My 84yr old brother lives alone and after the storm on Tuesday I called about 10 electric companies trying to get a service call to re-attach the wiring on the house. The gateway tech returned my call right away and worked us in at the end of his day. Thru my tears he was able to talk to his boss to get the permits done so OPPD could turn on our power. He & his boss were amazing & compassionate. God bless him & this company.
