    We called them late on Friday night after our well pump suddenly stopped working. They were able to come out on Saturday afternoon to diagnose what was wrong. Then they came out Sunday afternoon to replace our pump. We had a different plumber from another company out before them who misdiagnosed a busted well pump for an electrical problem. These guys were quick to come out, professional, and very reasonably priced, especially given the weekend work. Were adding them to our list for future reference if we need another plumber.

    I genuinely cannot say enough great things about this company. The owner John is amazing to work with, just the nicest man imaginable, and he delivers excellent results whenever I need them, regardless of the complications involved with the work. We have asked him to do some work on short time schedules for several projects for my bosses and he provides top quality work every time. His techs are all professional, polite, punctual, and so helpful. They have also done work for my parents, and they are so respectful of both my folks and their home.     Called this guys at the last Minute to hook up a new gas dryer that also needed water ran to it. They worked me in the next day ! It was a brother team Issac and ( I can’t remember the little brothers name ) they were very entertaining and was here for quite a while as the small project turned into a medium one with no instructions for the new dryer, rerouting water lines and replacing some of the outdated gas fixtures. The work looks great and I could not be happier. I will certainly be asking them to come out to do some more of the projects I have as I am updating my grandparents house I purchased.

    Called at 6:30 Monday evening and they were here by noon the next day!!! Jacob was the tech- explained everything he was doing to not only fix my problem but to make sure the problem won’t happen again. Very reasonably priced - highly recommended!!!

    We called Dependable Plumbing after a particularly cold night when we woke up and found our water not running with a frozen pipe from our well house. Due to the cold snap all over the area, we felt lucky to get a quick return call and had Isaac and his brother (Jonah I believe) come out later that morning. The two gentlemen were very courteous and helpful, and were able to repair our burst pipe, and thaw the frozen section of our pipe that afternoon. We were concerned of not having water with cold temperatures forecasted for days, and honestly were unsure what we would have done with no working water for days with all our pets. Dependable Plumbing saved the day true to their name, and I am grateful to have a trustworthy plumber to call in the future.

    Called for help for my water heater and got service the same day. They are DEPENDABLE and honest. Workers were very friendly and it was obvious that they cared about what they were doing. I would recommend them and if I need help again I would call them to do it.

    I read the great reviews on Dependable Plumbing and my experience was right on. Two very professional and personable gentlemen came to my cabin. My small dogs barked incessantly and they handled it well with a smile on their face! The two did great work and I would never have known they were there. They were tidy and respectful in addition to fair pricing. I complemented John, the owner, also professional and timely, on his super crew. So refreshing to see contractors who really care about building client relationships!

    I recently had the pleasure of working with John and Isaac from Dependable Plumbing when I faced a concerning pressure issue in my home. Initially, I wasnt sure whether the problem was due to a county water issue or something happening from within my property. They patiently guided me through a series of diagnostic steps, which showcased their expert knowledge and commitment to customer service.Isaac, in particular, was exceptionally thorough. Upon his visit, he quickly identified that my problem wasnt a pressure issue as I initially believed, but rather a volume issue caused by a hidden PRV buried in my backyard. What impressed me most was his swift solution. Not only did he remove the redundant PRV (especially since Dependable Plumbing had installed a new one just a few months prior), but he also introduced me to an innovative wireless water shut-off valve.This wireless valve has become a lifesaver. It offers me the peace of mind I didnt know I needed – I can now easily shut off my water remotely if theres a predicted freeze or if any unusual water flow is detected. This has been essential in preventing potential water damage or flooding in my home.In conclusion, Dependable Plumbing lives up to its name. The teams professionalism, dedication, and innovation are commendable. I cant recommend Isaac enough – his expertise and approachable demeanor have made all the difference. If you ever find yourself in need of plumbing services, dont hesitate to contact them.

    We had the best experience with them. We have had a septic smell in our house for almost seven years and have had multiple plumbers come out to have a look, price gauging us and not solving the problem.Contacted them and they had a guy out to take a look the following day.Will did an awesome job at explaining the inner workings, checking all possible issues and keeping us in the “loop” of what was being done, how much it was going to cost. He was very personable and went above and beyond to get the problem fixed.We will definitely be using them for any future needs and highly recommended them. 🥰

    We were very happy with Dependable Plumbing! After a small disaster and family coming in a few days we called and they arrived within a couple of hours. They assessed the situation and made some valuable recommendations and we agreed with them. They had everything finished and working great in plenty of time for the family visit. Ryan and Giovani were very professional and pleasant to work with. I might add that Dependable replaced our septic drain field 5 years ago and did a great job then too. We would definitely recommend them.

    Scotty came out, located our septic tank which unfortunately was under our patio. After getting the patio up, we called and he was out with the exavator and uncovering our tank within a day! He and Jay worked all day to get the tank uncovered, risers installed, and refilling the area. Scotty returned with the pumper after hours on a holiday weekend to get us pumped out!! Excellent service and response!! Thanks Scotty!! Highly recommend!!

    Gio has been out on several occasions as my family has been remodeling and living in a 80+ year old house with lots of issues.the latest was a plumbing backup in which he came out on New Year’s Day. He is polite, always on time,and explains and shows the problems so you understand what is needed and what is being done. I highly recommend him!

    Austin came out within 30 minutes to help us. A landscaper had placed an outside spigot and ran it off of our hot water line right at the on demand hot water heater. We noticed it leaking a few hours later so my husband went under the house to turn the shut off valve. As he was doing that, the outside pipes burst completely off and I was scalded with the hot water of 125 degrees! We called for help and Austin was at the house in 30 minutes from the time of the call. He repaired the hot water line and cut in the outside spigot to the cold water line as it should have been. He took extra time to ensure there were no leaks and secured other plumbing that was left loose. He was extremely nice, explained everything he was doing to rectify the problem and left me feeling assured that I would not have to worry about been scalded again! Great job from a really nice guy!
