My shower was backed up and not able to be used. I called Richβs and came out promptly. Not only was the office staff very professional. The technician was very professional and nice as well, he cleaned up afterwards and gave me recommendations as for it not to happen again. I will definitely be using their services and recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you Richβs
