If you EVER find yourself with unreliable contractors make sure to reach out to these guys because you will not be in regret. I had an overflow toilet that damaged my whole basement, but when I contacted them not only do they come out to solve your problem, but the professionalism and work ethic is the reason why I will call them for every job I need. I was very impressed with Jesus and his quality of work. This is the first time that I have found a plumber who is honest, does great work and easy to deal with. He answered all my messages, even when the timing was late and showed up very quickly to fix my many emergencies. I cannot recommend him enough. I hardly ever write reviews, but knowing how hard it is to find a good plumber, I felt obligated to share this for anyone else who is looking for a plumber.

I called L&S Plumbing to expand my baseboard heating to my sunroom. Jesus was quick to answer his phone while it sounded he was at work. Jesus made an appointment with me soon after and informed me when he arrived to my house all the suggestions I should do before he starts work on my heat. After careful thinking I ended up not using Jesus service because his suggestion to insulate underneath my sunroom made me just want to do that and then just plug in an electric heater. Jesus is very honest and detailed in his work. I will definitely call him again for any future projects.

Jesus was awesome! I had a leak in my tenants apartment and gave him a call. He was here within the hour and gave a very reasonable estimate. He completed the fix much faster than he stated and did an awesome job

My gas was shut off due to leak valve to boiler and water heater. I called spoke to Jesus sent pictures and shut off tag. He gave quote on phone and stuck to it. He was prompt , professional and polite. He came in took a look explained everything. We agreed on same price quoted by phone and he called Elizabeth gas to let them now he would repair now so they were in line to send someone for turn on. He was great and explaind what he was doing. As he was finishing up Elizabeth gas was arriving and he waited for them to test to make sure everything was good to turn on. GREAT GUY.THANK YOU JESUSWill definitely save your number and call you for all my plumbing concerns.

Let me say this is our plumber now in a matter of a few months he already did 5 jobs for us on both houses that we have, he is great guy honest reliable and he will come to you ASAP. He spends time explaining and making sure permits for his jobs are done properly. I definitely recommend Jesus I’m so glad we found him he does excellent work, he cleans up well too and his prices are great as well. Thanks again.

Hard to give vendor any type of rating since no one picks up the phone and theres no voice mail set up. Tried to use online appointment feature and it does nothing. Unable to contact this vendor for a service. Shame, because the reviews that were online were all 5 stars. I assume this vendor is no longer in business.UPDATE: I received a call from Jesus after posting my review. Seemed very apologetic and friendly. No reason to not have a free estimate done by him. I will update my initial review even more after the estimate/work is done. Jesus, gracias. If you dont take online appointments, might not be a bad idea to disable and remove the capability on your website. Thank you!

Jesus is very professional and knowledgeable. I had an emergency, there was a leak in my bathroom, and he managed to squeeze me in his busy schedule to assist me. He did such a great job, that I hired him to install a new sink faucet the next day.

Five stars is the only rating Jesus could be given. Good work, cleaned up properly, and a fair price. Initial service was to repair a drain line broken and to redirect sump pump line. A month later, I called for another 2 issues, one with a toilet and one with a hot water heater, all different jobs and all professionally repaired. Mr. Dutan is running a good old school business, built on good service and fair pricing. As a customer, I want this guy to do well, he deserves it.

Five stars for Jesus and Luis. Good work and effective communication. Very responsible, arrived on time. We were completing a sewer line scan for the new house and needed help lifting the toilet and reinstalling it. Jesus and Luis implemented it quickly and cleanly. After that, he assisted in exploring around the property and discovered a service cap in a corner of the house that was covered up, indicating that we do not need to pay additional money to install the service cap either outside or inside the house. We also had a few questions concerning water heater operation and drain pipes, and he provided detailed information that was quite helpful.

Jesus is a good professional. We needed work done to our water heater as well as to file an application with the town to obtain proper permits for the work. L&S Plumbing picked up the phone the minute we called -- Jesus set an appointment for a few days later and showed up on time to quote us a few minutes later after looking at the job. The next day we were placing the application with the town and right after we obtained the permit, Jesus and his team were working and finishing the job the same day.
