    Sometimes you just get lucky.I found that I had a water leak under my concrete, and I didn’t know where to go.There were these guys across the street, and I tell you. Within a day, they had the leak centered and work begun.My house is a little older so one issue snowballed into more.Within a week, all repairs (several) were completed and new concrete patio poured (see pic).Excellent work every step of the way.I was most impressed with their professionalism.I highly recommend this company because of their high standards.

    Luis has been great to work with, he has been very responsive and professional. We have a crawl space that is elevated and we felt like we were going to fall through the floor. Quality Restorations ripped out all the old flooring and base then reinforced it. It feels so sturdy now, we are very happy with our new floor and highly recommend them.

    Quality Restoration lives up to its name! They completely remodeled my bathroom, making all the changes I requested and recommended ideas that enhanced my vision. All of the employees I dealt with were courteous and professional and it was obvious they took pride in their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing home repairs or a makeover, you won’t be disappointed.

    The service was very fast, they fixed the problem within an hour after I called! My shower valve was leaking and the main water line lever was corroded and they fixed both. Very quick and efficient service, friendly and knowledgeable staff! I strongly recommend them for plumbing issues!

    My wife and I are grateful and extremely happy with the work performed by Luis and crew of Quality Restoration Constructions Services, they provided quality work for a reasonable price. Our house in El Centro has been in our family since it was built in 1952 it was my wife’s family home belonging to her parents. My wife and I left El Centro in 1976 for military service and currently live in Sierra Vista Arizona and really didn’t know who to call for repairs and restoration services. Quality Restoration Constructions Services were recommended by SERVPRO of El Centro following cleanup of damages caused by plumbing problems and condensation damage from the air conditioning ducts. They put us in contact with Luis, at our first meeting to discuss the restoration, I felt at ease and they were the company to do the work. It turned out I was right and it was the best decision we made during this difficult time. I would like to mention this was during November – December 2023 so over the holidays and we were coordinating between SERVEPRO, Vic’s AC and our tenants to get the restoration completed.Luis was great to work with on this restoration, he was very responsive and professional. Because we live out of state communication was key. He always kept us informed about the progress and sending pictures of the work and areas of concern. Our house is about 70 years old and there were additional issues that came up. Luis and his crew were able to identify and recommend how to address the new problems. The initial work was to repair the ceilings in the bathroom and hallway, repaint the living room ceiling and replace the damaged portion of kitchen cabinets. They did an excellent job on everything including rebuilding all the lower cabinets to match the existing cabinet in style and stain. Some of the unknow at the time issues that we didn’t plan on included replacing the water heater, broken cast iron sewer line in the wall and under the house. Luis also identified and repaired water line issues under the house that would have been become a problem in the future.If your home needs restoration for any reason or you are considering a remodel, I highly recommend using Quality Restoration Construction Services. They are my go to!!!

    Luis and his Co. did an unusual job for us at Malan M.H. Park in Brawley, setting 4 new extra large mailboxes, because the old boxes were being broken into, not anymore! He did everything that was on his bid/contract, and beyond. The owners are very pleased with all the work it took to allow us to receive mail again and not to have to go to the post office. I recommend his Co. to everyone if you want a good quality job, and know this, that the job will be done stress free and 100% complete when hes done.

    It is the third time that I have had the opportunity to work with them and they are super-mega responsible and excellent workers, I have never had any problems with them, they are punctual, clean and tidy, they do not make you or leave garbage, they are extremely professional, we are very happy As a family, I recommend them 100%+ for the work done to our home.
