My review is for over the website / account user, and phone service as well as the information on Google maps. The phone number listed (619)441-3969 takes you to design and project management department and is wrong to be posted as the main contact number. On Google maps I expected the customer service number which is (800)411-7343 to be listed, and I submitted a change to Google for approval. On the website it can be confusing to track your payments as they dont post right away and I think it could be simpler for people not on auto-payments. The website is also missing a contact us area. So you have to either download your bill if youre an existing customer, and look there for the right number to call, among several different departments offered, or click on start or stop services. Once you get customer service on the phone its usually a positive experience with knowledgeable employees. I hope this helps someone, and gets you the service youre looking for without the headache.
