this AM. We knew needing one ASAP may prove to be impossible but we were shocked after calling Clayton with Stanco. He said he’d be out in 15 mins and he was. He tried as hard as he could to fix our backup. He had to dig to find the clean outs since we are new to this house and they were buried. He finally told us we probably needed out septic tank cleaned out. He gave us several recommendations before he left. We called one of them and they came 20 minutes after he left. We highly recommend Stanco. Prompt, Courteous, Caring, Professional, Hard working and Affordable!

    We called Stanco plumbing after our son knocked the lid off the water reservoir on the toilet and it broke the water pipe off from the wall causing water to erupt with great pressure flooding the bathroom and ruining our night and possibly the entire evening. Stanco showed up with the utmost haste quickly fixing the pipe and maybe helping restore faith in humanity along the way. The Plumber was professional and friendly and efficient and the pricing was reasonable.

    Our on-demand water heater failed resulting in no hot water prior to a holiday weekend with guests expected. Clayton (Stanco Plumbing) responded the same day, provided a quote, acquired a new heater and installed it the next day. He also replaced pvc plumbing with copper pipes and new upgraded turnoff valves. Finally, the whole installation was mounted on a new plywood board with stainless backing to prevent moisture problems going forward. Great job.

    I finally found a great plumber!!!! Clayton and his associates are absolutely the best. Very responsive to emails, texts and calls. Showed up on time. Installed 2 vanities and a hair sink for my new salon in Ellijay. Stanco Plumbing installed new pipes for the hair sink and one vanity and attached a new vanity to the existing pipes in the bathroom, plus new faucets. Everything looks great and working properly. Clean up was amazing and I even got a text next day with a check if everything is working properly. I highly recommend Stanco Plumbing!

    I was blown away by STANCO. Their customer service is top notch, and they responded to my call almost immediately! I really love the fact that theyre family owned, too. Clayton is courteous and professional, while still being able to make you feel like part of the family. The best part (for my experience) was that STANCO is also extremely knowledgeable; instead of having to replace my whole unit, Clayton was able to pinpoint the issue, and replace the part! Some companies might have just swapped the whole unit, but STANCO understands the importance of the dollar! 10/10 STANCO is the only company Ill use, for my plumbing needs!

    Stanco just helped me with a couple of plumbing projects. They did a really good job far quicker, than I ever could have, and their rates were very reasonable. They charged me exactly what I would have charged them, if our roles were reversed...so that must be reasonable. One job was replacing a kitchen garbage disposal and the other project involved installing a whole house sediment filter. Installing the sediment filter required some creativity thinking, and a considerable amount of plumbing knowledge. Their installation of the whole house sediment filter was much better, that my original plan I really appreciated their help, and I strongly recommend Chris and Clayton. They definitely know what they are doing. They are honest, and they are good fellows to work with.Clayton and Chris just installed an Ultraviolet Light Water Purifier Whole House UV Sterilizer, and it is working great. I expected the installation to be complicated, but Clayton and Chris knew exactly what to do. They did a great job with the installation, and it ended up costing me less than I expected. It is a clean professional installation that looks great. Like many people, I have a water well. The UV water Purifier kills all bacteria, and make our well water super clean and pure. Since it does not use any chemicals, it is simple to use, and is cheap insurance to prevent any health issues. Our well water is good, but I wanted to make sure that we were not going to have any problems. After the installation, I ran some water tests on our water, and our water is great! I strongly recommend Clayton and Chris, and I strongly appreciate their help !!

    Highly recommend! We had a plumbing blow out on a Friday night. They came out first thing Saturday, id’d everything the remodeler had done (very) wrong that caused the blowout, fixed and secured the pipes, turned my nightmare wellhouse with broken everything into a clean, insulated functional wellhouse. Explained everything and answered questions in a way that a nontechnical person could understand. Even left us s dehumidifier to help with the cleanup. And, reasonable price. Total top notch professionals!!
