    I couldnt be happier with the job Isaias did installing my dishwasher. Our kitchen had no pre connections or space for dishwasher. It seemed almost impossible to fit one in.     Grateful for Isaias and his team for fixing our front steps. I explained exactly what we wanted and he made it happen.     I had water leak in my dining room from the full bath upstairs. I hired these guys to help me remove the stained ceiling and put up the new ceiling dry wall. I had some doubts whether the ceiling would look like some patch work was obviously done, but I was surprised how well the work they did blended in completely.They also helped me to install a Tesla 220v outlet. I was very impressed how they only did a tiny cell phone sized cutout to hook up the 220v cable from the electric panel in my basement to the garage. Of cause they did the excellent work on reseal the cutout as if nothing was touched in my basement ceiling, and now I have Tesla charger in my garage!The level of detail they put into their work is HARD to come by. I am a realtor, and I have worked with big and small companies, I have to say for the price, work, professionalism in getting back to me via text and calls, I have to say this is one of the best guys I have worked with. I would recommend them. They are there to help you and work with you to get your home improvement jobs done, good guys.

    Eric and the team at BNL have been helping my mom and I prepare her condo for selling.     I found BnI Home Improvement LLC online, called them up for a $50 job, I was so impressed by the way they handled the job that a week later I called him for a job worth 3k plus. I am very impressed by their professionalism, punctuality, and quality. He cleaned up the whole yard. I am happy with new fences! I will recommend them any day

    I just bought my house in November, I had to get a couple of things done to get it into top shape. I met with Isaiah and his lovely wife to talk about getting the backyard fixed up, I had a couple of holes in the walls inside the house and needed to completely renovate my kitchen. The service was AMAZING. Everything was done exactly how I imagined it. The price was right, the job was done quickly, and the professionalism was outstanding.     After a flood, we had several projects that needed to be completed to bring the house back in order. This included new flooring and repairing damaged walls throughout several rooms. Having spent months searching for the right contractor, we were fortunate to have found a team that was both affordable and competent. Isaias and his team performed an assessment, then took the time to explain the work that would be done, how they were going to do it, what the costs would be including itemization of labor and materials, and finally the scheduling. We are very picky so we had a lot of questions throughout the engagement. Any questions and concerns we had were explained promptly. We were kept well informed throughout the entire process. They even took care of a completely separate plumbing problem I was working on and couldnt resolve myself - they fixed it and saved us money.The most important fact is that we are very happy with the results. I gladly recommend working with BNI and will be using them again on future projects.

    I needed a new gate on fence and I have to say that Isaias did an awesome job of installing it. Not only did he walk me through the process, he also helped to deliver the material to my yard and explained to me the pros and cons of each direction the gate would be installed. On top of that, he went above and beyond to repair the other side of my fence which needed some work done FREE OF COST. He has completely built some goodwill with me and Ill be looking for him for all future projects. I will also be recommending him to all my friends and relatives for any work they may have.     BNI were contracted by the landlord. Isaaia and his associate were determined in finding the leak caused by the 2nd floor bathroom. He also took care of the mold buildup caused by the leak which has been on going for nearly a year, but we were unaware of it because a previous handyman supposedly handled the leak and he covered up the mold with new sheet rock instead. We have been renting since January. We are glad that the upstairs bathroom was completely sealed and the ceiling area cleaned up, repaired and re-painted. Glad it was all handled.
